@BSNL_OR Placed an activation request for fresh prepaid mobile number at 10:26am today and after four hours status says it's in progress at billing.Asked for help repeatedly from concerned officials of BSNL Dhenkanal.But they didn't respond...as usual.Helpless channel.

What is customer service learn from @BSNL_KTK no single person to attend customer at jayanagar 4th block telephone exchange wanted to port my number but no soul to attend @AshwiniVaishnaw and then government wonders why people don't buy bsnl sim.

@AtharAamirKhan @imrankehwah The issue has been taken up with BSNL Srinagar, as there is some problem at BSNL end, they assured us to rectify the same and the tolfree number shall be in working till 3:30PM by today only.
