@BSNL_CHTD @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_TN is the worst network I ever seen. Because, Eventhough my BSNL sim card is 4G capable, they are giving 3G (metropolitan city - Chennai). I am Also not getting UPC code. I hate BSNL.

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL My broadband connection is not working since 4th May 2021. I have raised multiple complaints through BSNL self care portal but the complaints are closed without my confirmation. New complaint No:126473071432. Its affecting my WFM. Kindly help on this.

@BSNL_KL BSNL website when used to lodge complaints it reports that the SERVICE TYPE in the PULL DOWN MENU is NOT MATCHING. It is PROGRAMMING ERRORS throughout your system that is CREATING HAVOC on landlines. Can you hire people who knows what they are doing?
