    I'm using 5g phone & today i upgraded my BSNL 2g sim in 4g,after that I got a notification "Proactive sim command rejected by me" and internet is not working. @BSNLCorporate kindly fix it. @DoT_India @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @BSNLCorporate sir or Madam In our location there was no availablity for the Bharat fiber or air fiber we asked in BSNL office they said to me to wait for 6 months I waited but they didn't respond me properly so please I request you to help me soon

    @pgm_pune_bsnl as the private operators are upgrading to 5G you can’t serve on simple 3G, what a pity! We r facing every day problem of network & data connectivity for BSNL network. Hoping some positive from the officials.Baramati 413102

    @amazonIN Amazon customer care number is not connected from BSNL Mobiles and landline in Haryana. Highly poor customer services

    @BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw There is not a single window to log a small complain for my wrong billing from last 3 months. On 1500 from several days executive says system is being updated plz call later.And office people says they cannot help. Plz make bsnl private.

    @BSNLCorporate Ftth no 291017 please fix my ping issue . I'm constantly getting ms above 100 . Even tho I change the modem to 5g yet nothing as isp provider also neglecting the complaint and never helps I feel like complaining to shillong times about bsnl

    @BSNLCorporate And please the customers service is also bad and while talking about my ping issue they just cut the call and not willing to help when all I ask is just for the ping issue while gaming to be fixed . Kindly please fix my ping issue as im losing hope on bsnl

    @BSNL_AS Dear Sir/Ma’am, I have told them several times, they blame the BSNL. If you want call me and take me in conference. They said ping and speed issue is from the BSNL. I even talked to some BSNL officials, they also said the same. Please 🙏 Help.
