@IndiaToday @AbhishekBhalla7 May be the government has already decided on the contractor.We can see the appreciable degradation in service quality in a PSU like BSNL.The contractors have no clue which is a telephone line and which is an electric line ! ( exaggerated to high light their incompetence )
