    @BSNL_CHTD . I want to surrender my BSNL Landline for giving a letter to effect it went to Annanagar office. None present. A vague person received it on condition he would not give acknowledgement.I handed over. Never working phone. Complaining is waste of time. Who killed BSNL?

    @ICICIBank_Care Ur representative called.I explnd the problem that sms to verify mobile number for imobile app is not going .he said pl contact ur mobile service provider.i contacted bsnl.they said all ok from their side but Some number of icici has been shut down. pl check at ur side & resolve

    I am being harassed due to total unprofessional attitude of BSNL staff. If problem is not rectified, I shall have no option but to switch to a private service provider. No wonder, BSNL is in losses. @AshwiniVaishnaw

    BSNL is a national waste. Had broadband it used to work only two or three weeks in month but hefty billing. Surrendered. Now Landline it used to work occasionally so this morning surrendered. Snapped the customer relationship over nearly four decades. Never change. Who killed?

    @BSNL_BR I had installed BSNL Fiber with activation of ₹919 monthly and giving speed of 1 and lesser than 1mbps. Issue is not giving speed regularly,due to this my work is affected. I am regularly trying to connect with your team i.e. JE AND SDO
