    @raghask @PTI_News I think you are not understanding the crux of the problem. Current govt, instead of reviving the BSNL with the said package, it is preparing to sell off to cronies at throw - away price. If the govt was genuinely interested to revive BSNL they wud have allowed it (1/2)

    @ravidar108 @myogiadityanath In border States private telecom service proviers are not allowed due to national security issue, BSNL is a government telecom service provider, When the matter comes about of country's national security and safety comes, Then expence of money is not important.

    @nayyardhiraj Tough to impose tech boundaries in a duopoly, after Chinese vendors have also been locked out - the license premia wud be hit. Easier to treat BSNL as a true startegic test bed - it will always have some scale. Once the tech is proven, perhaps the raison de etre diminishes

    @VatsRishap Plus there are many strategic sites where Only BSNL has access. Govt cannot afford to leave such a Huge Network. BSNL is to Telecom what SBI is to Banks Allegedly Top Brass is corrupt to the core and need to be made accountable for lag in services

    @jgopikrishnan70 Mtnl bsnl were never good in service to customers . Long waiting list ,mp quota for tele conect ... They lived is environment of shortage or say demand But can not face simple competition. Rude staff .empty buildings waste of gov resource
