What has happened to BSNL? I am trying to get my UPC code but they have put contractual obligation. I contacted so many times with the customer care but every time same reply 'wait for 24hrs more it will be resolved'. The service of BSNL is so freaking bad. #bsnl

@BSNL_BR Just let me know how to put a written complaint against the BSNL office Samastipur or the Vendor doing Airfiber Installation. I think as a citizen of India i have all the rights to get a Airfiber connection if FTTH is not available. They don't provide services to common man

@BSNLCorporate @bsnlandamannic 4 days of complete broadband outage and still no response from the regional office in garacharama, Portblair. Good enough reason for not choosing BSNL service by customer.

@TelecomTalk Govt to support state run Telecom BSNL to launch 5G network simultaneously launching of 4G network. Skipping of 5G spectrum auction by private Telecom company means they upgrade to 5G network by using spectrum of 4G network.
