    @BSNL_OR My BB connection is dead from last 10 days but your officers are not intrested to resolve the problem. This is why all are intrested in public networks and not believing in BSNL..

    @DoT_India I know sir nothing will happen. Before same problems we are facing due to BSNL. We don't have other option otherwise we will switch to othe isp. For this type of service from BSNL officials no one is believing on BSNL.

    @Toni_rhtdm @BSNL_OR Same issue facing from last 2 months no one is responding.I have palced request online as well as offline.i got a message from @BSNL_OR Saying contact nearest SDO /CSC unfortunately no one is interested in providing new connections.This is how BSNL is working in Kashinagar761206

    @BSNLCorporate Internet does not work after power cut Mostly network fluctuations 3g to 2g got irritated so much .. No complaint is being registered by the officer in the bsnl exchange they giving excuse and saying it is tower problem. Not making it fix only making excuse. I am feeling sadbsnl

    @BSNLCorporate Your request has been booked by BSNL with Pre-Lead/Reference Number: 16690297762.BSNL Sales Team will get back to you Soon. But till now there is no call from BSNL to provide me connection. It's such a rediculos service from BSNL

    @BSNLCorporate my no. from WB & now in gujrat. What a service! I called CC no available in bsnl site (1503 not working on bsnl sim, then call 18001801503 by Airtel no), they told it is gujrat & u have to call Kolkata &gave 943200081 & that also not worked. Today I shall port to jio, i decided.

    @Apple @tim_cook see I phone not supporting BSNL SIM in India. Several tweets given to apple support and made calls to customer care also . They are not willing resolve problem and not ready to refund my money. It is hard earned money. Not cheated any body like you and your company .
