    @DoT_India I know sir nothing will happen. Before same problems we are facing due to BSNL. We don't have other option otherwise we will switch to othe isp. For this type of service from BSNL officials no one is believing on BSNL.

    @BSNL_OR My BB connection is dead from last 10 days but your officers are not intrested to resolve the problem. This is why all are intrested in public networks and not believing in BSNL..

    @Toni_rhtdm @BSNL_OR Same issue facing from last 2 months no one is responding.I have palced request online as well as offline.i got a message from @BSNL_OR Saying contact nearest SDO /CSC unfortunately no one is interested in providing new connections.This is how BSNL is working in Kashinagar761206

Its employees are good for nothing Instead you will be able to setup a new private company & see it grow well be it a product based company or service based..     @BSNLCorporate hello BSNL team, I was disconnected my broadband service Account 1025622923 in Jan 2021, but I am getting a bill from BSNL for outstanding due of INR 260/- from Nov-29-2022. , I was settled all the outstanding at the time of service disconnection.

    @BSNLCorporate I have a BSNL with 147 plan. Customer care agent said I needs to pay extra 42rs for hello thanks. My BSNL tunes app is also not allowed me to set a caller tune. I need a solution.

    @BSNL_BR Again internet in my area is not working from last 2 days and local SDO is not giving satisfactorily answer. He is just giving silly excuses. I am really fed up from BSNL service.Most of the people are using BSNL bcoz they are working from home but the purpose is not serving now
