    @Toni_rhtdm @BSNL_OR Same issue facing from last 2 months no one is responding.I have palced request online as well as offline.i got a message from @BSNL_OR Saying contact nearest SDO /CSC unfortunately no one is interested in providing new connections.This is how BSNL is working in Kashinagar761206

    @BSNL_OR My BB connection is dead from last 10 days but your officers are not intrested to resolve the problem. This is why all are intrested in public networks and not believing in BSNL..

    @DoT_India I know sir nothing will happen. Before same problems we are facing due to BSNL. We don't have other option otherwise we will switch to othe isp. For this type of service from BSNL officials no one is believing on BSNL.

    @BSNLCorporate As suggested in private message, I called BSNL Jamshedpur Commercial section on 4th, 6th & 9th March. But problem still not resolved. They are playing Office-Office with me.

    Recently I opted to change over to BSNL Fibre Band from my landline due to non performance of service. I am Shocked to see that the BSNL and other Telecommunications network is Charging a Hefty GST of 18% ... Is it Justified.

    My landline instrument version. I have 3 instruments (Philps, Tata and Beetel) and none of them are not working. Really i am wondering is any specific version of landline instruments to be used for this BSNL Fiber optical landline. Also the light indicator is nt glowing wen (2/N)
