    @BSNL_OR My BB connection is dead from last 10 days but your officers are not intrested to resolve the problem. This is why all are intrested in public networks and not believing in BSNL..

    @KannadaGrahaka Totally agreed he does not know Kannada... Problem is not language. HE does not work. He just want to spend time coming to counter & enjoy as he gets salary.. IF someone protest and remove him Lobby gang will come and say government taken away jobs.. Same situation was in BSNL...

    @BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw Continuously facing technical issues on my fiber connection in Muzaffarpur exactly from the date Jio and Airtel fiber has started services here.Seems again BSNL people are taking money from them so that people switch to them 6212953381

    @BSNLCorporate I've shared the contact details in DM. Please have a check & resolve. My recharge pack includes caller tune facility but I'm unable to avail. Please improve the system why it could not detect ported BSNL number. I reported the issue multiple times but never received any solution.

    @BSNLCorporate I want to avail Broadband service in Pithoragarh Uttarakhand ..I have booked the Fibre connection online a few days back but . 1: None of the BSNL staff called from the local office. 3: Local office no. is U/S. 2: Customer care is unavailable . What to do ..??
