@BSNL_OR My BB connection is dead from last 10 days but your officers are not intrested to resolve the problem. This is why all are intrested in public networks and not believing in BSNL..

@DoT_India I know sir nothing will happen. Before same problems we are facing due to BSNL. We don't have other option otherwise we will switch to othe isp. For this type of service from BSNL officials no one is believing on BSNL.

Every month i have to register a same complain of not getting Network signal. Every time i tell bsnl to solve my problem. I get 5 gb per day data but every month for 5-6 days i don't have data signal or calling signal. I am regretting that why i bought bsnl SIM. @BSNLCorporate

@WiththeNation My home is located at remote area, surrounding mountain, and 2 jio towers are 4km away. I tried every possible thing to contact them, they said leased line is good for me. But charge 50k per year. Regarding bsnl there customer care is junk. 100 of call always busy or not picking

@BSNLCorporate BSNL complaint Number - C2970003416 I got a call from BSNL network team. I am being told that it is not possible for them to solve my problem. Because the BSNL network site near my house is down for the last 2 to 3 years. Kindly arrange to re-open that BSNL site.
