    @DoT_India I know sir nothing will happen. Before same problems we are facing due to BSNL. We don't have other option otherwise we will switch to othe isp. For this type of service from BSNL officials no one is believing on BSNL.

    @BSNL_OR My BB connection is dead from last 10 days but your officers are not intrested to resolve the problem. This is why all are intrested in public networks and not believing in BSNL..

    @Toni_rhtdm @BSNL_OR Same issue facing from last 2 months no one is responding.I have palced request online as well as offline.i got a message from @BSNL_OR Saying contact nearest SDO /CSC unfortunately no one is interested in providing new connections.This is how BSNL is working in Kashinagar761206

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNLCorporate Still the Security Deposit refund not received for LandLine ADSL Broadband (0343-2568203) surrendered on 30/09/2020. It's about 1 year now. Got a call from BSNL after last complaint that it is under process, but no action yet. Please help to get this refunded ASAP

    @BSNLCorporate Calls are dropping too frequently in pinjore ssa inspite of having good signal strength. Can’t you improve yourself bsnl ?

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnlmp sir our lease ckt of Bank of india from Khandwa ssa down more then 30 days no resolution and restoration is coming out from local BSNL authority. situation is worst day by day from SSA 1. Atutkhas 2.Dhangaon 3.Bangarda 4.KHAR KALAN 5. Patajan

    @BSNLCorporate Link down since 7 days and no response from local bsnl staff. Also I called 12-15 times to 1500 customer care but they don't know how to behave the customer. Their way of taking was not good. This is very pathetic service. I am from Bhadrak,Odisha @BSNLCorporate

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @nsitharaman Whenever we book on faulty land line, within 5-6 hours, we get an SMS that your complaint has been resolved...How do you expect BSNL survival? I am a regular income taxpayer, but now feel guilty as my money is in very inefficient hands.

    @CMDBSNL I got a new FTTH connection from BSNL. It worked only for 1 day and I raised complaints over BSNL. Nothing happened still 7 days. Extremely poor services. Even their seniors , agm, managers don’t bother about your problem.@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR

    @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate Do i make mistake using BSNL Fiber service. Very poor customer service, I have been trying to contact from past 7 days but no action taken, I regret that I opted for bsnl, and I will never recommend to any other.. @consumerforum_ Please help on this issue

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR After having 1 month of broadband service, now I can say BSNL really needs to be closed. BSNL employee are there only to take salary not to work.
