    @Toni_rhtdm @BSNL_OR Same issue facing from last 2 months no one is responding.I have palced request online as well as offline.i got a message from @BSNL_OR Saying contact nearest SDO /CSC unfortunately no one is interested in providing new connections.This is how BSNL is working in Kashinagar761206

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have a Jio 4G connection but sad to say I have to depend upon BSNL 3G because at Katkumbh village in Amravati there is very poor or no network of Jio. No Jio tower.

    BSNL is the worst customer care. I have done recharge with 99 but it's not working. Trying to call on 1503 from last 2 days, but didn't connecting. @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw

    I won't be surprised if people slowly start quitting BSNL Ftth service. Instead of ramping up service if there is erosion in quality of service this is bound to happen. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL @cgmbsnlkerala

    Underlying cable of BESCOM cables is also causing damage to BSNL cables. With we/children being depending on Internet it is an issue. Can @karkalasunil share contact details of the grievance officers who resolve cross govt departmental issues ? @NammaBESCOM @BSNL_KTK

    @BSNLCorporate I am not worrying for BSNL as I can switch to other ISP anytime but I am worried about my hard-earned money spent on these kinds of careless employees. But service provided by you guys is pathetic that's what I can say.
