@DoT_India I know sir nothing will happen. Before same problems we are facing due to BSNL. We don't have other option otherwise we will switch to othe isp. For this type of service from BSNL officials no one is believing on BSNL.

@BSNL_OR My BB connection is dead from last 10 days but your officers are not intrested to resolve the problem. This is why all are intrested in public networks and not believing in BSNL..

@reliancejio service is the worst in Machilipatnam. It takes at least a week to troubleshoot if the internet is not working. BSNL is far better. Jio is only focussed to sell broad bands by giving offers.What is the use when the service is very bad?They do not have enough manpower

@cringd_consumer All the 4 telcos ( Jio , Airtel , Vi ,BSNL ) Don't allow port sms without any active service validity plan A service validity recharge with ₹10 talktime in main account balance will be enough for porting process as vi mentioned in 79 plan , standard charge applicable to sms 1900

@JioCare I move from #BSNL #FIBER to #jio FIBER because of your professionalise and perfect customer service. Although I am paying higher for this. But if you provide such service then I have no option to switch back to my old one. Altist they are providing proper solution for customers.
