    @BSNL_GJ Dear BSNL GUJARAT In below mentioned area internet speed is deadly slow(<100kbps). Earlier verbal complaint has been raised to Anand office. But still not improved. Humble request for high speed net. Location: UMRI NAGAR, BH:ABADNAGAR, OPP: ISMAIL NAGAR, ANAND-388001

    @alokdubey1408 @BSNLCorporate Please give details Which hand do you use to pick up the phone? When do you realize there was no network? How much time did you waste in waiting before complaint registration? which year were you born? Then BSNL will workout plan how to show their apology.

    @BSNLCorporate Please help me to understand the issue with BSNL FTTH. After every 5 minutes the internet is not working. All the LED’s are fine in modem. Still facing the issue after every 5-10 minutes. Really very bad service you are providing. Need to move towards Jio Fiber.

    @BSNLCorporate Complaint is already booked for many days, May you ask concerned JTO(ftth), telephone and broadband is dead for 15 days, any action against careless staff or all are casual ? Why you are not sharing (asked specifically) the GM BSNL Surat email id ?

    Disconnect the BSNL wifi service in 2015 and Number was closed in 2017 but not received the Security Deposit till now. Please help @cmohry @haryanabsnl
