@BSNLCorporate After 6 days & repeated visits & complaints, at the Nashik (Canada corner)& the Dy. Gm; i am connected today. Shoddy service(Just because one exec was on leave).I wonder if BSNL will last for more than 5 yrs henceforth. I am not putting my no. in open forum. Contact the branch.

Two persons have called me since morning claiming to be from corporate office of BSNL. They have tried to persuade me to send back to them a message received from them to facilitate payment of dues through UPI. No damage to my bank account. Want to know if BSNL calls like this

and will call me regarding the update so I said fine. Now that person (Chandrashekhar) in voice keeps telling me do whatever you want to do don't eat my mind. They are not even ready to return my money and neither they are resolving my issue. What kind of service is BSNL giving?

@BSNLCorporate @DoT_India Did you check the downtime?Services’er down for last 2 months & there was no usage on my connection! Despite of paying the security amount you are asking me to pay for unused & undelivered service? That’s why BSNL is going down by the time!Shame on the customer service
