@ViCustomerCare From last 1 week your network in the evening (from 6 PM to 12 mid night) stops working.Sometimes even not possible to send whatsapp messages. Please solve this problem ASAP otherwise there are other options in my area(Jio, Airtel, BSNL) Area- MusafirKhana(Town area), PIN-227813

I think BSNL's employees don't get appreciated enough for providing services in remote (non-profitable) regions.💙💙💙 The issues plaguing BSNL (such as their unreliable copper line broadband) are only because the state is bourgeois.

In Chanapora area #BSNL Service is so weak since long period but issue not solved yet. Now i am requesting concern authority to solve this issue on prior basis... Regards.
