    Since BSNL was an option, broadband was affordable. When I travelled as a news reporter, lots of rural folks used BSNL. The state laid down the infra & market terms. It forced pvt players to offer services at reasonable profit. Note: they made a profit. The big firms still do +

    @kamal__29 @ayusshsanghi @Indianinfoguide Maybe it would’ve slashed, but to this extent? I don’t think so. Reliance then used to sell 1GB for Rs98 BSNL’s tariff was low too. Idea’s tariff was slightly lower. But as Airtel and Vodafone were the dominant ones, they never dropped their prices because they were being greedy.

    @DoT_India BSNL No network, very very poor service provider in the history of indian independence . SINCE 2011 BEHIND THEM BUT NOT IMPROVING.

    @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate what is wrong with BSNL network? My mobile number 94816 38223 not working not able to recharge. Visited Jayanagar office 3 times and invain. Is this the way you work in today’s competitive world? Really pathetic service. Completely disappointed

    Booked a BSNL SIM online for home delivery, paid the amount, got a reference ID—but no delivery, no update. Went to the BSNL office, waited for hours because employees had no clue about the online SIM service.@BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care

    @JM_Scindia sir, the BSNL broadband service is very poor in Rangabazar, Bhubaneswar area. No power back, if power goes, WiFi out...No internet. After informing the local BSNL team, the issue persist. With such kind of service, do you think BSNL can compete with private players?

    BSNL FTTH has been down for 2 days. Complaint booked, but no response. Local vendor is not helping either. No accountability from BSNL. It’s the only option here, but service is pathetic. We support govt providers, but this is unacceptable. #BSNL #InternetDown #DigitalIndia
