@CgmTelangana @BSNLCorporate I've unfortunately choose BSNL believing they will provide a better service than Private ISP and payed 3200/- for 08742-293997 they promised it would complete the next days and also asked 1500/- for extra cabling post which there is no response. 1/2

private sector option? Let me add here that I HAVE already taken an additional connection from a private operator as I have not had the BSNL service to depend on, and that line has been working very reliably since I subscribed to it. Over to you sir

After all this, how can I trust on BSNL, where no time limit for problem solving. No one can able to ask them questions and no one is taking ownership for resolving the problem. Anyone can help me for getting the solution of it. @ZeeNews @AjjTakNews1 @otvnews

@BSNLCorporate I am subscriber of FTTH with phone No.04633295092. Again my fibre connection is lost. The person at the outsourced complaint phone number responded very casually as if it was not their problem. Sad to see the deterioration in service. God save BSNL!

@BSNLCorporate don't you provide service in rural area..even i don't get 2g service where other service providers are giving their services. That is why we are seeing BSNL situation.

I had put porting request of my Airtel sim to BSNL service on 27th May, on 2nd June 10 PM my Airtel sim got deactivated but BSNL did not activated. Kindly help @BSNLCorporate

@BSNLCorporate Unable to get a BSNL fiber connection since Jan. Excuses ranging from people on leave, heavy winds, poles uprooted, take Airtel or Jio. Still have hope and generated a new booking reference no. EB20220500011425_795230. Good people given VRS and now zero service.
