    Very poor service by bsnl, i dont know how to recharge online, money deducted still no recharge, no refund, even customer support always busy. I dont know what i do.

    BSNL employees are themselves to blame for this situation Never Ever work as any business employee always treat themselves as Govt Babu Working for Bribes at the cost of customers is the norm till today

    Very poor service by bsnl. I recharged my mobile no from bsnl app but amount deduct but show error no recharge done no amount refund I don't know what i do @BSNL_PB @BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia

    @imsanjaybeing @ViCustomerCare @Paytmcare Agreed with You, changing service provider to BSNL. Paytm is also a "KACHRA App". everytime when I recharge through this app, most of the time I encountered same error. One go m recharge kabhi nahi hota.

    @BSNLCorporate This issue keeps happening quite often. The guy handling this issue keeps telling me it's a fault from bsnl. How come you guys bill us on time and not fix things on time?

    @JioCare "at the earliest possible time". I have heard enough of these types of sentence. You are fooling yourself and the organisation only by saying this. You are following the BSNL footsteps. I want the time and date of resolution. Also you have to compensate for the delay @TRAI

    @JioCare The person who came for kyc Is not answering the calls and blocking the customer's Number. Jio service is even worse the BSNL.
