    Very poor service by bsnl. I recharged my mobile no from bsnl app but amount deduct but show error no recharge done no amount refund I don't know what i do @BSNL_PB @BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia

    BSNL employees are themselves to blame for this situation Never Ever work as any business employee always treat themselves as Govt Babu Working for Bribes at the cost of customers is the norm till today

    Very poor service by bsnl, i dont know how to recharge online, money deducted still no recharge, no refund, even customer support always busy. I dont know what i do.

    @TelecomTalk Moreover without 4G no one will survive in this telecom market... dozens of Telecom companies shut down after JIOs predatory pricing....in tough situations without 4G also BSNL maintain its revenue around 18600 crs in & EBIDTA positive in FY 2020-21.

    @BSNLCorporate No one has showed up till now.. Work from home/children online education gets affected badly as cellular network is very bad. So BSNL broadband is the only option. I see the linemen free mostly roamin around. Work gets done only if you yell at them. @jagograhakjago

    @BSNLCorporate @CGM_BSNLASSAM Pothini Tea Estate, Patharkandi, Karimganj, Assam doesn't have BSNL internet access for poor children who want to attend online classes even if they pay for Internet. Kindly look into it. Many students are willing attending online classes but ....

    @BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad I am a big supporter of Modi government but it is very disappointing Ravi Shankar Sir. Very bad service by BSNL. I always listen you that it has been changed and ready for new era but actually it is not.

    @rsprasad I have a BSNL land-line connection numbered -0712-2243077. There have been recurring problems and despite complaining 10 times the matter is never investigated and the case is closed. I'm urging you to look into the matter as I feel I've exhausted all the other options.

    years then what is the need of keeping them as part of management,better to send them back to DOT. Such incapable person should be shown बाहर का रास्ता। Govt and this incapable management is responsible for the down fall of bsnl. It's gone more then four years begging for 4G but

    @SPani100 Beware of the fraudulent SMS asking you to call any number for verification/download any app to update your KYC/Aadhaar details. BSNL never ask any information through SMS from existing customers. Please don't share your personal data related to SIM KYC. Kindly ignore .
