    Very poor service by bsnl. I recharged my mobile no from bsnl app but amount deduct but show error no recharge done no amount refund I don't know what i do @BSNL_PB @BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia

    Very poor service by bsnl, i dont know how to recharge online, money deducted still no recharge, no refund, even customer support always busy. I dont know what i do.

    @CMDBSNL customer wants his old landline 01651220048 in ftth but bsnl punjab is not responding.The bsnl office bathinda said it is vanity and approval of gmtd patiala required 2 months passed aways but no action taken uptill now.

    @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate I was using your service apart port my number from airtel to bsnl how ever when I spoke with customer care for internet connection issue they are telling the number is airtel From morning I am not able use the data. #BSNL

    @Ravisutanjani You certainly need to bifurcate govt entities as PSUs and govt. Offices.. PSUs like BSNL and Public sector banks may have a little inferior service quality due to govt made shortcomings including staff shortage.. yes a large chunk need training in soft skills..

    @BSNLCorporate some time wht hpnd when I turned on the net showing 3g but automatically going to 2g that time network drop kindly pl solve this issue one time bcus bsnl is good networking but there staff are not doing work properly take a action.

    @BSNLCorporate @skarthikcool Such a irresponsible answer, from the Inception DoT to BSNL. Once Glorifying as Backbone of the Country in Telecommunication. Feels bad facing same problem since 15th December without proper ack complaint closed. For the past 10 years using BSNL w/o any second thought.

    @BSNLEU_NE1 sir we are wrote exam special jto lice bsnl exam in December month 2022.Sir please OBC category is not mentioned conducted that time so many vacancy is not fill up so last exam remaining vacancy to add in present special jto lice exam help me

    @BSNL_PB @BSNLCorporate Sir please resolve the problem sooner i am experiencing a lot of problems. Even costumer care is not solving my problem they always say a copy paste answer. When I am telling them to write the complaint they are saying the bsnl portal is not working.

    @billdesk Thank you, this is only thing that I wanted that an email id be provided where I can send my upi detls & get the system updated but the customer care executives were just not ready to listen which is awkward & definitely not in line with ur moto, "BSNL is best"
