    Very poor service by bsnl. I recharged my mobile no from bsnl app but amount deduct but show error no recharge done no amount refund I don't know what i do @BSNL_PB @BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia

    BSNL employees are themselves to blame for this situation Never Ever work as any business employee always treat themselves as Govt Babu Working for Bribes at the cost of customers is the norm till today

    @drharshvardhan @rsprasad @PMOIndia Most of these will go to a BAAT. Baba, Amabani, Adani or Tata. BSNL made to fail. Competitors in fray are the favorites of Govt. Health/ Law minister are giving this information. Where on the earth is the telecom minister?

    @rsprasad hi sir, from past few year BSNL landline and broadband are not working properly in my area. whenever I raise a complaint,BSNL employees mark it resolve without addressing it. And I have to raise complaint again n again n they mark it resolve everytime without resolving

    @MonikaSingh__ BSNL kisi company ne khatam nahi kiya. Yeh center govt. ne hi kiya. Few days I met with one bsnl officer who said govt. Didn't allow them to work properly or give good services to customer. They are capable to launch 4g or 5g network, but govt. Never allowed .

    @BSNLCorporate when electricity come bsnl network comes this is going from almost a month is bsnl has not enough money to run generator @CMDBSNL please sir there is electricity outage fro 2pm to 6 pm and my online exam is fro 3:45 to 5:45 pm so if no electricity no network 🙏

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_JKD I have applied for Bharat Fiber on 11/12 and still no one has contacted. I did sms to local officer also. But nothing has happened. Booking ID:15779303427. Request BSNL authority to improve their services and respond to customer requirement quickly.
