    Very poor service by bsnl, i dont know how to recharge online, money deducted still no recharge, no refund, even customer support always busy. I dont know what i do.

    BSNL employees are themselves to blame for this situation Never Ever work as any business employee always treat themselves as Govt Babu Working for Bribes at the cost of customers is the norm till today

    @BSNL_PB @BSNLCorporate #BSNL Worst experience!! I have booked a new connection of FTTH On Date Dec,28 2022 and I received confirmation on Dec,31 2022(Customer No. 1028108471) And it's have been almost 20 days but the BSNL authority didn't install connection at my home. VERY BAD

    @bsnl_tt @CgmTelangana @apbsnl dear bsnl network i have been asking for broadband connection in near by Suryapet village but they are asking me to take airfiber that too not possible in village. I need optical fibre connection. We have all the telecommunication/nw connections.

    @BSNLCorporate Sir, done, its new sim provided by BSNL Kolkata, in spite of that the issues persists. Location Indirapuram, Abhaykhand 3 only. At other locations it's working

    @dharmadhikarin I remember fighting with BSNL to give 1mbps instead of 512kbps. And, 4 years later we had 50mbps from Hathway. Anything below 100mbps is slow now a days :)

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Hi! Wanted to port my mother's number from BSNL to Airtel. The local customer service center has misguided my mother into porting to Postpaid, saying initial porting will be to Postpaid! How horrible is that!

    I had mistakenly ported to BSNL on Nov 2022 and I am suffering till today with no network and internet. Could port to any provider because of the rule that I have to in opted network for 90 days. @TRAI could you revise it?🙏

    @BSNL_UPW Made an online complaint on yesterday with reg no 1058692106 but no action yet. Customer care informing that it yakes 24-48 hrs for closing complaint. That response to complaint is one of Reason for shifting of BSNL base to private operators.
