    Very poor service by bsnl. I recharged my mobile no from bsnl app but amount deduct but show error no recharge done no amount refund I don't know what i do @BSNL_PB @BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia

    Very poor service by bsnl, i dont know how to recharge online, money deducted still no recharge, no refund, even customer support always busy. I dont know what i do.

    @BSNLCorporate @devusinh @AshwiniVaishnaw Another problem indeed. This morning both of BSNL mobile lines went completely silent. I went on line from PC and cable network. Lo & Behold. There is no way to file a complaint on line. Only 1800 and 1500 numbers are listed.

    @BSNLCorporate Kindly restart closed BSNL's Bishnupur Mobile Tower(VILLAGE&PANCHAYAT-BISHNUPUR,BLOCK&P.S-AMOUR,DISTRICT-PURNIA,BIHAR-854315 In Katihar Telecom SSA) as earliest Sir.We all BSNL Mobile Customers are facing Network issues and eagerly waiting for the upgrade(4G)and restart this BTS.
