    Very poor service by bsnl, i dont know how to recharge online, money deducted still no recharge, no refund, even customer support always busy. I dont know what i do.

    Very poor service by bsnl. I recharged my mobile no from bsnl app but amount deduct but show error no recharge done no amount refund I don't know what i do @BSNL_PB @BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia

    @arunavio1984 @Zaira_Nizaam Let's take BSNL for example. Before 4G BSNL- regardless of their poor service they are the no 1 telecom sevice provider in the country with lot of customers. Instead of revamping BSNL, gov put them on hold, gave licence to pvt player like Jio - they saw a huge profit. All that

    @BSNLCorporate BSNL has increased the recharge prices but there is no service. Also in this, I got unnecessary messages, after investigating I got to know that, these numbers are registered as earlier customers' names. Is this the service of BSNL?

    @TheOfficialSBI Which exact BSNL plan do you recommend to register YONO? I have tried multiple BSNL plans, spent money, and your customer care only says “change plan” without knowing the answer. Please advise one working plan instead of guesswork. Also, please stop updating YONO
