    Very poor service by bsnl, i dont know how to recharge online, money deducted still no recharge, no refund, even customer support always busy. I dont know what i do.

    Very poor service by bsnl. I recharged my mobile no from bsnl app but amount deduct but show error no recharge done no amount refund I don't know what i do @BSNL_PB @BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia

    BSNL one of the worst network.. No help from customer service no tweet replies.. They are not doing anything beneficiary for customers... Worst service worst network worst employees.. that's why private player are getting more benefits then government body.. totally disappointed

    @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw @BSNL_AS Sir, After giving lots of complaints for rectification of my landline fault for the last few years, I am fed up with service of BSNL Assam. They instead request for surrender of the connection. Kindly take necessary action for resolution

    @BSNL_India sir I send MNP request but can't send message on 1900.across 6 days so what I do. Because where I leave not good bsnl network coverage.

    Even one time when the call got transferred to the "senior", it was cut in-b/w when I had just described the whole issue for the twentieth time. He also said he didn't have the option to hang up. Must be a technical glitch, like pulling the LAN cable from bsnl landline. @CMDBSNL

    @BSNLCorporate BSNL Customer for ~20 years. But yesterday, With a heavy heart, I surrendered my landline and broadband services due to the very bad service and support experienced for quite sometime. I was given a small white slip with order # and BSNL seal for surrender, Really?

    Hey @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_PB did a recharge from @MobiKwik . The amount is deducted and the recharge is successful from mobikwik side but still not showing with bsnl. Kindly help.

    @nichekws @_prashantnair Wireless subscribers' market share Reliance Jio - 36.64% Airtel - 29.60% Vodafone Idea - 23.59% BSNL - 9.89% There is no question of monopoly here. Why doesn't govt give concession in AGR due to Vi, if it wants to help instead of pushing consumers under the bus?

    @narendramodi @DoT_India Vi filed review petition on AGR . Kindly take initiative and do proper calculations . Don't help jio to gain market at the cost of vi.@DoT_India officers don't know calculations? How they got job? All are Ex-MTNL and BSNL employees? Why doing manipulation?
