    Very poor service by bsnl, i dont know how to recharge online, money deducted still no recharge, no refund, even customer support always busy. I dont know what i do.

    BSNL employees are themselves to blame for this situation Never Ever work as any business employee always treat themselves as Govt Babu Working for Bribes at the cost of customers is the norm till today

    Very poor service by bsnl. I recharged my mobile no from bsnl app but amount deduct but show error no recharge done no amount refund I don't know what i do @BSNL_PB @BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia

    @utsavtechie BSNL still doesn't provide 4g in my area after asking 50.or 100 rs to change the sim to 4g. Excellent service,no wonder why people switch over.

    @SubbuVanchi @DoT_India @DoT_India . Thank you for preaching to be oneness. Please treat bsnl recruits also at par with dot employee on pension pay and promotion. After all they too Indian national only . make it One nation one DOT one bsnl one employee one pension one pay one promotion to feel oneness

    @BSNLCorporate Dear @AshwiniVaishnaw ji, This is the 6th day we dont find bsnl network in our region. We hv duely got in tch wth concerned, but no use. Request your kind intervention here. We from western ghats find it very dfclt during monsoons to connect with outside world.

    @BSNL_BR I fail to understand that why should I visit nearest BSNL office for resolution of my issue. Kindly arrange to resolve my issue from your end otherwise I may take up the matter to your Ministry of Communication.

    @BSNLCorporate @UN dear bsnl your ftth fiber is shut down in every two days. please fix it. after every 2-3 days your fiber line broke down . i am sick of your service. kindly reply me

    After I complained on CPGRAM, BSNL fixed my problem today after not doing anything for 3 months. It takes a complaint to our @PMOIndia @narendramodi for you guys to do your job. Shame on you guys @CMDBSNL
