    Very poor service by bsnl, i dont know how to recharge online, money deducted still no recharge, no refund, even customer support always busy. I dont know what i do.

    BSNL employees are themselves to blame for this situation Never Ever work as any business employee always treat themselves as Govt Babu Working for Bribes at the cost of customers is the norm till today

    @BSNL_PB I got a broadband connection (0164-2922954) through bsnl office, bharat nagar,Bathinda. I took a plan of 449/month however, every month I get a different bill amt. When I enquire from customer care, they are clueless and the Bathinda office staff doesn’t pick up my calls

    @BSNLCorporate @FederalBankHelp I recharged my other number than my main number! I recharged this number 9446772478(secondary number)instead of 8073523436(main number) with a plan of 666 bsnl app and the transaction id IGSM2302221366577219. Please help me out! Payment source -upi

    @thewire_in @guptavivek83 Highlights the necessity of privatisation. From Railways to Air India to MTNL/BSNL unions - these obscurantists will oppose any change that reduces their own corruption and incompetence. The left and the public sector unions are the real exploiters of the poor!

    Wish the TATA's had been gifted BSNL as an adjunct to the airline deal. Lousy, abysmmal customer service. None of their customer care executives can solve a query. Standard answer is try calling again after 15 minutes The biggest violator of DND is @BSNL_CHTD. @BalakrishnanR
