    Very poor service by bsnl. I recharged my mobile no from bsnl app but amount deduct but show error no recharge done no amount refund I don't know what i do @BSNL_PB @BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia

    Very poor service by bsnl, i dont know how to recharge online, money deducted still no recharge, no refund, even customer support always busy. I dont know what i do.

    Worst BSNL broadband service from last couple of months. I have ftth ( so called fibre optic) but the worst service. Plan is of 100MBPS but haven’t got consistently even 50MBPS. Advise and need immediate attention. @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_mh_pune @BsnlC

    Hv u put limit on speed for people who have recharged for an year already? It's like .5 to 1.5 Mbps from past month tried complaining but no responce? Even BSNL 3G is almost 8mbps, sry but worst nw of year vi is giving 12-16mbps. Take a note. Thank you! @reliancejio @JioCare

    @BSNLCorporate 65 customers have bought sim cards from me. Once the network goes down, customers start asking questions to the retailers. I am fed up of being a BSNL retailer. Don't know why I joined BSNL. It's like a punishment to me now. It's me who has to answer all the customers. Pathetic.

    @BSNL_BR i just want to know why i had purchased the sim card of bsnl neither able to make call nor able to use data. Its worst to call customer care bcz waiting time there increase by every minute. My number is 9308841168. Next i will move to TRAI.
