    Very poor service by bsnl, i dont know how to recharge online, money deducted still no recharge, no refund, even customer support always busy. I dont know what i do.

    Very poor service by bsnl. I recharged my mobile no from bsnl app but amount deduct but show error no recharge done no amount refund I don't know what i do @BSNL_PB @BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia

    @AU_GZBNews Amar Ujjala criticize BSNL for poor network if complaint received, but what about JIO's Network?? JIO network is not working in vasundhara sec 11 since 17th March. Same thing I twitted before also. But no further reaction from Amar Ujalla

    @BSNLCorporate what is the procedure to surrender BSNL FTTH Fibre service. Its totally useless as other services from BSNL. Can't pay hard earned money for the service which is always disrupted By the i cam appropriate that BSNL is consistent for 3rd class service conviction

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am utterly disappointed at the horrible and horrendous service being provided by airtel… being a loyal airtel customer for 5 years this is not what is expected... I disconnected BSNL broadband to take airtel and now it's worse, internet doesn't work on all devices

    @KVishReddy making privatisation is good for development but at what cost? selling all govt property is that the solution? govt should work towards creating jobs not towards distroy the current jobs eg : where is @BSNL after jio launch , even idea and vodafone are vanishing

    Sir BSNL Mobile network (Both Prepaid and Postpaid Mobile) is not working since 6 pm today in Bhadrak Head Quarter Area (Odisha State). No BSNL Personal is responding . Immediate and urgent intervention is required . @BSNL_OR @OfcSde

    @rsprasad Respected sir, BSNL need more professional attitude and employees need more responsibility to make BSNL no. 1 in telecom, You can provide 3G/4G/5G but without proper maintenance and quick complaint resolution it will be a waste of govt. Resources. #JaiHind

    @BSNL_KOTD The plans are upgraded to be at par with private operators, but the service has gone from bad to worse. It seems that when Jio is planning for "2G Mukt Bharat", BSNL seems to be going for "BSNL Mukt Bharat".
