    Very poor service by bsnl. I recharged my mobile no from bsnl app but amount deduct but show error no recharge done no amount refund I don't know what i do @BSNL_PB @BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia

    BSNL employees are themselves to blame for this situation Never Ever work as any business employee always treat themselves as Govt Babu Working for Bribes at the cost of customers is the norm till today

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_PB #GoodBye BSNL. 20+ YEARS OF ASSOCIATION COMES TO AN END. Switched to @airtelindia mobile service. Poor service, no connectivity & jurassic inactive apps led me to this. Still on 3G while the world moves to 5G!!

    @airtelindia You talk about 5g but your 4g network is similar to 2g. Bsnl 3g is faster than Airtel 4g in my location!! Facing internet issues for the last 7 days!!

    @TanaysinghT @BSNL_PB Hello, I have a bsnl sim, almost 2years did not recharge, network is coming in sim ,incoming and outgoing is barred. Please tell do i need to go to bsnl exchange for reactivation of number or can i recharge today and start using services.

    A horrific and bad response from bsnl. From the past few days (4days) I am not able to get the internet nor the voice call. When i try to reach out to my cable provider his mobile number will be either switched off or it will be unreachable. I am sick of this service @BSNL_KTK

    @BSNL_KL I am a BSNL ftth user and I haven't got IPTV service yet.. Don't trust the advertisements of BSNL.. They will blabber about IPTV service and the people in the bsnl exchange will act like they don't even know what IPTV is..

    Bsnl ftth starting service was good now days even we submit letter to downgrade the ftth plan also it will take week of time, and when we ask for customer care they dono anything they will inform us Dat reach to near bsnl exchange..
