    Very poor service by bsnl. I recharged my mobile no from bsnl app but amount deduct but show error no recharge done no amount refund I don't know what i do @BSNL_PB @BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia

    Very poor service by bsnl, i dont know how to recharge online, money deducted still no recharge, no refund, even customer support always busy. I dont know what i do.

    BSNL employees are themselves to blame for this situation Never Ever work as any business employee always treat themselves as Govt Babu Working for Bribes at the cost of customers is the norm till today

    @KaranSharma1008 @Prayag_Krishna Problem is everywhere. You nationalise Indian companies and put bureaucrats to oversee the business. They only make money. you can see the condition of bsnl air India and other public sectors. If you have any other solution feel free to propagate. Problems everyone can show.

    @BSNL_KL @BSNLCorporate This is the speed of BSNL FTTH connection. Raised complaint, franchise men came, balmed the device broke it and left. Complaint closed. @JM_Scindia No responsibility, no one to contact. Can you do something?

    @bsnl_care Nothing is going to happen. @JM_Scindia you are totally misled by BSNL team. BSNL Vo-Wifi doesn't work on most Mobiles. 4G as a service launched in the Mumbai City area also doesn't work. The network goes completely dead in the Mumbai area. Promises are meant to be broken, BSNL.
