    I didn't get more than 20 Mbps download speed in #BSNL Fiber broadband. What is this @BSNLCorporate ??? You have promised 50 Mbps but here i got only 20 Mbps speed. Very poor ping and poor download speed. My circle is Udhampur (SSA) (Jammu and Kashmir)

    @BSNLCorporate Kindly install one BSNL Tower at Ponara in Tehsil Basantgarh District Udhampur J&K for Better quality signal to the users of BSNL of Ponara, loudhra, khaned, sang, mang and Kadwah. @indukanwal

    Do @BSNLCorporate and @BSNL_JK take a note of slow BSNL Bharat FTTH broadband speeds in Udhampur (J&K) ?? Specially during day peak time internet speed is very sluggish and slow. When will full speed will be restored ??

    @BSNLCorporate When asked for New ftth fiber connection under BSNL FRIBRE BASIC PLUS 60mbps, bsnl mistakenly activated Basic Fiber freedom 30Mbps with new connection. Can I get the plan change to my requested plan Or should I stay in this worst 30Mbps plan thinking it as fate?

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence 3 So my money is wasted, Because obviously you don't care slightest to even care about your customers to even give them a direct way to connect with you. If this is your companies customer support reach ability then it's worst then BSNL and MTNL Combine and that says a lot

    Its been a month and i am tired of making calls and chasing bsnl employees and vendors here.. even the toll free has no solution. The speed sucks and they even do not care to entertain

    @DoT_India @jagrutnagrik07 Sir 🙏. Many BSNL towers power signal strength is reduced in favour of private players. Please ask them to have online dashboard to monitor signal stength in various Bsnl towers... 🙏

    @Airtel_Presence Why Airtel network is literal junk in my area? I rarely get speeds about 1 megabit/sec. You Airtel 4G is worse than BSNL 3G. Very crap network and very crap company. I will not recommend anyone to use this network.

    @airtelindia has the crappiest 4G network. They advertise fastest speeds but don't have the speed of 3G. I rarely get speed above 1 megabit/sec. It is literal garbage. Their infrastructure is worst than BSNL in my location. Switching to @reliancejio.

    @BSNLCorporate BSNL is charging banking toll free numbers. I called hdfc toll free 18602676161 i was charged for that. I had 2399 plan valid upto Feb 2023. Other service providers are not charging for toll free. Please help

    @Sethu__Surya @BSNLCorporate As per BSNL they'll provide 100 meters for free after that they will charge ₹10/mtr. But again othr providers r installing whole fiber BB connection for free & customer need to pay only monthly charges. No wonder why these idiots r out of business now, as they refuse to change.
