    @DoT_India With all due respect, can you please tell me why BSNL GSM customer care not working since a week. Customer has invested their hard earned money in Government company but BSNL is behaving like a dictator which has no value of their customer.I need best possible help for your side.

    My Tv has work with Alexa option but showing no network while connected with BSNl OFC but all other apps are working fine , but all are working (including work with alexa ) smooth with Airtel mobile hotspot , plz help @BSNL_KL @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate I paid Bill For Voice Calling Before Three years but I don't get this service till date . I paid Rs 1613 For One month ( 720 Hr ) but I get services only 15 to 20 Days ( 360 Hr - 480 Hr ).No response from BSNL Authority and BBNL Authority. Odisha.06722295001

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPW Where is customer support in bsnl uttarpradesh. Even you are saling 4g sim in lucknow ashiyana. But dont have 2g network. Customer care is unrechble. Number 1503 is not working. I was do recharge 599 but not updated yed even confiramation

    @serenebhumi Definitely ma,am that why I am still keeping bsnl.I am presently residing in KSA But my issue is no network or signal is showing for my bsnl Sim here. So that I cannot get any bank messages,other alerts & calls.Can u pls help me to activate roaming service to my bsnl 8281427400.

    @BSNL_BR Hi BSNL. my validity was expired yesterday, now no network coverage. I recharged today with 94₹ pack. Still no network. Can you get in touch with me. Very urgent.... Very very urgent. #BSNL @BSNLCorporate
