    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_HP @CMDBSNL I am sahil sharma in my area bsnl not provide me fiber connection from last 6-8 months they told. we fixed a device in exchange please wait 1 month. after that you get. All the time they can't respond please help me to get connection.

    I've been a BSNL broadband customer for over 5 years and have been facing connectivity issues very often and have lodged numerous complaints without a permanent solution. I regret that I have to share it here so that someone from @BSNL_TN will try to resolve this.

    @Sankara17208963 @JaiRam92739628 I had Vodafone, BSNL, Aircel and even Hutch connections. You can't use them because network won't be available all the time. I use Airtel. It's not great. Slow connection. But better than zero connection. @airtelindia What should I do?

    @JioCare @reliancejio: This month I will benchmark Airtel and BSNL - that's the time I can afford to spare for your company to resolve your service and performance issues. I don't want to keep paying bills for grossly deficient services of your company.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ facing bad routing issues for almost 2 months now none so ever has been done to fix the issue not even a single phone call was made by the bsnl team high spikes from 30-104 within minutes is there any kind of solution or should i switch to another ?

    @ACTFibernet Worst customer care... Even Govt provider like bsnl is better in resolving issues, your junk Autosupprt in the App is useless, customer care number wont work.. whatsapp support number says number isn't in whatsapp.. going from good to Worst
