@BSNLCorporate @rsprasad @PrakashJavdekar Yesterday I made recharge of rs 75. Amount debit but receipt not generated and recharge not done. Now today outgoing will stop. Called on given no1503 but it's not in service. What should I do. I did mail but no response. Pathetic bsnl😡

@CMDBSNL I’m using bsnl sim from 2014 & it stopped working. I visited bsnl Bangalore office but they said me (we cannot help as the sim is from Nagaland) .. such saddening statement to hear . How can I go to Nagaland now & search for the shop where I bought back in 2014...
