@JM_Scindia @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD now I know exactly why BSNL can never succeed. Closing an FTTH connection requires me to make two photo copies of the form provided by exchange. Been sitting for past 40mins in the exchange for babus to stop watching reels and accept my form!

@RIL_Updates What about Jio's internet speed and network stability. Jio became India's NEW BSNL. Very low network inside houses, 4G is slower than BSNLs 3G, or sometimes apps & websites says no internet connection on Jio 4G. Jio's 5G is now giving speed of real 4G, Max 10-12 MBps.

Hi @BSNLCorporate , I need your support to disconnect my FTTH connection. There are frequent outages and it is no longer serving the purpose. My parents are senior citizens and cannot visit the bsnl office for the disconnection request.
