@ANI BSNL is a government & hence afflicted with red tap (लालफीताशाही से ग्रसित है। I Disconnected BSNL connection because of its poor service. I couldn't get my security money even after two years & no dues pending.

@BSNL_PB Everyone is going online and You(BSNL) is suggesting to visit CSC. Let me tell you that BSNL Customer service is very poor and they lack knowledge on troubleshooting problems. After lot of bad experience I hv stopped calling BSNL CSC as it was just waste of time
