@NewIndianXpress @BSNLCorporate In villages BSNL mobile network service has gone from bad to worse. BSNL Customers are only losing their money without proper service by BSNL.

@the_echel0n_ @yabhishekhd U just need to check which ISP is better in that area coz after service is very important at least in my area BSNL fiber is really good i mean they were bad before but they have improved a lot.... I'm using a 150 Mbps plan and it's really good

@gautamkrishnar I did traceroute. So if amazon is using edge side cdn for popular ISPs then BSNL should be on the popular list right ?. It was slow on BSNL as well 😶

@ANI BSNL is not starting its 4G service at Baghajatin, Kolkata. A metro city should be given the privilege of enjoying lightning speed internet. BSNL is moving at a very sluggish pace leading to inconvenience for the customers. When will the customers be able to enjoy true 4G?

@BSNLCorporate If this was the issue then why u didn't told me when I had gone for changing my sim card as bsnl faridabad ssa. And there also no one told me. I have another postpaid number also do I have to change the sim of that one also for international roaming. Please advise.

@malpani Is to take national assets with the help of government? Like do you really need someone to tell you what happens to tha assets owned by government? Air india is the best example where govt is using tax payer's money to keep a loss making entity running. So is bsnl and railways

@BSNLCorporate @TRAI We r facing problem with BSNL AIRFiber 03821-291075,as we've STAPIC ID,We get speed of 20-50Mbps. The issue is when we use AIRFIBRE in our KIOSK software KIOSK doesn't work properly but with mobile Hotspot the software works Please solve the issue we face

@BSNLCorporate My telephone line has snapped and the line is dead. It has been 7 days since the phone is dead. I have registered a complaint with BSNL & the complaint no. is 1060380331. The complaint has not yet been addressed. What should I do now?
