    @BSNLCorporate Kindly provide me the service disconnection form as i am not able to find on bsnl website & BSNL gola office staff is saying that they dont have disconnection form. Quite strange that the staff has form to open the connection but they dont have form for disconnection @CMDBSNL

    @BSNL_MH I have BSNL landline and it's account number is 1008577797. Since long time this landline is not being used, I want to cancel this connection now. Please let me know for further cancellation process.

    I got a new fibre net connection with BSNL but the service is very poor and connection is not stable. I informed this to local staffs in my hometown, nothing to avail. Now I am in thought of switching my network to some other’s. @BSNL_TN @BSNLCorporate @bsnlchennaimktg

    What a pathetic response 😡 from 6 days I m enquiring about fiber broadband connection, asking them for the availability check in my area, they r just giving excuses. Is this is a service u r offering @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate now I understood y bsnl is loss making entity

    @BSNLCorporate @kpsingh_rajput Very poor service by bsnl. No action being taken even after 16 days, but the bill always comes on time without a delay.
