    @NewIndianXpress @BSNLCorporate In villages BSNL mobile network service has gone from bad to worse. BSNL Customers are only losing their money without proper service by BSNL.

    @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate @BsnlCmd Right management oversight (6tenants)should help to gain market confidence by BSNL which is all time low now. (1)Sync technical and account crew task alignment so billing cycle & delivery match.(2)Focus on high density consumer base and gain market trust.

    Ported In to bsnl on oct with 3 mnth validity frc recharge. Now says emergency calls only and 18001801503 says number not availabe. Is this how customer service is handled? mistake realised by porting to BSNL. @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate There is lot of connectivity problem in Kinwat area of nanded district of maharashtra. Since From 10 -15 day days there is no bsnl tower connectivity. People suffering from many problems.becs of many office have bsnl conection. So pls quickly solve these problem as u can as psbl

    @sangram_enm @AmitShah yes BSNL has not been privatised yet but Modi govt has left no stone unturned to make it die slow death so JIO can have all the market share as they want. I am sure in few years JIO will buy BSNL at dirt cheap price.

    @thakuranil Personally I think reliance become extremely successful due to jio and jio was successful because most of companies such as bsnl vodafone were providing expensive & poor services so main reason of his success was poor performance & services of other companies

    @Excallibur6 @Anupree55891516 @desiafterdark Farmers could already do that. FFS, APMC will remain just like BSNL remained after Jio? Isn't that what u mean? Trying to solve a problem that is not there at the first place.

    @BSNLCorporate @UMESH220955 Dear bsnl Im following up for poor network coverage issue for almost a month no relief yet calls are not reachable and I'm not able to call. I have DM several times and even raised a complaint which was closed without giving issue

    @BSNL_CHTD the broadband has been down since the last 48 hours. No response from customer care or even any info when the line will be restored. At this rate, you will lose the few customers who still want to use BSNL and not move to private providers
