    @NewIndianXpress @BSNLCorporate In villages BSNL mobile network service has gone from bad to worse. BSNL Customers are only losing their money without proper service by BSNL.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL Bsnl broadband was very nice before merging with kerala vision and asianet. Now everyday having issues and noone is coming to solve the issue even after giving regular complaints.

    @BSNL_KOTD my father’s mobile phone with a BSNL sim has been lost/stolen. He is admitted in ICU for a critical condition. After repeated attempts to call customer care to block the sim I’m not able to get response from customer care. Please help!

    @BSNLCorporate i am a resident of moradabad uttar pradesh 244001 and i am a new bsnl user. Using Bsnl net is pathetic sometimes it shifts from 4g to E and in 4g ,net doesn't work.if bsnl net is not working properly how i use bsnl.why i do not shift to jio or Airtel.😔🥺

    @GunjanT76681975 @TG_TriGany This looks like serious issues. If the power is low then the coverage will be hit. If 256 QAM is not supported then throughput will be hit. Looks like TCS is far behind and still BSNL is claiming victory. TCS should come clean as to why they are unable to implement these features

    @InvestorOfJAMMU @grok Sometimes we look at BSNL from an urban lens and miss out a very crucial area - rural India There are so many parts in rural India where BSNL is the only option for people (landline/mobile/broadband) everything There is one way to make the whole thing less cash haemorrhaging As far as urban areas are concerned, BSNL should stick to B2B segment. All government and PSU offices to use BSNL only. (Of course service has to be very good) Try some good private office segments also. The whole purpose of currently keeping BSNL alive is for rural India. There is absolutely no sense in using BSNL for B2C segment in urban India - it cannot compete with Jio and Airtel. So better to drop that segment and let go of staff also for that segment

    @JioCare Thi chit chat service request booking os going on from last four days, your staff is just to reply the posts but reality is very different. Jio has become new BSNL.

    @kkunwar043 Sir, As per report of concern office, on 30th March, 2026 there was connectivity issue at the office and it was reported to BSNL by the office. Now there is proper connectivity at the office, you can visit the branch now.
