    Ok. My endless list of cribbing. Does anyone know what happened with 35kcr BSNL/MTNL revamp? The office which was an entire complex at Belapur has totally shut and for weeks MTNL has none to even attend to any complaints. What an awful mess and wasted money.

    @BSNLCorporate sir 3g service is not working in Kalindi Vihar agra up in prepaid number I write BSNL many times but no response is given from your side please revert I am new user of BSNL prepaid and also when will 4g service launch in India in Agra Uttar Pradesh happened.

    @BSNLCorporate Bsnl ftth not working in sector 21 in faridabad since last 2days. Complaint raised. Noone from local bsnl office is picking the call. Can you provide update by when this will be resolved

    @BSNLCorporate Thank you so much for resolving my issue. But when i had previously visited bsnl office to complaint about this there were many ppl who had came with same issue. So I would like to request you kindly find some way to solve this issue. Place a QR code or gpay payment method.

    @gus_brf @BS_Prasad @Bagabondo512 2011-2014 BSNL remains good service until you get any technical fault. Calling customer service is useless, i take the modem to local exchange office there instant solution.(Reset the Config which Airtel dose over call) And if Cable-cut then ₹500 for Line man Instant solution.

    I am an existing Bsnl @BSNLCorporate customer. Unhappy with the services, tried several time to port to @airtelindia and repeatedly lodged port request through airtel app. I am told that I will be contacted soon, but of no use. better switch to @reliancejio

    @ServicesBsnl Terrible service. Our landline Tel no is dead 30 days . Complaint registered. Not supervisor telling me can't do anything.his no +91 70032 30800 . He threatening me to surrender. My landline no 033 2477 3699. Using bsnl for 25 years. This is how they treat customer.
