    @DARPG_GoI @CMDBSNL @DoT_India hi sir my building was rented for bsnl telephone exchange n mobile tower n the agreement gets over 2 years back but after repeatedly letter n complaint it's not vacating. Building condition is very bad. Add damodarpur chakia subdivision Bihar 845416

    @geekyranjit Most of the people's are done with the (30-60 Mbps)and nowadays local FTTH providers do emerging rapidly at reasonable prices. But routers they provide are very cheap like syrotech and similar. Even BSNL doing same.Please help us by suggesting some alternative to get out of this.

    @BSNLCorporate @Durgeshkorgaon2 From last 5-6 days our phone is dead... continuously chasing bsnl but... BSNL to BSNL hai... customer service kya hoti hai pata nahi unhe... aur customer care mai phone lagao to vo bhi band hai shayad... kamaal hai...

    Its been 14 days since I have applied for a fiber network at BSNL, and all I got was a teliphone wire from the pole to my home. I paid 5780 rupees and all I get in response is not answering calls. I believe you will take action at pin code: 532440 @bsnl_ap_circle @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate Numerous complaints lodged for my 0141 2356336 since last month. Phone not working no broadband. In Jaipur, Capital of Rajasthan. Help in disconnecting permanently during lockdown as gate of BSNL locked out.

    @BSNLCorporate I went to nearby BSNL Exchange and requested for New FTTH Connection last month. Since then, I'm not getting correct response from them. I repeatedly calling them, but no use. Such a bad service, I never expected from a state run firm.

    Available atleast charges are 4500 for first 6 months, and slowly and gradually they started charging more and more Amount before installation, i almost paid #bsnl 1900+ and still they were asking 5700 more and when i asked for service cancellation they asked me to pay gst

    @tripureshwari1 @cwRD2002 It used to be okay, but fell in disrepair after Hyderabad Telecom (HT), along with dozens of other landline companies were consolidated into BSNL in the 2000s. Consolidation didn't work then, it won't work now. It will only make the consolidated entity easier to fail.

    @bha_at @BSNLCorporate Its been 1 year since the connection and no day goes when i do not call the concerned person for the connection problem . It has been the daily routine of network issue from BSNL side. When you call the person for the complaint, the only thing they do is to blame the higher auth.
