    This kind of service is really poor and is completely non-reliable at all. Why should I have to pay Rs.590 per month when I know that the FTTH internet will go off at any time in the day and I have to wait indefinitely or until some BSNL personnel have to switch on the tower?

    If you could not provide an interrupted service, please say that on record so that I will surrender my FTTH connection so that I do not have to suffer this torturous and horrible experience from such poor non-service. BSNL employees should seriously have a reality check here.

    @Nishant_Bliss They couldn't ban torrent and piracy. All hail the pirate bay....I remember 2008 when i first used it Alas we had 2G network then.. BSNL broadband was some luxurious thing to afford... Only one thing they can do is stop internet which is impossible.

    No internet since morning. Raised complaint. But no one is there to resolve. Spoke to one of the Staff in BSNL, Puri office at 2 pm. He said within 2 hours internet service will be restored. But no help. Please help. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR

    @TRAI @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK I am unable port from BSNL to other network I am not receiving the port code for the same ,please look into this and do the needful.

    @AshishSingh1207 @BSNLCorporate @TRAI Never take BSNL, half of the time it is not even working. If power goes off the internet stops working. What a waste of money
