    @DARPG_GoI @CMDBSNL @DoT_India hi sir my building was rented for bsnl telephone exchange n mobile tower n the agreement gets over 2 years back but after repeatedly letter n complaint it's not vacating. Building condition is very bad. Add damodarpur chakia subdivision Bihar 845416

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 I am customer of BSNL since long time despite of it on DTD 04.01.2026 was raised a complain vide No AO31193318747 through BSNL care app due to wrong billing of postpaid number but without any solution complain has been resolved. Please look into the matter and correct the bill..

    @bsnl_care my father age 70 has been visiting Bsnl office ferozepur cantt since July 24 for the refund of security as he has closed the phone line permanently. he has visited the office 10 times and everytime employees says funds are not coming from head office.any solution?

    @JM_Scindia Sir my BSNL NET IS NOT WORKING SINCE 03-01-26.and bsnl persons are giving generated message ,in which they are not asking problem. Service providers are saying ,complaint to anyone. You have to purchase another plan. I am retired central government employee.

    4G service was finally activated in my area on January 5. Unfortunately, after working for just one day, the BSNL 4G service stopped again. Other service providers are at least 3 km away from my location, so we are facing serious connectivity problems and daily inconvenience.

    @NPCI_BHIM Dear BHIM Support Team, I attempted to recharge my BSNL mobile number, but payment failed. The failed transactions still show as “Payment Failed” in BHIM UPI, while the amount remain debited. Kindly verify and refund the amount for the failed recharge attempts.
