    I took bsnl fibre connection 2months back,spent 5000 rupees for installation.Even after this amount,not at all satisfied with the service.Internet connection is disturbed since the time of installation.i am facing trouble as my daughter's online classes are suffering.@BSNL_HP

    @ImAtulKansal Sorry to bring this to ur notice. JIO service request SR00001EUSEW of Mahalingapuram Chennai, TN closed w/o repairing. Internet still not wrkng. BSNL used to do this. Sad to note that Jio is following bad practice of BSNL. Hence brngng to ur notice. Pl do needful.

    @bsnl_ap_circle @MobiKwik I have recharged ₹439 from Mobikwik platform. The recharge was successful but it hasn't reflected at BSNL. When contacted BSNL customer care and provided the operator reference ID they are not ready ton listen to concern.Finally, a ticket was raised

    @CMDBSNL Pathetic Bsnl service as always. Applied for bsnl air fiber on 5th october which was supposed to be installed at vill Talai , dalhousie by 8th October but still waiting for the service to start. Typical Government undertaking.

    So I asked when the problem will be solved, but I cannot say when the problem will be solved. There are 30 days in a month. And BSNL WiFi works for 15 days. And BSNL collects the money for 30 days. Please solve the problem(2/2)

    @BSNLCorporate @Ak77Dwivedi @BSNLCorporate Kindly return ₹599 because Your network is not working in my locality since 18 October 2022. Multiple complaints have been registered but nobody is taking concrete action to resolve the issue. I didn't dream of such a callous behaviour from BSNL official.

    @BSNLCorporate what is the procedure for disconnecting BSNL fibre connection? I have visited one of your office and the system they are saying is 1980's seriously worst service
