    @myntra I dont need a callback but a resolution of my issue. Either fix your gift cards or refund my money..pathetic service..feel like i have more chance getting my BSNL landline number fixed than myntra doing anything for their customer complaints ..ask them not to call me w/o a soln

    @BSNLCorporate Till today the phone connection is not established. Everytime I dial 1500 I get a new docket for complain means my previous docket has been closed. This is how BSNL serving the customer.

    2/n On 29th, I had twice got SMS from BSNL that my complaint has been resolved but nothing had been done. After which I re-registered complaint through your customer care executive. Every time they assure that in the next 24 hrs the issue has been resolved @BSNLCorporate

    6/n Due to this malfuncting of Fibernet,my office is shut down for the past 4 days What is this dumb service by you BSNL! I wasn't expecting this at all I need my Fibernet to be repaired anyhow by today. Do whatever required I have sent you my landline no in DM @BSNLCorporate

    @Niket_Ag @JioCare I recommended you that in future if you need any fiber or broadband service go for any other provider like Airtel or BSNL but don't go with JIO. After payment of installation charge thier sales team will stop picking up your call.

    I surprised to get a call from 83889 07718 regarding my complaint, he speaks only Hindi, Truecaller name Kiran Kumar from West Bengal. He asked me full access to my phone I denied, then asked it will be charged ₹2 on payment portal, I said any Bsnl services will be added in bill
