Bsnl 449 fibre basic plan is not for existing customers. But I don't want that much high speed and data quota. I just want budgeted plan. Why should I not move to any other service provider which cost low with same plan?

@BSNLCorporate I was wanting to set up a BSNL Fibre connection but when I tried calling the helpline number, it says invalid. I tried all the numbers given in your website but the outcome is same. How is any customer supposed to contact you?

@dpradhanbjp I am a software engineer .Now I am working from Home and we need inernet service. But In my village the internet service is already provided to G.P and also Post office by BSNL.But when I talked with BSNL employee(SDO),he is telling like that he can't provide. Help

@BSNL_OR It's almost one week but still my issue is not resolved. I have not paid the disputed bill and if due to this my services are disconnected, BSNL will be responsible. I will have to take legal course then.

Dear @BSNLCorporate I had done recharge in bsnl mobile in morning at 6.45 AM but it had not been done yet. Also,No customer care support. MY CLASSES ARE GOING ON AND DUE TO YOU I AM IN LOSS OF MY STUDIES. SERIOUSLY IRRITATED.

@samarthr1390 @BSNLCorporate Bsnl is soooo bad in providing quality service. Though 4g internet speeds are good , but quality is 🤢🤮. Speeds even feel better than jio in my area. But they dont thrive to improve the quality.

I am using a plan that has landline connection too but most of the time the line is down I cant use internet or landline. Feel like I have wasted my time and money in this connection. Complained too many times but the officials at BSNL office are responding in a very offensive
