@BijuNayagam @BSNL_KL @BSNLCorporate Yeah. I went to their office. My 80 year old dad went there 3 times. I asked them to enable VOIP on my existing bsnl fiber cable connection. Created another set of tickets for that. Nothing worked. Kunnukara BSNL local office is worst. They never pickup phones and no one there.

@BSNLCorporate I recharged with Directly in bsnl portal of rs 107 and amount deducted but recharge failed customers care lady haven't knowledge anything she was saying call the payment portal literally shame on lol idiots are working in office and after many call no resolution
