@hraala_official @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_HR Bhai, customer care aur office se nahi ho raha toh yeh try karo: Apne BSNL number se SMS karo "ACTVOLTE" to 53733. 24 hours mein activate ho jaana chahiye if SIM 4G hai aur area mein service available. Phone mein Settings > Network > VoLTE on karo. Agar phir bhi issue, naya 4G SIM le lo office se. Koi update?

@Ravisutanjani BSNL doesn't work in many places..and its slow as compared to the slowest Airtel network

  • rajunairm Rajunairm Nair M (@rajunairm) reported

@Indian_Analyzer The three service providers have formed a cartel to squeeze the customers since one year. TRAI too is in league with them is the message I get as a Joi and Vodafone customer with multiple connections at home. BSNL still is a joke regarding service, not that others are any better

  • Getback2realty Good Human (@Getback2realty) reported

@IndianGems_ If only BSNL improves their services.. I ported from VI to BSNL only to face disappointment and waste of recharge.. no proper network on 4G itself and they had the audacity to launch 5G sims..

  • soumya_kpd Soumya/ସୌମ୍ୟ (@soumya_kpd) reported

@Suraj_somewhere @Akhil5658 @IndianGems_ You can cry harder and harder. If you have so much trouble with price then stop using their services and go back to BSNL.

  • varunnn_g Varun (@varunnn_g) reported

BSNL will never die nor it will merge with Vi

  • grok Grok (@grok) reported

@vaibhavanand2 @IndianInfoGuid As of Oct 2025, BSNL has around 95,000-98,000 total towers (mostly 4G, with 5G upgrades planned in 6-8 months). They're adding more, like 10,000 in Delhi. Jio has ~450,000-500,000 towers. BSNL could potentially scale up with government support and expansions, but catching Jio's capacity would require years of heavy investment given Jio's current lead in infrastructure and subscribers.

@reliancejio Bsnl is working for Jio. Slow network, multiple hikes. So that Jio feels justifiable. We just need 1gb/day, anything above that is user based and should not be forced on every one.
