    @BSNLCorporate Check DM, shared video of how officers don't receive call back regarding pending issue for which you have replied. Check yourself, call that number and see whether your call is received. Bsnl self care portal profile default number is to be changed. They just don't understand

    @yupptv I am using yupptv via BSNL ftth Superstar Premium-1 plan. Yupp TV has stopped working since one week when I login using my registered mobile number. Kindly look into this and please rectify it.

    @BSNLCorporate It has been 1 month since my telephone is dead. This is so pathetic, BSNL IS LEAST bother about their customers. Giving you the last ultimatum to fix my landline 079-25434165 ASAP, otherwise you will find legal consequences whatsoever it may be.

    @yupptv_scope I am not at all able to login to yupptv scope even though I have a BSNL Superstar Premium-1 plan. Kindly check this issue. Whenever I login using my RMN , it says you don't have any active plan. Please rectify this.

    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate thanks for your quick response. I got a call within two hours of your reply. But the issue is still unresolved. Officials from BSNL Barwala (Hisar, Haryana) saying they cannot act for AirFiber or FTTH till the number of connections is less than 10.
