  @TanaysinghT Still their revenue increase ! Private 4g is good but they also now wAnt earn by price hike but not able to do because of bsnl/mtnl approx 9cr+ customer , VI with 4g also in loss and very soon mAy be defult on bank loan ( huge amount ) ! 4g is just technology !

  @BSNLCorporate you have replied many times same things but the result has not been changed. Still no one takes prompt action against lazy attitude of officers and employees of BSNL . No one cares about BSNL customers , we are paying not to get harassment but to get proper continuous service

  Hi. Native village in Perambalur dist, what we need to do to get good network.. Bsnl- able receive the call no net and airtel, jio - able to get internet if we are in 2nd floor or not inside of the home. dongle also crying for network.. Any tips.
