    @CgmTelangana BSNL landline of my parents (aged 77 and 73) in HYD city proper not working for 13 days now. Repeated complaints via phone and online portals have not been heeded to. Post on FB messenger and on BSNL FB page did not. Covid times, alone, scary feeling. PLS HELP

    Bsnl service is very bad. I was registered internet complaint on customer care& local internet provider on 29/03/2021 but till now any one hair me.why bsnl provide the service if any one hair to customer problems.Also I write the email but didn't get any response. @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNL_KL A black coloured cable, said to be owned by bsnl is lying in the middle of the road from last 5 days. Can someone attend and fix it, else it will sooner or later cause an accident. Area: kunnath mana road, kandangali, payyannur, kannur district pin: 670307
