Got frequent calls from bsnl employee to clear 1 month due of my offce line,which not possible to go out & pay but my home line bill has been already paid annually, which is not working since a week, called the concerned JTO but ill response. Pls do needfull.

From past few days my landline no 01933278438 district pulwama is not working and continuously visiting my nearest BSNL exchange to solve this issue but they are not solving it and gave me lame excuses I don't know where to go and what to do . Please solve it Thanks

@BSNLMeghalaya @BSNLMeghalaya They are not bothered if the customer is facing issue,. 1. To recharge we always have to visit the bsnl office. They said i cannot recharge by myself.

@Sethu__Surya @BSNLCorporate As per BSNL they'll provide 100 meters for free after that they will charge ₹10/mtr. But again othr providers r installing whole fiber BB connection for free & customer need to pay only monthly charges. No wonder why these idiots r out of business now, as they refuse to change.

They ask me to pay 15k rupees and he said that they will give 1 antenna for AirFiber and connection & Rest all item like router, wire will be mine. What should i do next ? Till now the validity of my expired plan has not been extended due to network issue of BSNL there has been a network problem for 1 to 2 days every week in the last three months I request again BSNL to extend the expired validity of my number plan
