Got frequent calls from bsnl employee to clear 1 month due of my offce line,which not possible to go out & pay but my home line bill has been already paid annually, which is not working since a week, called the concerned JTO but ill response. Pls do needfull.

@BSNLCorporate Why you not modify your service..we are experiencing from last few days your worst service and i am calling bsnl customer service also those peoples are not able to sortout this problems we are facing....i am a ftth user of your compnay....

From past few days my landline no 01933278438 district pulwama is not working and continuously visiting my nearest BSNL exchange to solve this issue but they are not solving it and gave me lame excuses I don't know where to go and what to do . Please solve it Thanks

@BSNLCorporate you cry ppl don’t support bsnl, the the ones who do dont get proper service, 200 mbps broadband but max speed is 20-40 mbps, and daily 2-3 hours of disconnect. How you expect customer to appreciate your service

@BSNLCorporate BSNL 2g 3g network connectivity is now restored. I don't think sms sent to Bsnl mobile subscribers during the outage will be delivered again. Lost most likely. Techincal gap most likely. Not sure if retry queue mechanism is in place.

Which means that we have to wait much longer time till ot get fixed.This is type of service is forcing the customers to believe that BSNL is not caring about its customers satisfaction. The reason of tweeting you sir is that the action of BSNL is not satisfactory.

@DoT_India I think your concerned TSP/ DIVISION is in Kumbhakarna's sleep. It's 10th day LL is dead. Pls help me to disconnect my number without visiting BSNL office. As i m not permitted to go out campus. I dnt want to waste my hard earned money by rationing your staff.
