Got frequent calls from bsnl employee to clear 1 month due of my offce line,which not possible to go out & pay but my home line bill has been already paid annually, which is not working since a week, called the concerned JTO but ill response. Pls do needfull.

From past few days my landline no 01933278438 district pulwama is not working and continuously visiting my nearest BSNL exchange to solve this issue but they are not solving it and gave me lame excuses I don't know where to go and what to do . Please solve it Thanks

@Indianinfoguide better late than never. BSNL need to increase the number of Towers across India to provide uninterrupted coverage for the users. Indians need a 3rd Service Provider to reign in the strong arm tactics of @reliancejio and @airtelindia who arbitrarily increasing their charges.

@TelecomTalk can you post a detailed fibre network map, peers, interconnection facilities of bsnl in your website. I feel a lot of the fibre infra is being wasted, which could unlock of billions of dollars in value to the indian economy, consumers, businesses cannot get a connection directly.

@bsnllinda have taken bsnl broadband 4 days back...hardly used for half a day and down since 1.5 days. still network is not up and no one is responding. is this how you want to compete with other broadband providers

@pravesh814 754225, Odisha our area 3 days above network not available BSNL 3 rd class services. 6 months above Already complaint 1503 BSNL coustomer care but till know no action. PM inauguration 4G internet but network not available.

@ayushunleashed Same happened with hathway years back, and BSNL for everything you had to goto the telephone exchange stand in line get a form stand in line and submit it and then follow up till your hair grew white. Customer in India is Khasht-me-mar.
