Closing it saying "Contact your nearest BSNL office." Happened to me too many times already. Can't gather enough slang to hurl at them. I feel you.

Partha_ Panda (@Partha_199990) reported@bsnl_care BSNL is still unprepared to provide stable, reliable, uninterrupted services especially 3g, 4g etc. only 2g service is a bit better, so it's worth for SMS and nothing more than that. High-speed internet is too much for BSNL's present infrastructure. It has to go a long way.

The 3rd attempt call got connected after long beep sounds. But that call also ends in between. Is that real quality network are you providing

RKP (@rpandith07) reportedif the BSNL network is good, moe than 30-40% people switch from jio/airtel to BSNL. As is Jio and airtel are charging exorbitant.
