Got frequent calls from bsnl employee to clear 1 month due of my offce line,which not possible to go out & pay but my home line bill has been already paid annually, which is not working since a week, called the concerned JTO but ill response. Pls do needfull.

@BSNLCorporate Why you not modify your service..we are experiencing from last few days your worst service and i am calling bsnl customer service also those peoples are not able to sortout this problems we are facing....i am a ftth user of your compnay....

From past few days my landline no 01933278438 district pulwama is not working and continuously visiting my nearest BSNL exchange to solve this issue but they are not solving it and gave me lame excuses I don't know where to go and what to do . Please solve it Thanks

@rmani2020 Not bsnl... Cos it had very poor service... Could by even recharge during lock down 🤷 even online recharge didnt happen... Lost 599 899 due to their poor service... Thats y said bsnl is not competent enough...

@DCP_CCC_Delhi I received an SMS on two BSNL numbers regarding the KYC submission and number suspension. They forced to download some app on mobile. App name are QUICK SUPPORT , and KYC ANY DESK. Their numbers are 9903159400, 9555215174, 9369575386, 6291620452. Take an action.

What's worse than having no internet connection? A slow connection. #BSNL (all the time) #JIO ( Still understandable, problem happens only in remote areas like hills)

@geebeeigwt BSNL connection is the only option for rural areas and their service is reliable. BSNL wont reduce data speed or manipulate on bills. BSNL employees are not customer friendly before not now.
