    Got frequent calls from bsnl employee to clear 1 month due of my offce line,which not possible to go out & pay but my home line bill has been already paid annually, which is not working since a week, called the concerned JTO but ill response. Pls do needfull.

    I have a postpaid bsnl air fiber connection in pukhrayan kanpur dehat,uttar pradesh and in which the internet works for only 15 days in a month but they send full month bill without rebating or decrease amount. when i complaint in their portal,they are not responding and resolved

    @BSNLCorporate All countries in the west. I also tested the Arabian Gulf countries as well. Until 2 weeks ago everything was fine then suddenly the entire BSNL subnetwork which controls STD code 0469 began having problems.

    @FutureEquals Who is selling what? 75 years after Independence we are still not a Developed country. India has to adopt - success formula of South Korea, Taiwan, China etc. You change Home Broadband to BSNL and then you will salute Modi. No one will come to fix any issues - you need to beg.

    @BSNLCorporate @gaprateekrg We are also facing the same issue with BSNL broadband and nobody from BSNL is taking this concern seriously. Now please get our connections disconnected and refund all our money back. Phone no 0124-2977737

    @ajay43 No, they are trying to develop the indigenous 4G/ 5G with the help of TCS , CDOT. The govt is doing all these experiments in a LAB called #BSNL.

    The financial condition of BSNL is not right in my country as well as their officer is not able to talk, I did my recharge of 139 on 14-10-2022 and till date My account is saying suspended, if I tell customer care to talk to the senior, then he says talk to him tomorrow.

    @lavanyadeepak @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw Consistent breakage of link... Repeatedly complained about problem... To be specific, all problems started once Airtel too started giving services... Same franchise owner operating Airtel and BSNL...
