    From past few days my landline no 01933278438 district pulwama is not working and continuously visiting my nearest BSNL exchange to solve this issue but they are not solving it and gave me lame excuses I don't know where to go and what to do . Please solve it Thanks

    Got frequent calls from bsnl employee to clear 1 month due of my offce line,which not possible to go out & pay but my home line bill has been already paid annually, which is not working since a week, called the concerned JTO but ill response. Pls do needfull.

    @BSNL_KTK we took a new postpaid connection 2 days back. It's yet not activated. customer care asking asking to go to bsnl office. Paid 300 rupees to your agent without receipt as he was not ready to give the sim without it, as service charge. @BSNLCorporate @srvsam

    @sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI similar nonsense at my As1anet ISP down south as well. But service is ok.They just come up with random sht like warranty,dual band modem,more speed etc monthly. It was really bad before Jio 4G/fibre came.Then we didnt have any options than BSNL. Now extortion dampened

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK I had complained to BSNL customercare 5 times in a week as my broadband connection was unstable, all the time the technician is closing the ticket without providing a resolution. What a poor service BSNL is providing, I am very much disappointed 😞

    @AshwiniVaishnaw I am using BSNL No. 03843-265989 since 2005, but mostly in rainy season BRAODBAND remain DOWN, I have complain several occasion but status remain same, pls look into the matter on priority basis, otherwise U people are forcing us 2 choose Private Service Provider

    BSNL Account Number 8008359235. Created a SR #16249493712 for billing related issue. When will this be fixed? I visited BSNL Office at Shaheed Chowk, Ranchi and met with 3 officials and no one had any clue what is "Itemized Billing for INR50".

    @sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare It’s the worse service. Bsnl is 10 times better. Try them. They are under rated, but their service is super cool.

    @BSNLCorporate 3 months ago I bought a connection for 5k now I had just shifted 7-8km away so just for that I had to run to the bsnl office for transfer no problem I did but now you guys have the nerve to ask 2000 more for installation of the stuff again this is all a scam.
