    From past few days my landline no 01933278438 district pulwama is not working and continuously visiting my nearest BSNL exchange to solve this issue but they are not solving it and gave me lame excuses I don't know where to go and what to do . Please solve it Thanks

    Got frequent calls from bsnl employee to clear 1 month due of my offce line,which not possible to go out & pay but my home line bill has been already paid annually, which is not working since a week, called the concerned JTO but ill response. Pls do needfull.

    @bsnl_ap_circle still issue is not resolved for the shifting of bsnl pole. The bsnl employee (Siva nagenra Rao pamirthi ) machilipatnam his arrogance answer is telling us to give complaint to municipality for pole shift. Very disappointed.

    @BSNLCorporate They don't solved my problem since 18th of may I have complaint.. only making me such a sence that they will resolve it in a year....now I am going to complain in consumer court for the matter that created by them.. BSNL will be responsible for the further process

    @jgopikrishnan70 @AshwiniVaishnaw ITS/TCS officials were present in in various key positions. They were warming the chairs with their job security and let down these undertakings. Let BSNL / MTNL employees run it at all levels. We will see improvement.

    So, what's the solution in this regard because executive seems to be there only to convey system is down. They don't have answer about when system the is expected to be online. Also, why only BSNL is facing DND service down times while other operators can access the portal?

    @bsnl_ap_circle We had raised complaint about improper placement of BSNL tower it causes lot of problems. I had personally messaged in twitter but the people who came to examine was not a professionals they just want to debate and argue with us. They denied our request.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL My Complaint pending from 30.05.2022 with complaint ID no.1058678621 bsnl landline 02626 235898 phone dead still kept pending till now. Not solved yet. Even though I informed 1500 & 197. Gujarat.

    @BSNLCorporate Dear Bsnl would you please tell from when we will get good signal and the cross mark in the tower section of the mobile will come with full signal ? You are creating id with twitter as bsnl"corporate" but giving service which doesnot cope up with the standard !

    @BSNLCorporate Hi , I want one bsnl broadband connection, broadband service available in my village for gram panchayat , I'm contact bsnl office but him says your village not available BSNL broadband service.
