    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 First give good service to people who support BSNL for so long it's 16 years with BSNL but still pathetic service experience no proper network untill now good service BSNL keep it up we Indian's deserve it because government is sleeping

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 Bsnl has gone from bad to worst. Stopped many of the recharge plans , already had network reception problem , still on 3g.. Why would anyone choose bsnl ? M porting back to VI ..done big mistake by choosing bsnl

    Even BSNL Customer service is better than @airtelindia , From 121 if I choose any option, it doesn't take the input. From Airtel thanks app I get nothing but some useless stupid options given by AI which doesn't address the real problem. No option to connect to real person.

    Jio network is worst than BSNL 2g. They should reduce their prices. We are paying extra for the same services.#Jio_का_घटिया_नेटवर्क

    @Anaitik2 BSNL's loss of 1.35 lakh subscribers in May 2025 likely stems from its limited 4G coverage and slower network speeds compared to Jio and Airtel, who added millions of users. Delays in BSNL's 4G rollout and a market share below 10% hurt its competitiveness. However, BSNL turned profitable in late 2024 and gained subscribers in March 2025 with new services like spam-blocking and Wi-Fi roaming. Government-backed 4G expansion could help, but BSNL must improve network quality to stem losses.

    @BSNL_PB @bsnl_care urban Estate Ph 2, Patiala BSNL exchange is down since Monday 23/6/25 after a minor fire. It is three days now. Several hundreds of lines are down. How long will it take to be fixed?

    @Adityakrsaha ..I'm not supporting but Amazon or so many r loss making businesses. Netflix was , Amazon was for years. Jio did that, now they're milking their customer base YoY easily, didn't pay 10 years worth of bills to BSNL. Others can't do that. In India most r just valuations not...

    @BSNLCorporate Dear Bsnl I am using your services more than 20 years . You are providing National services to coustomer I am leaving your service due to bad customer service and network issue. No customer service associate is well trained to give satisfactory answer. #quitebsnl

    Never i said never use airtel as your primary network in Pune atleast, worst network.using airtel from 2 year bt from last 6 month their network gone below limit. I think they are competing with bsnl about who can provide more low level network 🤷 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
