Siliguri BSNL office refused SIM replacement cause Aadhaar biometric is locked and OTP cannot be received due to dead SIM. Kindly help with manual verification/reissue urgently.

It is very disappointing.Even BSNL is now providing stable 4G in this area. Then why is Vi still unable to provide proper network service?
