    @BSNL_OR when i have complain to customer care they are replying to me that they havent listin these type of offer 1699 giving 4.5GB per day. Is BSNL service getting fraud to customer.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Dear Sir, BSNL mobile service here in Kalamassery, Ernakulam is pathetic. 30 sec line on, then it goes one way. Made complaints to BSNL mary times. But No result. Please interfere. Don't want port from our own BSNL. That's why. TXs In advance. Gopakumar

    @BSNLCorporate I raised complaint for my broadband connection and you asked my address I provided my address and there is no response, if I raise a complaint for private it may be solved, that could be the reason for everything is going to private sector and indeed private bsnl

    @BSNLCorporate i m fiber user from last 2 years but from the last of some months I m facing speed issue when I talk to my agent from i get my connection he is saying me to disconnect my connection.. this is the service of BSNL..

    @BSNLCorporate what a pathetic service given by BSNL. I called ur customer care and i m on waiting from last 45 mins no one is receiving the call. Its shame on u.... Useless service.. Just promoting JIO BSNL is misbhaving BSNL customers. Not a single support for BSNL user.

    My complaint with reference #BSNL-KL-2023-CU-01301675111187 has been closed & marked as rectified, but the problem still persists. Frustrated with the lack of actual resolution. Time for a follow-up and demand for proper customer service. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL @cgmbsnlkerala

    @BSNLCorporate 4. Please Note BSNL is poorly failing to provide stable quality service. On the other hand RAILTEL is providing stable quality service to customers in my complex. RAILTEL download speed is always AT PAR with upload speed. Whereas BSNL is not able to maintain the same standards.
