    @BSNL_OR when i have complain to customer care they are replying to me that they havent listin these type of offer 1699 giving 4.5GB per day. Is BSNL service getting fraud to customer.

    @mkvhindu @JioCare @reliancejio I support you & agree with you fully. This is happing due to absence of competition which was wiped out due to power of money to control the market as consumer has no choice. This will happen in various sectors due to privatization. BSNL does not get 4g but reliance does.

    @BSNL_JK Why should anyone has to take a bsnl connection net down no customer care number service through whatsapp which goes unseen or reply after 4-5 hours lodge complaint no response

    @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate @jagograhakjago from last2-3 days the internet from bsnl is not working I raised a complaint but there is no resolution.if they cant give the net for 2-3 days how come they charge full bill amount at the end of the month,they shd leave 2 days bill right

    @BSNL_OR is always facing fluctuations. This is the common message from #BSNL while you are going to recharge. Their network and service is always like this fluctuations. @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate air fibre not working since last 5 days. Communicated with local bsnl office as well but no feedback and no solution found. Why does bsnl authorize vendors who can't provide service to their customers. Thinking of switching to other operator.

    For what purpose Twitter page have been created by Haryana BSNL . I have made a complaint on Twitter page of Haryana BSNL but nobody has neither seen nor replied. @haryanabsnl
