    @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate @MTNLOfficial Trusted BSNL and linked it to my bank account, expecting reliability. Instead, no OTPs, delayed bank SMS, and frequent network outages made banking impossible. My only relief is that I never switched to a postpaid connection.

    @TheSamratBanik @bsnl_care This is the height of stupidity 🙄 customer is expressing hi bad experience with network issues of bsnl and bsnl simply reply the standard answer iur team is working on. How many decades Bsnl will work and it can't improve the network so far 🤔

    @bsnl_care In 2026, a mobile recharge can be "successful," payment can be deducted, and yet the customer is told to wait 7 working days to use their phone. That's quite an innovation, @BSNLCorporate. @BSNL_MH #BSNL

    @bsnl_care Posted via my BSNL sim, same location. Ur BSNL 4G network seems 2 b quite stable 4 the last few hours. I hope such stable service continues. I can understand that it may not b 100% possible but too much disruptions bring a bad name 2 the country's largest public telecom sector.
