    @BSNLCorporate My bsnl ftth connection is not working from 12-06-2026 and lodged compliant on bsnl portal with reference number:115488764 but issue not solved.

    @Vidyut Affordable - yes, service reliability (at least for BSNL, never experienced MTNL) was not so reliable. If one faced issues, they were at the mercy of babus.

    @dixarth Something has been done to india's internet\radio frequencies. Everything has been dogshit past few weeks. Airtel, jio, bsnl. Everything sucks. Wifi range has been decreased too.

    @SayantikaSays Product wise Airtel is good but customer service is pathetic. They don't listen and understand your issue and often screw up working setup. Be careful. BSNL customer service is even more pathetic.

    @dmuthuk As a consumer, smart meter is required. Smart meters will help Tangedco reduce revenue loss. All losses and inefficiencies are passed on to consumers as tariff increase. Let private DISCOMs be allowed. Consumers don't have choice. It is like old BSNL with no competition.

    @yabhishekhd Even the 5G has got nerfed. In my village, these is not FTTH. I got Jio Air Fiber and it really sucks. Me and my whole family about 5 people will have SIM converted to Airtel and BSNL.
