  @BSNL_MP_Circle user raises complaint and your system just make it resolved without any action , is this the way bsnl works what kind of SLAs u have and on what basis complaints are marked as resolved without resolution. No one takes responsibility just a disgrace.

  Took a review of pending HR issues of BSNL employees today with senior officers of @BSNLCorporate and @DoT_India. Directed that employee grievances be addressed promptly and no legitimate issue remain pending without resolution.   @Indian_Analyzer Third grade service. Tried supporting BSNL for revival but seems Babus and Mantris are not interested. Now @BSNLCorporate does not provide cheap plans it had also become loot company.
