After confirming availability of Fibernet in my location, I surrendered bsnl connection, paid 1 year tariff to Airtel but connecting team said no F'net. I felt cheated. Complaint to ceodesk also fallen on deaf ears

Ayush (@AyushGermany) reportedBSNL broadband service is one of the worst compared to others. We pay the bills but if something happens they send their employees after 1 day or 2, sometimes it will take more than 2 days also. Unfortunately airtel and jio doesn't provide services for some rural areas in karnataka. @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate whom should I contact to solve this issue. Local employees never rectify the issue within a day. If you can't provide a proper service please don't generate the postpaid bill idiots

Fill out the porting form, make the required payment for activation and the first recharge, and submit your documents. After submission, you'll receive a new BSNL SIM. If they give quality network 🛜 then many people will port from other network to BSNL swadeshi network including ME. It will be interesting time for Airtel, Jio , VI and BSNL. Duopoly of Airtel and Jio must be ended for better customer services. ✅👍
