Standard of telecom service by bsnl is very substandard and poor. Kindly look into the matter to get the fault rectified as early as possible.

First I installed Jio AirFiber full range everywhere, but internet speed was almost useless most of the time. Then I switched to BSNL fiber speed is actually very good, but the wire cable keeps breaking every few days and the local team fixes it whenever they feel like it. Flop_X (@Flopx5911) reportedDear @BSNLCorporate, Amazing service by BSNL 👏 My WiFi stops working every 2–3 days since installation, and now it has been completely dead for the last 2 days. The local team neither answers calls nor replies on WhatsApp. But yes, they were very quick to collect 6 months’ advance payment so that customers can’t even switch to another provider easily. At this point, we are paying not for internet service, but for frustration and ignorance. If this is the level of support BSNL provides, then “Digital India” is truly in safe hands. Kindly resolve the issue instead of ignoring customers. #BSNL #BSNLFTTH
