  @BSNL_CHTD @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_TN is the worst network I ever seen. Because, Eventhough my BSNL sim card is 4G capable, they are giving 3G (metropolitan city - Chennai). I am Also not getting UPC code. I hate BSNL.

I know the hardship of dealing with BSNL staff even for small fault rectification. Inspite of very good salary, very less work they never worked. Its fact.   I think @airtelindia is no better than BSNL in Dehradun. I switched to Airtel thinking service and customer support will be good. Well I was wrong, broadband maintainability is very bad. Issue resolves, ticket resolves and issue occurs again. Then the cycle follows of this pain
