I know the hardship of dealing with BSNL staff even for small fault rectification. Inspite of very good salary, very less work they never worked. Its fact.   So If this happen BSNL SIM can automatically switch (roam) onto Vi’s network in places where BSNL signal is weak or congested and Vi has better coverage. We may get higher speeds (especially if you land on Vi 4G/5G area), because Vi has already expanded 5G across Kerala.
