Standard of telecom service by bsnl is very substandard and poor. Kindly look into the matter to get the fault rectified as early as possible.

Curious (@CuriousGMO) reported@ProfAnilKumarT1 Even my father received legal notice to pay Rs 5000. Same problem, no internet and on filing complaint they send SMS that "problem has been rectified" without customer's feedback. I have proof so I am thinking to take legal route, it's sheer extortion by the BSNL.
