I know the hardship of dealing with BSNL staff even for small fault rectification. Inspite of very good salary, very less work they never worked. Its fact.   @sukumaranlens @rishibagree BSNL service, please don't joke. Out of 30 days in a month approximately 20 days the basic landline service wil be dead. No use of walking to the telephone exchange and registering complaints.

Some parts of open OFC through poles can break during winter due to heavy snowfall . So common people of pangi get uninterrupted 4G service of BSNL

  @EngrAbuAmmar @bsnl_care Bsnl sims automatically latch to mtnl dolphin network if available if your sim not connecting you don't have to visit any mtnl office just go to aur sim setting and manually select dolphin 3g if available but reality it that dolphin network don't have good indoor coverage
