    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_CHTD I am using Bsnl. Very Poor 2g indoor coverage in my area. Take necessary steps to resolve the issue. Address : Pinjivakkam village, Kadamabathur post, Tiruvallur dist and Taluk, Tamilnadu - 631203.

    According to you which telecom operator provides best customer service ? . BSNL . JIO . Airtel . vI I have good experience with Airtel rest is pathetic. e.g. yesterday I booked a JIO SIM for Home delivery, Jio person didn't showed up and I called him next day and he said, Bhai aap Jio Store se le lo..     @bsnl_care Dear bsnl team, It was almost 3 days that the services were down and not working properly. Today it got restored on the third day. It could have been resolved earlier but you guys choose to be little lazy and wait for Monday to work , today it's fixed thanks for this slow service

    @bsnl_care Already sent you. BUT your people do not bother to reply. They do not give the Happy code and close complaints without confirmtion from the Customer. This is illegal - breaking Service rules of BSNL and duping the public

    Jio and BSNL network’s are better. If customers pay full money why should they get full services. why @TRAI has given power to stop consumers switching network if bills are unpaid even if bills and not genuine. So why not any penalty for service providers also

    @bsnl_care Bsnl service like Electrisity when light is on than your service will work very good if light has gone than no network no calls, many time facing another problem someone try to call me bsnl network told them that he is out of reach. What's is this so I feel it's bad network.

    It's 2026 n had similar scenario after my father's passing in govt banks, RTO,post office,village office, BSNL, PFO Just wanted to hang them upside n rip their skin. One madarchod even asked if I can bring my grieving mother to offic so that he can confirm if shez alive.
