    @Ravisutanjani They just invest their time on Useless things. Last 3 years they just try fix network, quality is long way for BSNL.

    @UnionBankTweets Mobile recharge of Rs 1999/- done through net banking. Amount deducted but recharge not done as amt not reflected in BSNL a/c. Please help🙏 Your TOLL FREE is hopeless. Representative makes us listen to music and after 13/15 mins phone gets disconnected.

    @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate @bsnl Worst service in Rairangpur, Odisha. Never expected BSNL to be this worse. Whenever calling a BSNL user it says "subscriber is not reachable", and whenever making a call from BSNL, it doesn't even ring. Time to change to a better one I guess.

    @sri__vasu Dear Customer, Yes, you can avail the eSIM through the same process as shown in the image. Please follow the simple steps for new SIM booking or switching to BSNL, and once you reach the CSC (Customer Service Center), you can request the eSIM option. Regards, BSNL-Care (Sahil)

    @bsnl_care D2414140812252 – This is my latest complaint number. I have not received any service or call from the BSNL team. The service provider seems to close tickets within 1–2 hours without fixing the issue. Now 10+ connections have had no internet for the last 7 days. #BSNL

    Jio and BSNL network’s are better. If customers pay full money why should they get full services. why @TRAI has given power to stop consumers switching network if bills are unpaid even if bills and not genuine. So why not any penalty for service providers also
