With the help of BSNL site I recharged my no and did payment with Paytm getway. I selected phone pay UPI. Payment deducted from my IDBI ac. But recharge not done. Merchant telling payment not received 3 days passed got no refund. Please Help @IDBI_Bank @PhonePeSupport @BSNL_RJ

@BSNLCorporate Six in our family used to have BSNL being faithful to a government enterprise. We changed to private players simply because nothing ever got done through your so called customer service, nor did you have a useful app. Wake up!
