@BSNLCorporate @AmritMahotsav Why BSNL aren't offering More Data & more speed in Andaman & Nicobar Islands? As compare to other states. Airtel have launches its Broadband service in Andaman with great speed & more data as compare to BSNL. Will BSNL make some changes in their current plan?

This happens even in working hours. His last promise today at 5PM was the work is just 5 mins and would be done. It's been more than an hour and now his family members attend the call.I guess this kind of staff and service is what effects the brand of BSNL.hope you look into this

@BSNLCorporate my BSNL fibre connection isn't working for past 2days it is showing loss of connection and it happens several times in month, my service vendor also don't answer the call. BSNL must be converted into private sector or must be realised so customer won't suffer.

Jio has aggressively expanded its broadband network over the past year. In March 2021, it had a total of 2.6 million subscribers. Since then, its wired broadband subscribers more than doubled to 5.3 million overtaking both Airtel and BSNL.
