It is really appreciated, as my problem resolved on Sunday. It is noticed that my FTTH cable purposefully damaged by someone, maybe other services providers to let down BSNL.

I hope you can teach the decency to the representatives at your offices rather than your customers. Maybe privatization of BSNL will help
