@Rajeev_GoI BSNL franchise are looting from poor villagers .Since there are mobile connectivity issues ,people have no choice rather than paying this people. They are charging thrice the market charges for modem, cables and installation

@BSNLCorporate I ported out from jio, many users are ready to switch there number into BSNL. It's my humble request please work on 3G network's connectivity and mainly your customer care services, which are very pathetic. They don't want to listen and solve customer's query/ complaints

@JioCare You nowhere less, mobile network goes off during power cut, during heavy shower. And if no network the whole day then no refund or roll over for the data. In that case atleast @ViCustomerCare has a rollover facility. So Vi>>> jio. Bsnl and Vi both are good in today's time

@shyampsunder Never heard any private player returning security amount easily. BSNL guy called me to inform the cheque is ready and I can collect it anytime. With Vodafone, I was forced to send emails 10-15 times. Airtel didn't refund my last broadband deposit & I didn't had time for it.
