No idea about Vi or BSNL, but using jio is like using 2G network in old days. JIO IS WORST NETWORK NOW IN INDIA. @JioCare

For basic information about your own offer, you’re asking customers to visit a CSC instead of providing a simple answer. If customer care has no information about an advertised offer, that shows serious incompetence.

Banamali Nepak (@nepak_b) reported@BharatFactsIN @airtelindia @reliancejio Even #BSNL is making much bigger blunders. You don’t get a proper network connection for calls, using the internet is almost impossible, and most of the packs don’t even include SMS. Yet they still charge competitive prices.
