Looks these will be hit. Airtel is and will always be for the elite. Costly and only giving up to speeds. So airtel will NOT be hit. Land is not a issue if they want. everyday I go to my office and see NTPC has huge plots bang on Sector 62 Noida which can be used. Similarly In Indirapuram BSNL has a huge vacant plot for atleast 20 years. I am sure Vaishali, Vasundhara would have similar plots
