    Looks like now every telecom service provider (@VodafoneIN & @Idea , @reliancejio, @airtelindia, last but not least bsnl 3G) providing the worst signal strength in my area @TRAI

    @UttamChakram @SaradhiTweets ACT 990, BSNL 1100 fibernet, most preferred networks in Bangalore. Looks these will be hit. Airtel is and will always be for the elite. Costly and only giving up to speeds. So airtel will NOT be hit. Ppl love to be associated with airtel bcoz u pay more for sucking service.

    @InvestorOfJAMMU @grok Sometimes we look at BSNL from an urban lens and miss out a very crucial area - rural India There are so many parts in rural India where BSNL is the only option for people (landline/mobile/broadband) everything There is one way to make the whole thing less cash haemorrhaging As far as urban areas are concerned, BSNL should stick to B2B segment. All government and PSU offices to use BSNL only. (Of course service has to be very good) Try some good private office segments also. The whole purpose of currently keeping BSNL alive is for rural India. There is absolutely no sense in using BSNL for B2C segment in urban India - it cannot compete with Jio and Airtel. So better to drop that segment and let go of staff also for that segment

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 BSNL is unable to replace stolen SIM in other states ie Rajasthan circle SIM if stolen (like me) is not available in Chennai, you have to shift all your services to another no. The other service provider like airtel readily issues a new sim of any state in any state(like me).

    @CMDBSNL Dear @BSNLCorporate Team I am facing indoor Network coverage issue last 2Year, pls do something otherwise leave BSNL. Problem facing address are Village Dompur khas, Post Kozidih, District Jaunpur,222202. Map address Q67F+PF5, Belwar, Kozidih, Uttar Pradesh 222202

    @Airtel_Presence In the classic tradition of Airtel customer care, a week has passed and they haven't moved a finger. Meanwhile I still struggle to get the connection after paying the money. Even BSNL was better than this. They never provided service but did not fleece you like @airtelindia

    Very disappointing BSNL network in Mumbai, especially in Kalina–Santacruz. Daily no signal, call drops, and poor internet. Left with no option but to port my SIM. @BSNLCorporate @MTNLOfficial @JM_Scindia

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD my father’s mobile phone with a BSNL sim has been lost/stolen. He is admitted in ICU for a critical condition. After repeated attempts to call customer care to block the sim I’m not able to get response from customer care. Please help!

    @TRAI @AshwiniVaishnaw Banks have launched new 8-digit toll-free numbers for customer support, but BSNL hasn’t updated its directory yet. As a result, calls to these numbers aren’t going through. Because of this, I’m unable to contact my bank to get my credit card unblocked.

    @BSNL_UPEast @BSNLCorporate BSNL's service is very poor. If the power goes out for five hours, the BSNL network goes down. The BSNL network only comes back on when the power returns. Doesn't BSNL have a backup generator?
