  @BSNL_KOTD Very poor service in Olaichanditala, Hooghly under Chinsurah PIN - 712103 though it is under BSNL CTD. First, improve service then advertise. You have no other reply other than deep regrets. Poor service is the reason BSNL is closing down. Inform your officers about this.
