Anand Sri (@anand_ttr) reported@BSNLCorporate Made a mistake of taking #BSNL connection. It doesn't connect to 4G, but connects to 2G/3G. Also calls getting disconnected. The officials at @BSNL_TN don't monitor the signal & bother abt such issues. @CMDBSNL - You should feel ahamed for this pathetic service.

Sudheer (@sks14122000) reported@BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 BSNL is unable to replace stolen SIM in other states ie Rajasthan circle SIM if stolen (like me) is not available in Chennai, you have to shift all your services to another no. The other service provider like airtel readily issues a new sim of any state in any state(like me).

Looks like TCS is far behind and still BSNL is claiming victory. TCS should come clean as to why they are unable to implement these features

They should focus on cost effective mobile plans (significantly cheaper than pvt) with better quality of service.

Now suffering w/o signal. Also unable to connect to their cust care team for help. So posted on X, still nobody called. LOOKING AT CHEAP PLANS, DON'T GET FOOLED.
