How long will BSNL pull all along to counter the JIO tactics, Sir. In the absence of full fledged willing support from both DOT and GOVT, keep running the our business is difficult &very dangerous.

Closing it saying "Contact your nearest BSNL office." Happened to me too many times already. Can't gather enough slang to hurl at them. I feel you.

The corruption surely start in higher echelons but if lower employees left for their dignity government would have been held accountable.
