    News is that Jio is to start 5G. But BSNL is still unable to get nod even for 4G. How long will BSNL pull all along to counter the JIO tactics, Sir. In the absence of full fledged willing support from both DOT and GOVT, keep running the our business is difficult &very dangerous.

    @JM_Scindia @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK Pls take steps to prevent frequent damage to BSNL Fibre Optics cable due to road digging, big lorries and tree branch snapping the overhead FO cable in residential areas. Due to this the exchange staffs and customers are badly affected.

    I reached BSNL exchange to close my BSNL fiber and i needed to write a letter just to close my connection. Still living in 90s. Their self care portal, site, all broken. No one to reach, complain. No responsibility on anyone. Not a single email id to contact anyone. #bsnl
