K Ramesh (@Rkdpune) reported@bsnl_care bsnl network is worst ever network provider. Only good for voice calls but not for browsing etc. Very disappointed switching over from jio. Not able to compete with other network providers. Customer care services are so poor that one can not connect to the executive.

By mistake if it connects, it is getting disconnected within few secs. Then how the hell cust will reach cust care. #BSNL mobile service is lousy. 4/5

Please block the SIM card. trying to call customer care 1800 180 1503 for last 3 hrs but after asking for my language preference the number is disconnecting.
