    News is that Jio is to start 5G. But BSNL is still unable to get nod even for 4G. How long will BSNL pull all along to counter the JIO tactics, Sir. In the absence of full fledged willing support from both DOT and GOVT, keep running the our business is difficult &very dangerous.

    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India @BsnlTamilnadu For past one month, bsnl broadband and landline not working.(0431-2582521). No response for compliants too. But on time, they collect money. Pathetic service from bsnl. Pls check

    @BSNLCorporate Past docket # BSNL- HA-2022-CU-07231658578779 Filed complaints 2 times earlier. It is closed without a solution. I want a solution this time. I am without the OTT services that should be free included with 749 broadband plan. Shame on you all and bsnl.

    @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw @BSNL_OR Can we hope BSNL service will improve? To know ground reality please dial 1503 or 1800 180 1503, it will keep asking press 1 2 3, but is not going further after pressing 1 2 3. Also many time saying network congestion. Namaskar.

    @imravee You will not get most of the calls sir. That is why I have switched from Airtel to BSNL. You can use both BSNL (calls)+ Jio(net) in the same mobile. Only problem with BSNL is we are not getting bank transaction OTPs immediately on most of the time. Have to try again and again.

    @BSNLCorporate Issue resolved. But don't like to visit #bsnl office again & again. I observed most of the employees forcing to opt for FRC Rs.249. She asked me to pay while having mnp itself. Worst part is she won't do FRC until you remind her again. Better keep online option for FRC.

    The BSNL will deteriorate and never improve its qualities in dealing mobile phone customers.Its Aurangabad office sent me Rs:518/- regularly as monthly bill for April 2022,May,June and July without any change! How inefficiency and laziness in billing section of Aurangabad BSNL!

    @CMDBSNL sir, in my place,pin 754110,odisha bsnl tower have no power backup,no network no internet... we twiteed 100 times you,complained district sdo,flashed news in media. still your bsnl doing nothing action. only eating our hard earned money. shame bsnl shame its service. stop looting
