@BSNLCorporate If the situation the soon I will switch to Airtel broadband and recommend to all people in the group to do the same. So, all customers who are from shaktinagar Sonbhadra U.P. Will be stop using such BSNL broadband which is every time down and lazy people didn’t taking any action

@Paytmcare While doing BSNL recharge I browsed through various plans and decided on 499 unlimited recharge, once successful I just clicked back button and it resulted in one more recharge of 220 done from my wallet. How can back button do recharge ? Please resolve this issue.

@AshwiniVaishnaw I was complain by bsnl selfcare portal with complain no 1055151775 at 2-10-21. But this close without resolution its indicate poor service of bsnl and provide fake data for better service to customer with quick resolution in complain in the market .

@BSNLCorporate Having FTTH connection. Internet not working since 3 days. Complained several times and got assurance to get resolved within 2 hrs. When calling local office they say we cannot provide service switch to different operator. Is this kind of service BSNL provides?
