    If BSNL Customer's SIM is lost, then you can come to the retailer to get your problem resolved and start your SIM again. For this, this option should be in the BSNL application. Whom @BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate

    @SJha1618 but make sure that govt dont turn them into BSNL or Air India. With poor judiciary/police reforms, farmers will become victims of pvt mandis.

    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India I am using bsnl prepaid sim card, currently I am in abroad (Nigeria), I am not getting any signal on my phone. Could you please tell why there is no signal atleast to receive sms or OTP. All my important transaction are stopped due to no signal.
