    @BSNL_KL I gave application for cancel my Fiber net AcNo:9039728104/ph;no 0474-2990191 on 31st Aug 2021 at Kottarakara BSNL office and they accepted that. I asked receipt & didn't gave. Now i got another bill for Sept 2021 with InvoiceNo : SDCKL0061609644. Please do the needful

    @BSNLCorporate Ok, what should I do? Should I change my num. to other network ? BSNL Network fails 2 provide stable 3G or even 2G Network & Call Services too.. @BSNL_TN

    @BSNL_AS @BSNLCorporate no one can resolve our issues from today morning, no one pick up our calls, no internet and no landline connection ,our Broadband 03621 242043 ,our landline numbers 03621242025 & 03621241124. PIN 781354. BSNL DTO & BSNL JE not resolved our issues

    @BSNLCorporate if BSNL mobiles don't work due to absence of signal how can we complain. Your website gives only phone numbers . Pl add email id of authorities to whom complaints can be addressed

    @AshwiniVaishnaw in BSNL website no email contact available. Only phone numbers given. As I don't have signal can't talk. Out of love to PSU I have only BSNL since 10 years.

    @BSNLCorporate When ever i try to speak with a BSNL customer care executive 95% response i received was Please visit your near by BSNL office. Either it's a query reg New Sim or Postpaid Bill. I really want to know if you ask them to respond that way or they can't understand us

    @cgmbsnlkerala with telephone number 04742990191 had given an application to Kottarakkara BSNL office for cancelation of my Fibernet wifi on July 31st and I have received bill on 03/09/2021 of Rs.463 and on 03-10-2021 of Rs. 475. Kindly clear the issue @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL
