    i am facing low download speed and high ping issue in my bsnl ftth conection i am getting only 1.5 mbps download and 300ms when i call exicutive they say this is problem from backend so why we have to suffer please fix asap my work from home not going well @BSNLCorporate

    @TelecomTalk With the hurdles of staff reduction, non support of government, compitation of other operators to spoil BSNL and many other reasons, BSNL is still having 45% of market in wired line it's good achievement I think

    As a longtime and loyal customer of BSNL since last 15 yrs I feel cheated by such unprofessional attitude & malicious attempt of BSNL associate from Panbazar Head Office to extort money from a customer.

    @BSNLCorporate This is a BSNL corporate decision and not done locally. I have heard from many others exact same issue happens to them all over south India. So please don't act innocent. This is a criminal encroachment of privacy. I am planning to take it to court if not resolved soon.

    @BSNLCorporate I know that the plans of BSNL are very affordable. Compared to private telecom operator. But the problem is that private telecom operator has 4G service all over India which BSNL does not have. @DoT_India
