    @gaurav26negi @finologyticker i was facing network problem with Jio. then i convert my sim into BSNL. BSNL 3G is better than Jio 4G in my location.

    Bsnl officer are turning deaf ears to issue of customer. @BSNL_MH @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL Broadband is not working since last days,have filed complaint serveral times ,no response. Facing this issue since last 6 months . 0251 2380877

    @BSNLCorporate i m really disappointed by Bsnl i have complained about my landline no not functioning but they provide pathetic service to customers .My issue is still not being resolved inspite of complaining many times.

    @BSNL_KL This is the case with transactions done with Bank accounts registered with my BSNL sim. Even I can't book train tickets because of this OTP delay issue. Its been such a hectic experience. I am thinking of porting the BSNL SIM because of this issue.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_HR @DoT_India Day 12 of reporting the same issues. Still no action by bsnl. The issue still persists the same as when first complaint.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir, We are using BSNL service for more than last 20 years. Our landphone is dead since last August. We complain online and they delete the request. The employees in the exchange are going for other jobs. we paid bills till nov'21 without getting service. #BSNL
