@cgmbsnlupe Sir it has been more then 15 years we have not changed our Mobile service Provider.But it's very challenging to continue with the same.Most of the time its signal strength is so weak that we feel pitty for BSNL.Kindly upgrade the server's so that it's fisible to use.

@BSNL_OR @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir you might need to look at the BSNL issue resolve system. Raised multiple tickets for same issue, but it gets closed without my knowledge with in few hours & issue remains the same. Hope this time i will get a response. Number 0674-2916082

@BSNL_CHTD Dear Sir/Madam With regret I would to inform that the telephone is not working from 26.12.2021, Daily I make a call to BSNL Nanganallur,but no one turns up to restore the same. Please do the needful and instruct the authorities to repair the telephone. @CMDBSNL
