    Amount, but nothing has been done and they generated my April 2021 invoice and said if you'll not pay we'll apply penalty (as per BSNL customer care). Please help in this regard

    @BSNL_BR I Deokant Jha a BSNL landline and broadband customer . My tel no. STD 6477-220206 TRIVENIGANJ SUPAUL. MY modem and PC shows connected but didn't acess internet. I have complained to SDO. but problem is not solved for last week. I became helpless, so pl resolve it soon.

    @VkcEs @rsprasad How will bsnl get money if they make excuses for services instead of providing proper service. I complained about phone dead, staff reported resolved but it is still dead. This will lead to disconnect the service.

    @BSNL_RJ I have replaced my bsnl sim but new sim not activated.calling customer care of no use, they have 0 knowledge and sewma completely uneducated..is this ia how bsnl is going to survice..totally justified why bsnl is in such a situation now

    @cmohry @DoT_India Interest situation is very very bad in our village, Private operators are looting money but services are zero. In BSNL care, there is no one to listen. Due to the very bad situation of the internet, online classes of children are not even possible.
