    Hi, BSNL Kindly downgrade my broadband plan. I had given multiple letters to the office for past 2 months. (Customer Id :4025778047| Account No.9040623680) [current plan : FIBRE BASIC PLUS ₹599 ]. "Kindly change it to (FIBRE EXPERIENCE PACK ₹399)" 1/2

    @micky8605 Past 30 days I have been making complaints but they are unable to fix the issue for internet connection if u have any other options please go for it rather than using bsnl

    @reliancejio You guys are frauds. While taking the new jiofibre connection, you guys take 1000 as refundable security deposit and after cancelling you return only 500 from security deposit. Claps to you frauds. Service is even poor than BSNL.
