  @airtelindia It seems your Chairman Mr.Mittal, Exe. VC Vitthal, CEO Shashawat must be using BSNL/TATA/JIO Wifi service network at their homes, while working from home.. Cause they know, they are confident, that their own company is not capable, resolving the customer complaints.

Closing complaints without actually resolving the issue is unacceptable. If this issue is not resolved immediately and reliable network coverage is not provided

I was hoping BSNL would support my request, especially since I explained that I'm unable to visit a store due to my health condition and that my Jio recharge has already expired.   @TRAI Getting one internet connection from BSNL itself ! Try yourself booking one FTTH from @BSNLCorporate Otherwise, wireless networks are performing poor atleast in Bangalore. Malls, parking lots (most people connect family while leaving office or leaving home)

  @BSNL_KTK applied for new FTTH connection and its 2days no response from bsnl and its still showing the request is pending. That's why the people are avoiding your service.
