    @ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 Most impotent customer service. Turning out to be the next BSNL I guess. SR are raised only to be closed without resolution. Customer service keeps transferring the call to se backend team then is never available, seems like a ghost team.

I m at taluka place and local BSNL official not available here they are not present in office i visited many times to check it.They are taking only salary but not working

    If you have choose between bsnl broadband and other services provider who gave internet through dongle. Go with dongle because bsnl is ****💩. There employee don't want to work. They just skip their work to tomorrow.

    @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate Again spoken with the customer service they said they will accelerate the complaint. But I want you take the acction the local office guys (bsnl Bhadrak Orissa) these guys were not doing anything. They just peeling mutter here in Bhadrak office
