    @BSNL_BIHAR @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India Sir, as usual no action on reg comp no 16497854472 for our BB no. 0612-2999626. Franchise never receives calls or respond. When BSNL and their Employees will improve his service? They're just enjoying tax payer money. Regards

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_TN ; net was down. BSNL employee asks to turn off and turn on modem-router. It didn’t work. Was asked to reset modem. Now they claim I shouldn’t have reset. Took my modem to fix the problem. Been more than 6 hours and no sign of modem or the BSNL employee
