    @BSNLCorporate I am waiting for BSNL fiber connection since Feb. 2022 Nobody response. Fiber connection already reached and operational in my village Govt School which is just 200-300 meter away from my home I don't know why your process is too slow. Thats why BSNL lagging from pvt companies

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_HR i installed BSNL FTTH thinking that the BSNL service is best but i am wrong. The net speed since last one week is max 7 mbps and BSNL is promising 30 mbps speed. No solution even after continuous complaints. Worst service #bsnl_pay_us_rent

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_HR Sir our bsnl tower switch off when the electricity gone and also speed of network is very slow but other network working continue and high speed it is a cause for failure of BSNL. Please resolve the problem. Mukesh Kumar, YNR Mob. 94167 37350

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate What I meant is that BSNL provided modem doesn’t support the Speed in the plan I have taken. I.e 150 mbps. When I request for the supported modem I am denied.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNLCorporate @BSNLUPWEST BSNL and it's customer care Service is Worst. I was recharged my BSNL Prepaid Number 8077988509 on 25 November 2020 With 365 ₹ plan. Recharge was done and outgoing is active. But incoming facility still not active. Amroha, UPW 8077988509

    For Fiber customer 3300gb per month in 599 and for existing broadband customer only 300gb for 499. I m using broadband since 6yrs it's shows how bsnl value it's old customer.@BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ @gmbsnljodhpur There are 75 BSNL broadband customers at Arihant Adita, Jodhpur facing the disconnection of service due to power cut of server room. BSNL or Franchise of BSNL has not paid the electricity bill and JVNL disconnected the electricity.
