    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_HR Sir our bsnl tower switch off when the electricity gone and also speed of network is very slow but other network working continue and high speed it is a cause for failure of BSNL. Please resolve the problem. Mukesh Kumar, YNR Mob. 94167 37350

    @BSNLCorporate I am waiting for BSNL fiber connection since Feb. 2022 Nobody response. Fiber connection already reached and operational in my village Govt School which is just 200-300 meter away from my home I don't know why your process is too slow. Thats why BSNL lagging from pvt companies

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_HR i installed BSNL FTTH thinking that the BSNL service is best but i am wrong. The net speed since last one week is max 7 mbps and BSNL is promising 30 mbps speed. No solution even after continuous complaints. Worst service #bsnl_pay_us_rent

    @rsprasad sir we have a bharat Fiber connection at jaipur, that was not working since 22 April. Complained with Prime Agencies, Jaipur authorised by BSNL. No response even they stopped to attend phone 01412393333 & 9413255887 . Please intervene

    @BSNL_KOTD I am using BSNL service from 1997(landline) and broadband from 2006. There was no problem till 2020 may.But when the amphan hit our area from that day till today i have my broadband connection lost and no permanent solution for this, even i am being charged from 1 year

    @TRAI broadband is down from last 7 days. And bsnl is not checking anything .and they also closed the complainant without resolving the issue after 7 days. Why should I pay my bill . I didn't get internet for 7 days.

    @BSNL_KTK its 4th day of no internet connection. Still Sakleshpur BSNL office didn't visit us and they don't bhave plan to resolve problems. How can be a customer of BSNL in this worst service scenario. From 08173245246

    @TaraknathDuttaB Dear Customer, BSNL SIm Losted first you go to Police station do the affair complain about your sim loses during period , after getting affair copy along with submitted your original aadhar copy to near your area Bsnl office then you receipt same from that office.
