Fiber connection already reached and operational in my village Govt School which is just 200-300 meter away from my home I don't know why your process is too slow. Shiv Kumar Singh (@ShivSingh1309) reported@bsnl_care I contacted customer care via call as I described, but they are not giving satisfactory answers. On Google Maps, there is no BSNL office near me. I am in the capital of the biggest state (population) India and still getting this service from government company. Please fix this.
