    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_HR Sir our bsnl tower switch off when the electricity gone and also speed of network is very slow but other network working continue and high speed it is a cause for failure of BSNL. Please resolve the problem. Mukesh Kumar, YNR Mob. 94167 37350

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_HR i installed BSNL FTTH thinking that the BSNL service is best but i am wrong. The net speed since last one week is max 7 mbps and BSNL is promising 30 mbps speed. No solution even after continuous complaints. Worst service #bsnl_pay_us_rent

    @BSNL_HR @BSNLCorporate Hlo BSNL My landline is not working properly and ur complaint no. Is also not working!!! Pls do something about it. This is very inconvenient!!

    @BSNLCorporate I am waiting for BSNL fiber connection since Feb. 2022 Nobody response. Fiber connection already reached and operational in my village Govt School which is just 200-300 meter away from my home I don't know why your process is too slow. Thats why BSNL lagging from pvt companies

    @BSNLCorporate That's what we say Private companies like Jio and airtel has better support and infrastructure than BSNL though Govt spend lac of lac amount on BSNL but seems to be all vanished.

    @bsnlbroadband Took BSNL superstar premium plus but no directions how to access OTT .. content not accessible through registered mobile .. if we call service they are referring to another number and ultimately comes back to original number .. dont get cheated by BSNL’s promises.

    @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate Why does your customer care always say visit the local BSNL office ? The customer care number is simply at their end to have popcorn? They can't provide a single solution, visit the BSNL office. In 2022 you provide this type of Services. #Shameless #bsnl

    Ok. My endless list of cribbing. Does anyone know what happened with 35kcr BSNL/MTNL revamp? The office which was an entire complex at Belapur has totally shut and for weeks MTNL has none to even attend to any complaints. What an awful mess and wasted money.
