p mukherjee (@prat3797) reported@CGM_WB_BSNL not getting support from Bsnl mullick fathak howrah team. My router has been taken by the service franchisee and not returned. I am also yet to receive my invoice from him for the money paid for new router. The local bsnl team is not taking any action.

The local bsnl exchange people are also not helping me in this regard. I am not given the invoice by service franchis
