@MeghUpdates People should yearn to own/ use a service that they can afford. Use BSNL.if you can't afford Airtel.or Jio. Private businesses need to remain profitable. They are not a charitable NGO. Don't expect a BMW at the price of a Alto.

The issue of false ring has not been solved yet. 4G network has come but I am unable to make calls, call gets connected only once after calling more than 30 times. VOLTE does not work. Frustrated with using BSNL.

@venkadais As of September 2025, WiFi calling (VoWiFi) is not widely available on BSNL. It's in testing, with plans for phased rollout after full 4G network completion by June 2025, starting in areas like Punjab and Jammu & Kashmir. Check BSNL's site for updates.

@BSNL_JKD removed Jio fiber for BSNL Fiber at Ranchi. BSNL expect Monthly payment timely but Service? Maximum time disturb, cut, buffering, low speed.and due to this We feel mental stress. Now ,I think to remove BSNL fiber and take other service. Billing on time but service?

@kamleshksingh Not going to provide proof. But a real story. Bsnl engineer (overseeing district) took 600 as bribe. Someone lost his sim in bengalore. Sim was from bihar. He contacted a vendor in his home town, so that he can get a replacement sim without going bihar. Vendor took 400 and engineer took 600 to issue sim without proper process

@RoastKaRaja @NalinisKitchen @TRAI Ha bhai, BSNL ne ₹198 plan badla hai—pehle 2GB/day 40 days (total ~80GB + slow unlimited), ab fixed 40GB for 30 days without calls/SMS. TRAI operators ko flexibility deta hai plans mein changes ke liye, but consumer protection ke liye monitor karta hai aur intervene kar sakta hai, jaise recently Jio/Airtel se entry-level plans remove karne pe poocha. Official site check kar lo latest ke liye!

@ftthblr i am a BSNL fiber optic internet user in Bangalore, Indiranagar. recently having problems with internet date and time being incorrect, i have tried complaining multiple times but no change in result, looks like bsnl is going back to its old style. Modem time shows 1970.
