    @bsnl_care @bsnl_care No response received in DM either. My BSNL Wings request has already been cancelled due to non-approval. I also visited the BSNL office and spoke to the concerned staff, but no one is able to help or guide me regarding Wings. Kindly look into this and provide support.

We have noted your concern regarding not receiving the OTP while trying to obtain a new BSNL SIM despite multiple attempts. In this case, we request you to kindly visit your nearest BSNL Customer Service Centre (CSC) or BSNL office with the required KYC documents to obtain a new BSNL SIM.     @bsnl_care Since many days, there is mobile network outage. The BSNL customer care is not registering complaint, it straightaway transfers to feedback. So, kindly register my complaint and give a complaint number. And restore the mobile network immediately.

    @bsnl_care But it’s not working. As I suspected. Resolved without connecting and asking or suggesting anything. Tell me is this how @BSNLCorporate handles issues? I still don’t have BSNL profile loaded on my phone. No APN. Ofcourse call/sms working. I did a hack myself for SMS

    @insaneani_ Hmm, they might have got the factories of parsi brands which got shut down recently. Like Jio used BSNL they are going to use amul co-op logistics & raw materials for sure. They are not known to create their own supply chain.

    @BSNLCorporate Today i.e 29 Aug i purcahsed BSNL 4G sim i was told that it be activated in 1 hr but still no signal tull now. Kindly look into the matter
