    I installed bsnl fibre connection at my home and since installation i was complaining about speed to local bsnl office and they took my modem to their office for more than 6-7 times but my issue is not resolved so they asked me to install range extender to increase the speed. 1/3

    @sandeep_PT In 2006, I had to follow up for ovr 1 yr for BSNL to fix our landline connection, for whch we wr paying monthly bill of INR 730 thn. Ths was their attitude towards consumers. BSNL survived so long just coz it had monopoly in telecom segment. 4G/5G wont change its fate today

    @sandeep_PT I wonder what stops BSNL customer service to work even within their constraints. No one can conspire & make them behave badly with their customer service.

    @NYUSternMSFT Bsnl executive took money from me for port...but yet not done..no response from customer care.

    @BSNL_KTK The customer premises is at a distances of around 2.5kms from the highway. There is no BSNL fibre network to that location. The BSNL Franchise M/s Xtreme Computer has also not extended the fibre network till that location.

    @sandeep_PT I had a BSNL connection around 2001 till 2002...have tasted the service and the willingness of the staffers to resolve the connectivity issue,a white elephant, where the staffers only took salaries from citizens' tax and didnt do any iota of work in return...good riddance

    @BSNL_OR Customer already spoken and met with SDO for resolved the issues. However service provider having monopoly and bad customer service to loose , hampers the business of esteemed organization BSNL..

    @desisrinivas @sandeep_PT Nope it did not. I had @Airtel_Presence DSL in GGN from 2004-2011. Never had any issues. From 2012-2018 I had BSNL in GZB. Issues from day 1. Never got the promised speed. Turned out BSNL doesn't know how to properly mantain their DNS servers. Line issues every week.
