@BSNLCorporate Yes my BB restored after 46 days only after filing complaint on CPGRAM. It took only 3 minutes by the technician. Now you know why people are leaving BSNL.

@BSNL_NE1 BSNL Landline No. with STD Cpde is :- (0381)—2319384 is completely out of Order. Complaint Docket Booked. No Bill is pending. Yet, Service not Restored. Please Urgently Look into. The BSNL No. , as mentioned avove from State of Tripura.

@BSNL_MH (2/2) such facility available. Either purchase modem for Rs. 3500 and pay no installation charges. Or get ur own modem and pay Rs. 850 as installation charges. Please help as what is being published on BSNL site and said in BSNL office not being followed by the vendor.
