    @Moto I have mobile MotoG Turbo Edition. I have purchased on 01 Dec 2021 BSNL Post Paid Tarif Plan of Rs 199. But network is not available, call and SMS facility available. Can you convey proper settings of access point settings of BSNL net ?

    In our area PIN:263159 Bsnl broadband is not working from yesterday and it is impacting our work from home activity but no one responding to resolve that. Is it how u guys are proving customer support ??? Please resolve this issue asap @BSNL_UKD @CMDBSNL @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate I'm using BSNL from many years..But due to poor network in our area I'm not able to use Internet. I also complained earlier but no action has been taken. This time i hope BSNL resolve our problem. Location-East Prasadnagar,Hazinagar,Naihati. Zip-743135 Thanks

    @BSNLMH_Nagpur I am using BSNL fiber from last year still i am not able to login to my company site through your network, its good for WFH but whenever i want to connect the VPN i need to connect through Hotspot. Are you going to resolve the issue or i need to change the provider

    frustrating, it's 9.20am and Bsnl office is yet closed, gate keeper is saying a person who's coming at 9 is on leave and other person is expected but no time known.. no complaint number for such problems as per customer care @BSNL_PB #bsnl
