    @bsnl_care What is the update on this complaint ? I had informed you about being unable to use the BSNL network in mumbai. Your customer care informed me to use MTNL Network. They don't even know about the new 4G service arrangement by launching 4G as a service in mumbai.

    @JM_Scindia Dear Sir, BSNL isn't connecting in Mumbai. My number has got ported on May 01, 2026, and since then I can't use it here. Even wifi doesn't work. I ported to BSNL Tamil Nadu. If you call 8928323328 you will get the message either switched off or out of network area.

    @JM_Scindia . I am using bsnl land line since 1994 a loyal customer . I have made complaint regarding fiber net 07805 292307 which unattended since 24 hrs passed

    @TRAI bsnl is giving pathetic service in Bangalore and it not generating upc no. for porting. How you are allowing this to happen ?

    No action at all, except false assurances. No one official of BSNL is found so far who actually cares about the problem faced by BSNL consumers at Hayuliang district Anjaw, AP - 792104. Very unfortunate and unbecoming.
