    @PiyushGoyal @nsitharaman @IndianExpress Kolkata BSNL OUT OF NETWORK. NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. NO APOLOGIES. PRODLY SAID BATTERY DAMAGED SO NO NETWORK. IT HAPPENED FIRST TIME IN TELCOM HISTORY. BSNL OUT OF NETWORK 12HRS.

    @BSNLCorporate Bsnl service is down since morning in kolkata-700156, please resolve the issue, as not able to get important OTPs for work.

    This has become a routine with your services. Almost twice in a month we are facing this outage. Added to this when we try to contact our area BSNL technical support, the calls are not answered. Request for immediate resolution of the said complaint.
