    Communication-natural disasters ,In real time situations as experienced in September 2014 Srinagar flood , none of the communication plateform worked but yes CDMA and Satellite phones Public and private service providers like BSNL , gio and Airtel went out of service immediately

    After reaching New York, I found that the roaming service cannot be activated because T-Mobile has reportedly stopped its roaming connectivity with BSNL. As a result, I am unable to receive calls, SMS, or use mobile data, which is causing serious inconvenience.

    @BSNLCorporate Trying to support a govt telecom by giving BSNL my business… but you can’t issue a prepaid SIM since 5-Dec-25 because the server is down. If this is the pace, how are Modi’s digital ambitions supposed to become reality?

    @BSNL_GJ @AshwiniVaishnaw I went to a BSNL CSC to convert my SIM to eSIM on 8th. I was surprised to find that BSNL app server was down since 1st Dec. Even today, there is no progress. The officer said that it's nation wide breakdown and don't know when it will be operational.

    @bsnl_care I am not able to view my last and current month bsnl bills. I tried using the selfcare portal, selfcare app...no use. Unable to view my bill. Can you help? My no is 08627-293449. The bill for Nov and Dec are required as I suspect some fraud is happening.

    @vijaykrishna63 @BSNLEmployees @BSNLCorporate BSNL does not run on tax payers money. This public limited company doesn’t get any monetary support from govt. It runs on its earnings. It has no debt. private sector runs on public money as they take loans with minimal interest rates and do not pay even the principal.

    I request: Immediate resolution or an alternative network arrangement so that my BSNL number can work in the USA. Clarification on why this issue was not informed beforehand. Refund of the charges paid, if the service cannot be provided.
