@BSNL_RJ @BSNLCorporate I want to downgrade my existing bsnl fibre plan, but can't found any option to do that on the self-care portal. There are only options to upgrade the plans. Please help with that.

As we have no availability of other networks in our area, we tried to reach out to the local BSNL authorities to look after the issue but no proper action has been taken. If this situation continues, we will have to face many problems from the colleges which may affect our career

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH - Submitted PG complaint on your portal, staff(Named Gaikwad) called and collected fault information. After 1 hour your staff closed the complaint - is this a way to attend the PG Complaint ? Because of this behaviour #BSNL is suffering today.#Shame

@JioCare Sir I'm saying that please reach us by expanding your services in rural or backward areas like ours....there is no service rather than bsnl. We need cheep and best broadband connection like Jio. Thanks in advance if consider my request.
