Abhay Mishra (@abhayrmishra) reported@NewsArenaIndia But still the network and services are very poor. Being a government company BSNL is robbing the citizens by not providing reasonable plans like without data and normal topup plans where a poor Indian can maintain a number.

ICICI Bank and Credit Cards are good starting point but as a bank the strategy is very apparent that they want to go the volume route than value. They would offer Sapphiro branded as premium as LTF to everyone but there isn’t anything premium there. EPM which is premium is frequently facing operation issues with vouchers taking as long as 48 hours at times. Not that there is anything wrong with it but in my mind they are getting closer to being a MTNL to BSNL (BSNL here being SBI and the reference because MTNL used to be a lesser evil of the two when compared to BSNL)!
