    Hi @BSNLCorporate i am using bsnl fibre connection good speed and stable connectivity but why don’t you give option to the customer to upgrade or downgrade the plans online instead of placing a written request offline

    I am using airtel from around two month now and I have paid for a year in advance. Every week I am facing some or the other issue. My internet is not working from past 36 hours. The support is pathetic. Before Airtel I was using BSNL, and I had no issue with them. @airtelindia

    Surely I can see why @BSNLCorporate is losing its customers everyday, tried to connect to customer care for upgradation of plan, without taking any word from me dropped my call by saying system is upgrading and then shut the call. Do you have any shame #BSNL customers?

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir, BSNL BROABBAND services are down since morning(25/11/2022) in Nandurbar ,Maharashtra.Speed is also very slow since last month ,please look into the matter and restore broadband services in Nandurbar PIN 425412

    @airtelindia I am using airtel broadband from around two month now and I have paid for a year in advance. Every week I am facing some or the other issue. My internet is not working from past 36 hours. The support is pathetic. Before Airtel I was using BSNL, and I had no issue with them.

    @airtelindia How much time is needed to activate a broadband connection after installation. Very Bad service. Neither your team is following up nor they are picking my calls. You are going to become next BSNL. @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence

    @reliancejio At first upgrade your so called 4G Service then try to launch 5G. Did you know that your service are much worse than Bsnl. Even Bsnl Internet uploading & downloading so fast than yours. Now please don't shout for 5G because after few days users getting 2G service from your side
