    @jay_ambadi @BSNLCorporate I too face the same problem. Getting bill for the same amount since more than a year of surrendering the phone and closing the bill. And the attitude of the BSNL employee whob was sitting idle at the exchange will make us think he is the big boss.

    @santoshimmt @BBCHindi This what is called as "Welfare State". The poor or inefficient performance can be attributed to ONGC, IPCL, IOCL, BSNL, MTNL and so on???...the inefficiency is planted in an organization to make way for justifying the*SALE".

    @TRSaranathan @Mittermaniac @ACTFibernet Yes ACT did a good job. When I came to Bangalore in 2017 I was running after Airtel and Bsnl for a broadband but with slow speed and their tantrums I decided to try out ACT. Turned out to be really good and more importantly reliable. Cust service is also good.

    @BSNL_PB @harji_gill Sir, I Want to port my number from BSNL to other network because of network issue. Bsnl office told me to recharge mobile with minimum 147 rs. Sir, What is this? Why are bsnl dictating their own rule. Sir please resolve my issue because lot of persons are facing same problem
