@BSNLCorporate Problem didn't solve. Fiber plan downgrade ( for changing plan ) online through bsnl self-care portal didn't implemented.

@BSNLCorporate Am I going to get any solution from @BSNLCorporate ? I have already sent all my detail as per your requirement for the escalation. As you know now most of the people are working from home, we need a package as provided by BSNL i.e. "Fibre premium of cost 999 " Please do needful.

@cgmbsnlmp Sir can you do something to improve speed and service of the BSNL Fibre in Singrauli 486889 area, often it doesn’t work properly speeds are too low and data flow is not proper keep on stopping for fraction of seconds, it’s a regular problem here

@BSNL_BR When BSNL network will be approved in my area. Till date any improvement of Bsnl Network not seen. Only assurance given by Bsnl but actual work not seen on ground.
