@BSNLCorporate I was promised that 1st month of my Fiber connection would be free, but I received a bill after one month. When I called for support, I was told to visit nearest BSNL office, which is 45 km away from my home. There is no proper customer care to resolve the issue

@bsnl_care @barun_kanhar I also use a BSNL SIM and have been facing network issues for the last 7 months. No matter how many complaints I make, there is still no solution. It feels like BSNL officials don’t care, while customers continue to suffer.

@Priyanshu_Odia Dear Customer, To activate DND on your BSNL number, you may send "START 0" to 1909 to block all promotional messages. Alternatively, you can dial 1503 from your BSNL number and request DND activation. The request will be processed within 24 hours. Regards, BSNL Care (Abhishek)

@sanjaybafna In my area, apart from BSNL 4G all the private Telcos Jio, Airtel and VI are very very poor in terms of Signal reach.. Indoor coverage is actually 2 out of 10 from Private Telcos.
