I am getting the problem again @bsnl_ap_circle . My ping is not letting me be peaceful. I tried changing the MTU,instaructed by my BSNL service in my area. Try to fix it ASAP!

@BSNLCorporate I'm a bsnl customer from atleast 10 years and from last two year the service became poor when the electricity gets cutt off The bsnl broadband stops working as bsnl office/station doesnt have power backup machine so we are unable to use broadband also

It is both pathetic and strange that at #BSNL @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD one can pay landline phone bill amt thru their online portal but can not obtain or view a detailed bill, neither the bill is mailed to customer as before.

@BSNLCorporate very very poor service your contract worker are not well doing work, Maine 7k per connection BSNL fiber net ke 4 connection lagwane ke liye CSC walo ko 28k diye lekin aj 35 din ho gye hai ab tak net installation nhi hui, hamari koi baat nhi sun raha @ndtvindia

@BSNLCorporate what’s the point of using BSNL fiber when there is no proper download speed and upload speed. I opted for 100 mbps plan but I’m getting only 6 to 8 mbps of download speed.. facing frequent internet down issue.. landline no 0427-2905468
