@Ravisutanjani BSNL HAS NO NETWORK. --WORST -- I'm forced to use Airtel and its wifi from other device for internet use and calling. In the era of 5g we are not even getting 2g signal from bsnl.

  • BALKI_Singh55 Balkirat Singh (@BALKI_Singh55) reported

@Ravisutanjani @pankaythapa Govt simply can discuss with Vodafone Idea mgmt about VI towers sharing with BSNL, given that govt have already 49% of stake in VI. This can help in the expansion of BSNL network. Same thing Jio also did when they came into market, they used Reliance Telecom towers initially.

@BSNLCorporate make a strong network so middle class people can port from these thief to bsnl

@eyesoframeen @ayusshsanghi Not really but yes we have cunningness from company, for example Jio sucks even in the cities; its not because there is issue with infra but its because companies do it deliberately... Only solution is to revive BSNL at full pace which their employee and congi govt bulldozed

@BSNLCorporate Absolutely pathetic service by BSNL. BSNL abruptly deactivated my SIM without warning, even though I recharge it monthly. I live in Hyderabad, but the SIM is from Bihar. At the Hyd BSNL CSC, they said we can’t activate it since it’s from another circle. (1)

@King_himanshu08 Currently there is a duopoly of Jio and Airtel in the market although BSNL is trying but there network issue is the main reason of everyone not switching to them. Just like Swiggy and Zomato when one introduced handling charges then every other competitors did the same.

@Indianinfoguide In my area and work place BSNL 4G is good 25Mbps down and 12Mbps up. If this three Telecom increase their tariff definitely I will port my primary number to BSNL for sure. I am recharging for 859. If 10% increase means then 944 almost 1000 for 84days. In BSNL 485 for 72 days.

  • sf_shrey Shrey (@sf_shrey) reported

So in “Digital India” era, do I really need to travel 2000 km to reactivate my number? Even Telangana BSNL says Bihar can do it via physical document verification or Aadhaar OTP, but they refuse to help. I’ve also tried calling BSNL Bihar customer care, their IVR never works (3)

Two days ago, I went to a BSNL office to buy a SIM card. I asked a lady there about the SIM and the available offers. She told me to wait, so I waited for almost 30 minutes only to be told that the SIM was available but the server was down, and I should come back the next day
