Dear @BSNL_JK team.. !Your wireless broadband services go down atleast 4-5 times a day consistently.. With fiber services engulfed and my nature of work I need two connections with bsnl broadband being my backup connection.... Kindly please upgrade your internal systems!

@KTRTRS Sir, @KTRoffice I am.serving the govt offices inclusing state secretariat and state assembly (bsnl phones - outsourcing). My Dad Requires an Hernea Surgery very immediately. I unable to bare such amount in this covid criris. Arogya sree is not working on this surgery .

@MTNLMbiOfficial I am user of BSNL mobile presently residing at Vista 3 Address Complex Ghatkopar West Mumbai. BSNL mobile network is very poor here. Even OTP messages are being received after 15 minutes. In between the sessions are timed out. Needs some improvements.
