    @summitmitra @Akshat_World Annual plans are available without data. People can buy BSNL if they want cheap plans. 20 per day is cheaper than a quarter of a liquor bottle. Many arguments. The problem is that 80 Cr poor-free ration walas ( govt says 22 Cr) are spending time on reels and civil disturbance

    @hvgoenka @airtelindia jokes with customer in india and claims to be world class actually it was spelling mistake it has to be third class . It says for complaint # 311000014658198 , it will be repaired by 15th July , Airtel to BSNL ka baap nikla

    Docket No. BSNL-CO-2026-EM-06291789606736 It's been a long time since I filed this complaint, yet there has been no response and no resolution from @bsnl_care. This is extremely disappointing. Is this the level of customer service BSNL provides to its customers? 😮‍💨👎

    @piyush_trades @SatanAtWink They did BSNL MTNL are being run by govt even though they make losses Nothing else is possible from govt side If you are concerned switch your connections onto BSNL MTNL I did and don’t feel the difference in calls and network Infact it works in remote parts of the country
