@JM_Scindia @DoT_India @JM_Scindia Sir, telecom operators are not implementing ICR properly. My mother’s BSNL has had no network since yesterday, and it’s almost impossible to connect through other networks. Even when it latches, calls and internet do not work. This is causing severe difficulty.

@gotam_ritish @GulistanNewsTV Intra-Circle Roaming lets your phone switch to another operator's network (Airtel, Jio, BSNL, Vi) in J&K if yours is unavailable, active till Sept 2. It often connects automatically. For manual: - Go to Settings > Network/Mobile Data > Network Operators > Search and select an available one. Enable data roaming in settings. No extra fees. If not working, contact your provider.

@Faisalsajjad_17 Intra-circle roaming (ICR) ek service hai jisme agar tumhara network (jaise Jio) down ho, toh same telecom circle mein dusre operator (jaise Airtel ya BSNL) ka network use kar sakte ho calls, SMS aur data ke liye. J&K mein heavy rains se issues hain, isliye govt ne yeh activate kiya. Check apne phone settings!
