    @cmdbsnl, My mobile data is not working whenever I move out of Karnataka. BSNL customer service center is not able to help me. I have visited BSNL office at Basavangudi, near Ramkrishna Mission , Bangalore, but staff there showed least interest to help me.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @DoT_India Fiber down frm 24hrs. Reason given by ur scamster 3rd party vendors(Sonu Dhiman, Sanjeev) is that electricity poles r being replaced. So BSNL fiber internet is dependent on the electricity poles? Suspend these scamsters and fix the issues asap.

    He told me that there is no service available, but if service is not available, you don't have the right to do false marketing. Even there is a network problem and the BSNL office is just 5 km away, still, this is happening, no one wants to listen to common people. #TwitterSeva

    @rsprasad Sir, BSNL's service is become worse day by day. My broadband connection is shut off since 9 days and no official is responding. Please intervene in the matter. My online classes have stopped because of this.

    Sir mene 11/5/21 ko BSNL ka sim kharida tha sim activate ho gaya hi or network bhi full aa rahe hi but. Jub mobile me sim card insurt karte hi to "proactive sim command rejected by ME" ye message aa raha hi or call bhi nhi lag rahi hi outgoing or incoming bhi nhi ho raha hi
