    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India I've been trying to reach BSNL support for the past 2–3 days. Calls are picked up and immediately disconnected. I'm unable to use my BSNL service and SMS is blocked — despite all plans being in place. This is unacceptable and disappointing.

    @BSNLCorporate Mostly towers of BSNL are weeping like a child crying from hunger due to lack of Battery, Generator, Proper Maintenance and even tower top light not illuminated at night. And its network is a different issue.

    No response by BSNL UP West. Shameless Department Only need salary on time by timely paying bills by the customer without giving proper services to the customer. Every second alternate day wire breaks by vehicles. And we sit and watch the RED light on the modem. Bullshit

    @BSNLCorporate I recharged my BSNL no : 9861437483 through mobile app for an amount of Rs:197.00 on 6th June 2025 via Phone pay but I find the number is not working . Immediately be attended to .

    "Vishal, what I personally feel is that the government doesn't seem genuinely eager to revive BSNL. It looks more like an intentional shift to let private players dominate the telecom industry. A few years ago, I had five BSNL connections — today, I’m down to just one. The biggest issue I faced was poor service. In Ahmedabad, for instance, broadband services are handled by contractors who often lack professionalism and accountability. There’s potential in BSNL, but without proper support and management reforms, it’s slowly being sidelined."
