    @BSNLCorporate Sir, After giving lots of complaints for rectification of my landline fault for the last few years, I am fed up with service of BSNL Assam. They instead request for surrender of the connection. Kindly take necessary action for resolution as connection is important

    @BSNL_MP_Circle @BSNLCorporate Bsnl fibre is not working since last 3 days. We have 100 mbps plan but current speed is only around 1 mbps,also raised the complains mutiple times but no action. Please look into this matter on high priority

    But still no response from the other side. I also contacted the BSNL Koraput Office. He said we dont know the issue we will contact you once we know. That means till now they dont know the issue and there are multiple complaint with the same issue from my region.

    @BSNLCorporate @Dot_India BSNL Fiber team is asking customer to pay for modem, router and ONU cost. However, private operators are giving it free and FOC replacement on fault. How, BSNL will sustain in competitive market?
