    @PMOIndia @CMDBSNL Sir, after complaining about my FTTH no. 079-25461855, A man visit from Franchise and total disconnect my connection. I am complaining again on BSNL app and calling franchise for service since last few days, but he replies that work in progress. Is it revenge ?

    @ijnani All govt offices just need a customer service center at least like what BSNL has. No citizen should be required to visit any official other than CSC. This should have been done long back if only the IAS/KAS so-called civil service officers were efficient.

    So lazy and poor service. No action, no person to address problem always complaining but very slow speed now showing no internet past 12hours. But still no action. 1 month minimum 10days go like this. Our paid money service not provided. @TRAI #BSNL #improveservice

    @bsnl_care am a regular customer and I request that BSNL's ₹251 4G data plan should be re-launched as soon as possible from 1 July. This plan is very useful and economical, which will benefit the customers a lot.Please consider my request.Thank you.
