    @BSNL_PB Ok. So now it's a new headache beacuse since 3 days the server is down from bsnl end. @BSNL_PB @BSNLCorporate Why should we even pay the for the day when the server is down from your end. Compensate for the day when we are not able to use the internet.

    @BSNLCorporate I am not being able to use internet from the last 24 hours. I've tried calling BSNL Customer Care. But no use, the calling lines are always busy. Please do something and for God sake solve my issue.

    BSNL office opens after 10AM. Lockdown starts at 10AM how should we pay the bills @CMofKarnataka @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK They have disconnected last month after paying bills immediately. And not lifting calls for providing service.

    @rsprasad @CMDBSNL Hon'ble Minister, I have been trying to change my BSNL landline plan (online thru SSP Portal) for the last one year but each time the request is Timed Out. Calls to help desk have, as usual, proven futile. Please help🙏
