    @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate Fiber Internet is down for 12 hours in Varthur, Bangalore, the Silicon Valley. OLTs are down in BSNL site. No staff available to bring them up !! Telecom Operations run 24 hours. Please help.

    Hello👋 @BSNLCorporate 1 year ago my sim got switched off due to lost one of my mobile. I tried many times to retrieve it, but BSNL officials refuse that it is disconnected from here. While the customer care is still telling that number in my name only.

    @Gausiyasalam @PragyaLive @salam0786786 What Pragya missed out is that BSNL lost customers because of its inefficiency and lousy service. No one else to blame. It is currently a drain on tax payers money as the GoI keeps giving it dole money. They are still struggling with 4G roll out.

Pradan's role unacceptable,everyday he makes an issue and how to make Majna exchange's line non workable,as we facing lots of problem , plz help us

    @BSNL_KL Hi, I want to downgrade my broadband plan. I don't understand why only upgrade options in self-care portals. My account number is 9041189822. I want to change my plan to 'Fiber Basic Plus' which is 60Mbps. Customer care suggested me to visit the BSNL office to do same.

    @BSNL_HR This govt is corrupt and bsnl is junk This fully corrupt govt issue 5G spectrum to private players last month and shamelessly says bsnl will have 5G next year after 15Aug. Bsnl top management and govt officials deserve jail rather than highly paid posts.

    The level of frustration is so bad when you aren't getting proper internet connection when needed the mosttttt 😭😣😤. Sachme jaake bsnl office pe aag lagaane ka mann karta hai yaar 😭😭😭
