Like BSNL & ... most Govt bodies/units. Those who shed real tears are honest, sincere Govt. Employees. Others - in or out of Govt job: #Crocodile tears.

I switched from BSNL to Airtel (with the same number) just because BSNL doesn't have their own network in Mumbai & Delhi and I have to depend on MTNL
