  @parasaran @KOVAI_ESHAN @balaswaminathan BSNL has come a long way interns of service.... They have improved a lot. The private players are undercutting in the market, which is once again funded by huge loans ... Unfortunate , BSNL cannot do that.. 10 years back broad band means only BSNL...

  @BSNLCorporate I have contacted SDE mobile Bokaro at number provided by you, they say that problem will resolved after installation of new tower. Till date of installation what we do because new installation will take many years in view of BSNL speed.

  their technicians are looking into the problem. When so many complaints are existing and so many phones are down how many MILLIONS of RUPEES is being lost for BSNL as a company because of a damaged BOARD. Does BSNL have qualified staff to fix this issue quickly?

  @haryanabsnl we made lots of complaints against our dead phone continuously from last six month. Even though we are making bill payments. So shameful services bsnl have. That's why bsnl going down day by day. They never care of their customers.

  @BSNL_AS unable to connect to network due to fluctuating . Even after complaints no improve in network strength . CUSTOMER Care side it's ensure that within 72 hours it will work . But they failed to do #Bsnl 👎 slowly Down .
