    Hey, @BSNL_KTK there’s no mobile phone service around Annapoorneshwari temple, Hornadu. BSNL tower and exchange office is just around 500 mts away. Please do the needful. @rsprasad @BSNLCorporate

    @JM_Scindia @Officejmscindia @BSNLCorporate If you guys have such rude customer service staff nobody would ever be with BSNL. I am quitting and will tell my relatives and friends to not to opt for BSNL services anymore because we deserve good service not rude and lazy ones.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 Each day I am regretting I thought Airtel was worst ported to BSNL now my eyes are wide open. In place like Gurgaon signal is from MTNL and it is unreliable, customer care is ridiculous and internet never works.

    @Ravisutanjani My mom and dad use a keypad set and yet i recharge them 250+ plans as there are no other plans, initially from 129 the plans went up 249+ for no reason and none questions govt. Thinking to port to bsnl but poor network and they too have increased the plan to 179/-.

    BSNL also followed the path of Jio and Airtel (BSNL could never digest the support of the public. They are not making recharge packs expensive but reducing data, on the night of 31st August 2025, BSNL secretly suspended the 365 days Rs 1999 prepaid recharge (with one-time 600 GB)

    Now days our government organizations R going to private hand but u know why?Because of only organization's employee.BSNL is one organization where still now day employee R same mentality,without resolving issues,without giving service want month end salary.@bsnl_care 5days line

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 No network in Mumbai, after so many complain. Nearly it's 1 month from the day I have complain but yet no solution. No 1 should buy BSNL service. MTNL says not my look out and BSNL say MTNL will help.

    @bsnl_care Dear @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate as instructed above I have visited the Narayanpur BSNL Office, 494661. But I was informed that no offline method is available. Kindly check with the team whether offline method is not in service or they’re unaware about the process.
