    Hey, @BSNL_KTK there’s no mobile phone service around Annapoorneshwari temple, Hornadu. BSNL tower and exchange office is just around 500 mts away. Please do the needful. @rsprasad @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate My BSNL FTTH got disconnected from last Sunday 25/4/21 and till now the issue is not resolved. I reported the issue to the @BSNL_KL authorities and the LCO too but no action were taken against this and about 5 working days are over , still their is no Internet.

    @BSNLCorporate is the worst.... Yes I am right their services are so poor that it can frustrate you the fullest .... Very very dull response ..... No one cares ...... Only and only actual apathy .... BSNL is nothing short of a pandemic.... Indore BSNL is worst thing...God save us

    @BSNL_OR Sir fault of 1-4 hours is not a issue for me but if the issue exceeds more then 12 hours, it becomes huge financial loos, hope bsnl regain its earlier position soon.

    Others are providing far better service&tarrifs yet since being with BSNL for more than 7 years we have adjusted everytime, but this time will surely terminate connection if the issue is not resolved ASAP. I shd pay whole month bill when no internet for more than a week

    @cgmbsnlkerala what are thinking about the customers are they fools no action was taken and no solution was given for the problem i raised 5 days agoo this is very bad behaviour from Bsnl team
