    Hey, @BSNL_KTK there’s no mobile phone service around Annapoorneshwari temple, Hornadu. BSNL tower and exchange office is just around 500 mts away. Please do the needful. @rsprasad @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate In the BSNL Selfcare app, if you select a UPI payment app, it doesn't divert to the UPI apps installed on the phone; instead, an error occurs. The other option provided is to scan a QR code displayed on the scree. When I complained about this to BSNL customer care,

    @mango_opinions @BSNLCorporate Their service has improved significantly. Yesterday, I faced an outage and logged a complaint via their helpline, the problem was resolved within 5 hours. I was surprised by their quick telephonic response and the fast resolution. I recommend BSNL FTTH.
