@bsnl_ap_circle I lodged complaint 10 days back today you have given reply , this is the way the BSNL resolving the complaints it is so bad. Kindly improve your services. My problem solved 5days back itself

@ThePollLady BSNL won't revive in the main cities and tier 2/3 cities. But it will revive in the border areas and remote villages where private connection doesn't work properly. It's being done more for national security than just restarting a fledgling enterprise

@Telecomcritic For copper broadband huge maintenance expenses are required & BSNL is not in position to invest in copper cable that's why FTTH conversion is going on with the help of vendors.

@BSNL_CHTD @BSNL_TN @BSNLCorporate Didn't expected this much worst vendor service experience from BSNL. No one is caring on the process oriented things that needs to be done before onboarding the Vendor. Each and every process is very slow. Please take a look on this ASAP.

@WokePandemic @ThePollLady No sir main problem in bsnl is that government telling from 2019 that they allotted 4G to bsnl but in reality nothing is alloted . Government is making public fool by alloting package everytime

The result of this move was that now BSNL started charging rent for using the services of these towers, and BSNL became the tenant of its own towers. only those towers r being sold which have co-location arrangements with 3rd party telecom service providers like Jio& Airtel. 4/5

@Uppolice Today i registered an eFIR against bsnl sim lost but it has been not approved yet please approve it so that I can submit a copy of the FIR to BSNL office and appeal for a new sim so that noone can misuse it please help in this .

@BSNLCorporate Dear Sir, As per field information,your issue was already resolved.The temporary fault was due to cable damage by different agencies during developmental works. BSNL is in the process of establishing alternate paths to minimize fault time. Thanks and Regards
