    @bsnl_ap_circle I lodged complaint 10 days back today you have given reply , this is the way the BSNL resolving the complaints it is so bad. Kindly improve your services. My problem solved 5days back itself

    @bsnl_care I was using BSNL previously, but the internet was always in ICU. The customer care is also usless. Even to cancel the connection, i had to run to BSNL office twice, with ancient methods of writing letters, and waiting in queue just to pay outstanding amount and return the modem. Even after cancelling, the bills came to me for a few months, until I went to BSNL and made a ruckus out of the useless processes. Then I let go BSNL for good. You have a great reach in India, but very poor systems & processes. World will not wait. You need to catch up. Thank you for your message though. Very kind of you.

    @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate Did a recharge of 153 and money deducted. However no recharge done. Upon raising a complaint, it was simply closed as resolved. When clicking not satisfactory, the call cannot go through. Seems like you guys gulp down money ! कतई सरकारी एटीट्यूड !#bsnl

    @BSNLCorporate @TRAI @DoT_India Customers pay bills on time. Why can't BSNL provide basic service on time? 10 days without internet. 10 days of excuses. Enough is enough.

    @bsnl_care Resolution for what? BSNL has a ****** network. Your customer care sucks. Can't launch Vowifi, cannot provide a stable 4G connection. What are you trying to resolve? @PMOIndia Please shut down @BSNLCorporate. A dog's tail cannot straighten. Never.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ , It's been ALMOST 20 DAYS since I first reported this issue and still ZERO network, ZERO internet! A BSNL tower is literally just 900 meters from my house, yet your so-called "coverage" is completely fake.
