@bsnl_ap_circle I lodged complaint 10 days back today you have given reply , this is the way the BSNL resolving the complaints it is so bad. Kindly improve your services. My problem solved 5days back itself

@BSNLCorporate I hv talked to bsnl customer care they said you have to go your nearest BSNL office. So what's the purpose of "SELFCARE PORTAL" if a customer is not able to change the plan from there?

@BSNL_HP @BSNLCorporate Hello Team, LL+BB connection request submitted on 25 Jan, it was installed on 20th Feb .It never worked. I am getting billed every month but the usage is zero. Visited bsnl exchange multiple times and even raised 10-20 incidents in 3 months. details in DM.
