  @bsnl_ap_circle I lodged complaint 10 days back today you have given reply , this is the way the BSNL resolving the complaints it is so bad. Kindly improve your services. My problem solved 5days back itself

  @JioCare Jio and my journey related to the network will continue till my recharge is over because even after complaining repeatedly, I am not able to get a better network. I am not able to get 5G network at all at my location.I am going to switch to BSNL soon.

  @Airtel_Presence While the BSNL SIM receives the alert, the Airtel SIM does not. This clearly suggests that the issue is specific to Airtel and not with my device or location.

  @Sillycorns Still airtel and Jio have better signal in most of the areas. VI is not good in indoor coverage and BSNL is working on themselves and tata also trying to mage it little better but it will take some time and hopefully BSNL will be a better compitetter someday if govt also tkcr.

  @utsavtechie Will this mean that places where #Vi network is unavailable, the sim will automatically latch onto BSNL network and vice-versa, in layman's word?

  @lbsnaaup Dear Customer, The ₹2399 BSNL prepaid plan comes with a validity of 365 days. The validity period is counted from the date of recharge/plan activation as per applicable terms. Regards, BSNL Care (Ritu)

  Hello @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care, Please activate VoWiFi on my POCO F7. The Wi-Fi Calling option appeared once but disappeared after toggling it. I'm facing frequent call drops and weak indoor signal. Complaint No: H2828198295863. Kindly escalate. #BSNL
