..and complain but the situation is as it is. Now answer my problems otherwise refund all the recharge amounts. 4-5 jio sim using in my house. I think BSNL is better than other service provider..whenever I raise complaint all the time jio ask details and do basic formality (2)

@BSNLCorporate My phone was lost/stolen today morning, I have already done a police complaint for the same. But, due to no mobile customer care at @BSNL_BR working today I am unable to block my SIM. Do only Bihar BSNL customers have no problem on sundays?
