    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_TN Location - Sivakasi Bazaar Pin - 626123 Continuous interruption of bsnl mobile signal frm 04 Apr no network so unable to call use data connection in entire mentioned pincode. Complaint registered docket 3D05TN302162 without solving the issue it was closed

    @Nidhi @BlueDart_ @BlueDartCares They have non functional call center number which is always busy, we can never reach them unless they themselves call us... it reminds me of BSNL customers care (harassment) number during there prime days...

Government push for indigenous tech further slowed rollout. Private operators like Jio and Airtel invested faster. As of Sep 2025, BSNL has deployed 98,000 indigenous 4G/5G towers, with 100,000 more planned, but full 5G is still pending while others have it since 2022.

    @IndianTechGuide What is the use? I have bsnl plan for 1 year... majority of the calls are not even landing on my phone... every time i get a call, the first message is i tried your number but call is not placed... then quality of the voice is the worst ... worst...

    TELECOM COMPANIES before 2014 Idea Airtel BSNL Aircel Reliance Vodafone Videocon MTS Tata Docomo TELECOM COMPANIES left after 2014: Jio Airtel Vodafone (barely surviving) Today, even a poor villager in a rural area has to pay ₹200–300 every month just to make basic calls.
