    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_TN Location - Sivakasi Bazaar Pin - 626123 Continuous interruption of bsnl mobile signal frm 04 Apr no network so unable to call use data connection in entire mentioned pincode. Complaint registered docket 3D05TN302162 without solving the issue it was closed

    @BSNLCorporate Spoke to BSNL care about 4G SIM upgrade for a senior citizen who can’t visit the BSNL office. Was told an authorised person with KYC can collect it. But BSNL Guwahati refused, saying they don’t follow customer care info. How will senior citizens upgrade then?

    @bsnl_care my parent's broadband (Kolkata) has been doubly charged in spite of full payment in the last month. There are other dubious things on the bsnl e-care profile. What is a good email to raise a complaint with proof?

    @BSNLCorporate It means nothing if the very purpose it is designed for isn't served. Poor call quality, network issues and inconsistent 4G are the hallmarks of the stack. Tariffs have been rationalised as for some super service, BSNL is betraying it's loyal customer. @JM_Scindia @DoT_India
