    Years or one month as an amount of ₹25075. It's not fair a government authorised network team is doing fraud things. We believed BSNL but they cheated us. Not sure in other districts how they are doing @BSNL_TN #BSNL #scam #fiberoptics #Hathway #ACTFibernet #Airtel

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_TN Location - Sivakasi Bazaar Pin - 626123 Continuous interruption of bsnl mobile signal frm 04 Apr no network so unable to call use data connection in entire mentioned pincode. Complaint registered docket 3D05TN302162 without solving the issue it was closed

    @bsnl_care I talked with the staff at mtnl exchange from where the bsnl sims are being provided and they said they don't know anything about this offer. Then i called your toll free customer care number, and they confirmed that this plan is not available in delhi and Mumbai.

    Need some long term reviews on bsnl ftth broadband service. I was initially using jiofiber, however faced some intermittent issues with their router, otherwise it was fine, hence switched to airtel xstream which is worse. Wanna switch again. Please advise #bsnl #jiofiber

    @kkunwar043 Sir, As per report of concern office, on 30th March, 2026 there was connectivity issue at the office and it was reported to BSNL by the office. Now there is proper connectivity at the office, you can visit the branch now.

    2-Bsnl portal is too slow.. and the recharge doesn't show/ work? 3- I am using bsnl since long and my bank accounts use this no 4- But because of the extremely bad services by #BSNL Telecom, my payments and #office work keep getting stalled @JM_Scindia

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 SIM claim is not matching with ground reality I am a sim seller, in jagdalpur BSNL office they are asking me to pay ₹50–₹60 for buying sim and telling only FRC is ₹1. I myself have purchased a SIM a few months ago under the ₹1 offer without extra SIM charge. Please Help me

    @BSNL_UPEast @BSNLCorporate BSNL's service is very poor. If the power goes out for five hours, the BSNL network goes down. The BSNL network only comes back on when the power returns. Doesn't BSNL have a backup generator?

    @bsnl_care You haven't paid any attention yet, which means you want us to terminate your service. Neither did you give any call nor did any technical support contact us. Your action shows that you want us to terminate BSNL service now.

    I contrast this to the superb services from @airtelindia whose customer I have been for 20 years. I paid their bills forward about the same time, and their service was seamless and first rate. Hon @JM_Scindia Please ascertain that BSNL gets its act together. This is a repeat! 🙏🏻
