    Location - Sivakasi pincode - 626123 District - Virudhunagar State - Tamilnadu Problem - Continuous interruption of bsnl mobile signal frm today 2pm there is a complete no network so unable to call,use data connection in the entire mentioned pincode @BSNL_TN @BSNLCorporate

    @JioCare Jio net connectivity is as bad as bsnl 3 se 4 min chalta hai uske baad signal strength full but net connection ZERO, fir 5 min tak band rahe ga,slow connection is not problem , ya to chalega hi nahi , chalega to 3 4 min acchi speed se chalega phir 5 6 min ke liye completely band

    @BSNL_OR Since yesterday afternoon our entire neighbourhood (Telenga Bazar, Cuttack 753009) are facing BSNL Fibre outtage. After repeated calls, still no response or action. Is this how you treat customers and expect to survive? Fix the issue by today else we are throwing you out

    @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL Hi Team Since my escalation, I have not received any response from BSNL Corporate team inspite of informing that we are forced to surrender our connection by your authorities. This should be treated as IMP as point of service view to Customers.

    @BSNL_HP I have a BSNL fiber connection in Himachal Pradesh, I wanted to downgrade the plan since I have an alternate connection as well. There is no way to downgrade using BSNL Self Care. Any help regarding this will be useful.

    @BSNLCorporate I live in Deoband (Saharanpur). When connection was needed then you came to our house and when we want to cut the wifi connection ..you are not taking application in bsnl office..every month sending the bsnl bill...what do you think we are stupid? Idiot?

    Since yesterday the disconnection problem is going on. Seems, bsnl and the authorities are least concerned about bsnl survival and had dug a grave for it. Exploring other service provider. Really bad management and redressal.

    @rsprasad @BSNLCorporate My BSNL internet not working properly. The speed is very low. I am trying to contact to bsnl office but no one attending the call. I am getting this issue repeatedly. Its feel very bad service. Please kindly look into this matter.

    @BSNLCorporate dear bsnl corporate i am from uttarakhand i want to say that your bsnl service is lousy,rubbish ,fu*king cheesy the network are not available on the ground floor and your costumer care number is also not working they are answering my calls and just making excuses
