@Gowhar_ Best is to go for 149 plan, to get anything done at a BSNL office is an achievement in itself, this is the basic plan, you can keep no in safe custody, but incase there is an emergency you wont be able to use ur phone unless u activate it again which again will be a marathon

@BSNL_OR Is this how BSNL works? On rumours? They don't even bother coming down here and relying in rumours. Has the local authorities declared our society mini-containment zone or unsafe? No!! Then what's the problem?

@BSNL_KTK Requested for SIM swap on 27th April. Till date there is n update on activation of new SIM. As per local BSNL their Sancharsoft is down for two days. This is the status of BSNL Pathatic condition.
