@BSNLCorporate yet nothing has been resolved. Now, after failing to provide the service I'm paying for, you're asking me to visit a BSNL office just to disconnect it. Seriously? I didn't have to visit an office to get the connection, so why should I have to waste my time just to cancel it?

@bsnl_care Dear BSNL The same issue again. Yesterday the broadband was restored, and today it’s down once more How long are customers expected to report the same problem every single day? Paying bills on time but receiving unreliable service is unacceptable Please stop sending apologies msg

Privatise a sector and this is what happens. The first thing they do is undermine and carpet bomb the state sector and make it fail. This has happened with BSNL, Doordarshan and many examples. And one day the taxpayers will be paying through the nose for these private players.
