    @BSNLCorporate I have complained for my broadband service for more than 8 times. I have record of each and every conversation with the customer care. I have a plan of 200 mbps and the speed that i am receiving is 10 mbps! Such a poor response from Bsnl was not expected!!

    Talked to the person who installed the fiber. Calling him from 7th of march for the problem but everytime i called him(he have some excuses, like BSNL will give me a software for router than everything will be fine) @BSNLCorporate @BharatFibreFTTH

    @BSNLCorporate I have called your probably manager here and they say they do not have service here, how come private operators with bsnl fiber has connections here? I want my ftth for sales lead 125352587722 and 4600rupees for installation? and you say its free.

    Dear @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_CG_Circle I'm staying in othr state for my studies nd whn I tried to contct my family I couldn't coz there's no ntwrk in my hometown our bad luck we got bsnl as the only ntwrk there Wht if there is an emergency nd u can't cntct ur family. Pin:494771

    @BSNLCorporate can I get a BSNL Wing connection? Do I need to visit any office or can it be activated online? Earlier I have applied for a wing connection and got a number but it never got activated.

    @BSNLCorporate should rename all its broadband plans as tortureband365 . It has never worked for continuos 24 hrs since I bought the connection. Staying in govt quarters forces me to opt for BSNL. @PMOIndia plz do something

    @BSNLJHARKHAND This is not done..complaint service of BSNL is so bad..specially the Jharkhand/Jamshedpur /Kadma area is very poor. Repeat problem, yet no resolution.. Not sure how long BSNL will survive with this pathetic service
