    @XFreeze BSNL should first talk with their customer service team and fix that. Forget getting wifi to hard-to-reach villages. Its hard-to-reach BSNL itself

    @bsnl_care "Simply ignore them" is not a solution. By that logic, BSNL can send unlimited unwanted messages and customers should just keep ignoring them? I complained because my inbox is being flooded with repetitive promotional SMS that I never requested.

    @bsnl_care @bsnl_care this is a BSNL system issue, not a customer issue. I have already provided screenshots as evidence. Asking customers to spend time calling customer care to report errors generated by BSNL's own systems is not a solution.
