    there is no facility to use the banl fibre even the normal broadband when we asked in the bsnl office they said we dont have cable there . what is the solution

    Dear people don't choose @BSNLCorporate @BSNLKERALA for doing work from home. I been using bsnl ftth since last month and still now i never *** a stable internet connection. Always its completely out of order and the fact is no customer service

    @i_dev_D @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I told you Airtel service sucks. I had BB but had to give up. Even after texting and msging nobody use to come for repair. Airtel is going BSNL way

    switching from airtel to jio to bsnl.. its still not working. i have 0 hope now.

    @BSNLCorporate I recently ported my number to bsnl it's been 13 days now and no resolution. Never ever get their service. Customer care is useless. My first recharge is not processed, tried 5 times now. Customer support has no clue. They won't register complain. What a service 🤦
