    Dear BSNL, complaint has again been marked as “readdressed,” but the actual issue still continues. There is still no proper data connectivity, and customers are forced to use other networks despite paying BSNL in advance.

    @bsnl_care @TRAI So BSNL agrees selling new sim cards without working on it and my monthly recharge is coming to an end and u claim u guys still working on it. simply give me the settings apn or network so that i can atleast receive and make calls

    @BSNL_JKD bsnl fiber which you have applied for connection does not have BSNL FTTH network at present told by bsnl staff on call and WhatsApp message after applying online in dhanbad gobindpur region

    @raavan_india Buy Bsnl sim its network are now almost stable . Using that sim. Recharge are pocket friendly
