  @BSNLCorporate Area is Palakkad. The network got cut off Tuesday afternoon. Tried using the sim on a different phone and still no network. Went to the BSNL office and they told me to take a duplicate sim. Later they informed that it was due to some server issue. (1/2)

  @BSNLCorporate @bsnlupe @bsnlvaranasi In the era of online networking and solutions, BSNL have no online platform to discontinue it's landline services. Customer have to go physically at district centre to discontinue services. It's pathetic...

  @BSNLCorporate After inserting the duplicate sim it was still the same. But this time it showed Error 44. I got informed that it was still due to the server issue and that it will be solved by today noon. I tried calling the BSNL office but no answer. (2/2)

  @Vikramaurbetal @RanaAyyub And they build India.. as of 2014 our biggest issue was corruption.. n today no one talks about it!! You know why? Coz so many other things are ruined.. and about buildings.. tell me why bsnl got sold? Why lal quilla isn’t under the govt??

  Even BSNL broadband does not work properly. Could you please look into this as this is regular issue. As IT minister I suppose at least in your area we should not get connectivity problem. Address: Vill + Post Singariawan, Ps Shahjahanpur, Daniyawaan, Patna- 801304
