@GabbbarSingh There are many remote areas where no private operator is ready to provide services as no profit will be made still they have Mobile services bcoz of BSNL and I am sure they will also get to know about this so called Twitter as BSNL exists to provide service not profit.

@BSNL_OR after 6 pm there customer care service agent never ever pick the call rather disconnect the call when someone want to share the grievance.. big clap to the BSNL

Very worst customer service I have ever seen from bsnl Tamilnadu.. Especially from rural side.. I paid my monthly bill. Still not able to get internet. I tried customer executive, public greviance officer, local rameswaram branch.. No one is responding well. @BSNL_TN @PMOIndia

@Ravi_S_Mumbai @BSNLCorporate True, but I use Airtel wireless service. I paid for a one-year unlimited package with daily 2GB internet, but it never worked properly. If I pay monthly, it works fine; everything else is the same. I believe BSNL is slightly superior; we pay less and receive less.

@BSNLCorporate Air Fibre Is Not Working Properly Here. We Want FTTH Wired Broadband Service. Is This Your Digital India Vision ? Why In Villages FTTH Service Is Not Provided ? Why Only FTTH Provided In Urban Areas? Even BSNL 3G/4G Is Not Working Here . Living In Nomadic Era. Thanks BSNL
