@BSNLCorporate @cgmbsnlupe Most of the time BSNL FTTH is down because site is isolated. BSNL should provide live tracking of sites to avoid customer frustration and also availability % online.

I started using BSNL broadband over jio fiber but very disappointing services. I always pay the bill on time but very poor customer care services. I have no wifi connectivity for the last 5 days even after I have been following up everyday. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UKD

@BSNLCorporate I complained my faulty LL *** BB(DSL break) no. in PG cell. After 2 week , staff came , but problem not solved..Now they break the line of the number from either MDF or pillar .LL is totally dead now, I lost my trust upon BSNL ,thanks to such ppl working there

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH - Submitted PG complaint on your portal, staff(Named Gaikwad) called and collected fault information. After 1 hour your staff closed the complaint - is this a way to attend the PG Complaint ? Because of this behaviour #BSNL is suffering today.#Shame
