@BSNLCorporate @deepikapadukone Bsnl FTTH is worthless in Karanjia Odisha-757037.We pay one month bill but internet works for 15 days only as there is no guarantee of internet failure at any point of time.we can't rely on it.Worst service by the biggest telecom company of India.

@BSNL_OR @snaik_bsnl @BSNLCorporate sir after having number complaint and tweet about BSNL network down there is no any correction in network issue.since last 5 days network is not working in our panchayat.plz note people of our panchayat and don't have access to other network.

@AshwiniVaishnaw @DoT_India @PMOIndia Most of the rural areas bsnl has infra not providing internet options in the village and most of the time towers are kept off mode when power is down. Bsnl management says that do not have money for diesel, upd, battery etc. This is the condition of bsnl mangalore division

Dear @BSNL_HP @BSNLCorporate ,When are you planning to launch 4G services,as a BSNL user I am worried honestly worried about BSNL.We have 4g sim but the network is still 2G does that even make sense in 2022?We have waited enough,please share the ETA for 4G launch,forget about 5G.
