    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_puduvai @bsnl_care My BSNL FTTH in Puducherry is down for 3 days. Complaint ID: 113654649. No technician visit. Self-Care & technical contact — no help. This happens often — restoration takes 4–5 days. Why should I pay for service I’m not getting? #BSNL

    @Ravisutanjani BSNL employees are still lazy, all that 4g /5G stuff is not working at all, their engineers are lack of basic training and not able to resolve the issue. Main thing is thier ego is still there. This way it is impossible to match jio/airtel or even the best govt firm.

    @4maji4 @ZeptoNow Same happened for me with BSNL bill payment. @TheOfficialSBI UPI service from your bank has lots of issues now. Please fix it ASAP.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 BSNL 4G is the worst. I'm only getting 5 to 7 Mbps in 4G, even though there's a BSNL tower in my home at 641607 Kongu Nagar. It takes so much time to connect a call, SMS messages aren't sending properly, and I can't even verify UPI apps. First implement 4g properly.

    @narendramodi Govt Should Urgently Overhaul, corporatise, privatise,full digitise: • EPFO • BSNL • India Post • Indian Railways Corrupt, inefficient,govt officers bureaucracy destroying Bharat. Citizens Suffer For Absolute Basic Services. End govt service,pension,perks.

    @DoT_India @CDOT_India Please do the emergency test again properly in Uttar Pradesh state before I got a test alert on April 29, 2025, but only in Vodafone idea, not in Jio/Airtel/BSNL Please complete release of cell broadcast because our country is needed
