sahil (@sahil2414) reported from Shimla, Himachal Pradesh@BSNL_HP @BSNLCorporate please either came up with 4G connectivity or give btr speed in 3G especially in hp. as speed of 3G is not fast as speed of 4G, which affects bsnl old customer to port their no. to other 4G operators. The connectivity in Chaubeypur, Varanasi has been so pathetic for the last 15 days that you’re actually making BSNL look impressive. Local merchants are already discussing porting their Jio numbers. To make matters worse, even the JioFiber connection installed at my residence is down. 15 days of poor connectivity is not a “technical issue”. It is a failure of service. So, @reliancejio, what do you suggest? Should we stop wasting our time and port out?
