  Bsnl service is poor in j&k border side distinct samba. We are unable to communicate with your lovely ones who is stay in other states even our children's who doing outside state or studying outside state. This type development we are doing.

  @BSNL_PB seriously Bsnl i am very much disappointed by ur service even the vendor u hired up for installation of ffth fiber . its been nearly a month since i am facing speed Fluctuations. no one is help me no one visit to my place even after the complaint i registered .

  @BSNLCorporate I got very bad experience with bsnl ftth service in Bikaner Rajasthan I was gone out so I feezed my account from 07 may 22 to 15 July 22. But they have not freeze my account and I was billed for total period and meanwhile my plan was updated without my knowledge.

  It has been 10 days, net not working. SDO can't help as some private firm is looking after the fibre. If u can't provide service, why charges for the entire month? Open some acct & ask for donation for BSNL. Why we pay if not get facility? @AshwiniVaishnaw plz look into it
