    It’s been almost 2 years since I got BSNL SIM, and it’s now my personal number. I kept waiting for the network quality to improve, but honestly, I haven’t seen any real improvement. Looks like I will have to port this number to another service provider. Should I wait?

    Perfect this is how europe, usa, china has developed.. make it privatisation or you will be stuck with customer services like bsnl!

    BSNL sold me 200Mbps broadband after 1yr advance payment. Recently tried WFH for 2wks, but speed only 25-36Mbps. Contacted franchise; they suggest changing modem. Called BSNL, no support. @BSNLCorporate @BSNLKERALA @CustomerBsnl

    @TelecomTalk As a result, BSNL is losing huge subscribers. If this continues, BSNL will completely collapse in the coming days. The service is bad, the network does not come in half the places, the net is slow, and on top of that, the validity is decreasing.

    @BSNL_JKD I have a BSNL number at my home, but relatives are not able to make calls inspite of plan being active. Very disappointed and disturbing. Need urgent help in this matter.

    @IncomeTaxIndia : is mr. Anil kumar Jha Ward 41(3)(1) Mumbai would be responsible for anything that would happen to me and my family member. He has sent my family a notice of 81 Lakh for owning a house after a long 35 yrs of service by my father with BSNL from his savings.

    @thanikapriya91 Sir/Madam, It is kindly informed that the network connectivity was down at Arakkonam HO since morning on 08.04.2026. The issue was escalated and BSNL officials worked on its rectification by replacing the torn cables through out the day after which the connectivity resumed at early morning on 09.04.2026. Inconvenience caused in this regard is highly regretted. Assuring you of best service always.
