@DoT_India 4g network is very poor at Baghajatin G Block, Kusum Kanan Club, Kolkata - 700086.. No necessary steps are being taken to improve the internet in this area..Indoor network coverage is very weak too..Bsnl has not improved technologically in this area

@bsnl_care I do have BSNL Number but not recieving OTP and also not able to call anybody. However, Internet services are working and also getting Text Messages from personal number. I wanted to call customer care but it again says this service is not available on your number

@TG_TriGany Dear TG_T BSNL U-SIM launched but unable to do replacement for Other State Sim and Customer. Example: Customer sim from Bihar and also adress Bihar then SIM replacement will not done in other State. Pl rectify the issue.

@JM_Scindia and also personally call here in your bsnl office but not getting any kind result for network and so I ported my bsnl number in airtel. And also your recharge plan price is too high for this kind of service so please do something for national interest. Thanking you
