@BSNL_AS I know it is just an issue like others have, as there is no motive to provide better service like other private vendors. I think that's the concern of the BSNL to lose their customer service.

@ZeeNewsEnglish @BSNLCorporate Most pathetic broadband connection and poor service..literally ended up getting scolding from boss because of not being able to work. Gave written complaint to BSNL Office, connection worked for 1 day,then again the same story...Got Asianet cable internet, until now it is good

@atulkarmarkar @Palsule Very happy with the BSNL FTTH for over a year. Fiber issues have cropped up recently but the point of contact is quite prompt. Needless to say, have another provider as backup.

@JioCare Dear Jio, Sorry to say my worst experience with Jio internet, I PORT the my BSNL number to Jio network, also taken one year recharge of Rs 2,399/-. However in the sim slot it is showing 4G network, but working like 2G network. My number is 8762043069. 1/2
