    @RajeshM72121745 Dear Customer, This is to inform you that your complaint number E2514154864227 has been addressed by the concerned team. We received revert that The Rs. 1,299 charge was raised in error, and it has now been fully waived. Regards, BSNL Care (Nishant)

    @JioCare @TRAI @reliancejio The issue seems tower/locality specific because network becomes normal a few km away on another tower. Meanwhile even BSNL is giving around 5 Mbps here while Jio is practically dead. .. next ..

    @BSNLCorporate No 3g/4g network from more than 4 days ..bsnl sim is pretty much useless ..people are forced to port ..it's so bad @JM_Scindia

    @bsnl_care I was using BSNL previously, but the internet was always in ICU. The customer care is also usless. Even to cancel the connection, i had to run to BSNL office twice, with ancient methods of writing letters, and waiting in queue just to pay outstanding amount and return the modem. Even after cancelling, the bills came to me for a few months, until I went to BSNL and made a ruckus out of the useless processes. Then I let go BSNL for good. You have a great reach in India, but very poor systems & processes. World will not wait. You need to catch up. Thank you for your message though. Very kind of you.

    But where is your network? No 4G in villages then why would we use BSNL?
