    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ hi sir/mam. I wnt to get new ftth conection 499/- but bsnl sYing we can give only 849/- plan. And 499/- is smaller cant give u. This is very wrong with bsnl customers. I alreDy have broadband 01572-270643. Plzz help. @DoT_India @rsprasad this is fraud

    @TelecomTalk - I took new bsnl prepaid mobile 9423926270 from Kalyan BSNL Telephone Bhavan 4 days ago and it was told to be activated in 2 hours and is still nil signal is indicated. Rs. 997 plan.

    @OVBismarch There is no business for the gov to be in telecommunication. BSNL was not the best service nor was it cheap, it was the only option/ monopoly for all. The valuations through which most PSUs are gutting it was more than the amount of damage they have caused.

    @BSNLCorporate My bsnl is not working from past 4 days. I am not getting the signal. It is happening to some numbers. I have tried called yesterday, they were saying that the issue will be resolved in 4 hours, it has been more than 24 hours but it isn't resolved yet. 4- days loss

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH I'm BSNL FTTH user it's been a year I'm using i got some problem and I'm trying to reach local BSNL office but they are not responding. I never expected this experience from BSNL.

    @PIB_India @AshwiniVaishnaw @PMOIndia I know you don't have time for these types of issue but for a general public it's a big issue to wait for officer to come. Address bsnl head office Samastipur Bihar 848101 It's 11:44 am but still waiting. It's a request to look into it asap
