    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ hi sir/mam. I wnt to get new ftth conection 499/- but bsnl sYing we can give only 849/- plan. And 499/- is smaller cant give u. This is very wrong with bsnl customers. I alreDy have broadband 01572-270643. Plzz help. @DoT_India @rsprasad this is fraud

    @BSNLCorporate Since then no action or proceedings happened regarding my issue, instead that my no is now disconnected, showing "emergency calls only". You people will be trying to contact me on call Which is off now. It is small but potential matter of corruption in that BSNL branch.

    @BSNL_GJ Sir My location at Changodar in Ahmedabad(Gujarat). bsnl's network is closed for 13 days due to burning of feeder cable. Even after complaining the problem is not resolved. My mo. 9409553258.

    @cgm_mh_bsnl What is going on....we take the services this bsnl has the best fibre broadband and you keep the connection down ... hampering our work , kids study....This utterly unacceptable.....The DSoft third party is taking rest not bothered at all ...... working leisurely...

    @BSNLCorporate how could you provide such a poor broadband even in 2021, so poor performance in by BSNL Gujarat ... you can not even send whatsapp text without buffering.... @jagograhakjago
