    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ hi sir/mam. I wnt to get new ftth conection 499/- but bsnl sYing we can give only 849/- plan. And 499/- is smaller cant give u. This is very wrong with bsnl customers. I alreDy have broadband 01572-270643. Plzz help. @DoT_India @rsprasad this is fraud

    @BSNLCorporate Land line number 08912556751 Visakhapatnam, madhavadhara. I have paid the monthly bill by Paytm gateway . Today my intenet was also stopped. Being a loyal customer to bsnl from 1991 I didn't expect this kind of experience till date.

    @BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate fiber worst service ever. Since work from home, BSNL is only option in my village. My connection isn't working last 10 days. Tried to reach out customer care, they don't even entertain just replied with our side is okay, contact local provider 6272 295703

    I have a BSNL Broadband plan with ph no 08384-295513.I want to downgrade my Broadband plan to 100GB CUL or any other lower plans. The downgrade option is not available in self care . Please help
