    @spiti_valley @BSNLCorporate @LeisureActivit2 funniest part is they play Twitter Twitter and send standard messages “Sorry for the inconvenience caused, BSNL assures prompt action to resolve your grievance”. But will not resolve the issue instead close the complaint if you have registered sharing personal experience

    @NikhilaHenry @TheQuint Somewhere don't you feel this privatization will increase the efficiency and productivity of the employees , benefitting the profit of the firm . Compare the service of bsnl and airtel for instance and analyze .
