    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ hi sir/mam. I wnt to get new ftth conection 499/- but bsnl sYing we can give only 849/- plan. And 499/- is smaller cant give u. This is very wrong with bsnl customers. I alreDy have broadband 01572-270643. Plzz help. @DoT_India @rsprasad this is fraud

    @BSNLCorporate What a worse network. Your network has become too worse nowadays. Contacted area manager but it was of no use. Would prefer no one to use BSNL. Bhai Sahab Nahi Lagega.

    I am a Direct Selling Agent resident of Hariharpara BSNL Exchange. So 3G network is very much needed for customer convenience. Talked verbally with my district officer about this 3G network. Nothing happened. So I am drawing the attention of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited.

    don't want to provide a polite CS or for customer themselves? And also reply what is the policy of BSNL on postpaid services that is whether Adhar card is cumpolsury for that which is openly against @indSupremeCourt laid down guidelines. @DoT_India

    @MIB_India Sir will you plz look at d issue which is long pending frm the BSNL side at SAPATGRAM. Customer care executives arenot taking any complaints by replying system issues or application issues. Without 3G/4G, we are surviving with BSNL 2G coverage from the beginning.

    @BSNLCorporate Shame on you, I have called the customer care and asked the procedure to activate eSIM in my phone. You said eSIM service is not available with BSNL yet. Are you living in 1990s ? Please come to 2022. All others are providing this except you. @TRAI

    @abidsensibull @HDFC_Bank maybe it was the sim card operator issue !! all my otps come perfectly fine , but the one on bsnl take 20-30 mins

    @ku_patro As reported BSNL has confirmed feasibility and necessary work order has already been issued to BSNL. Currently status pending at BSNL. However this Office is following up with BSNL for early establishment of network. Inconvenience caused to you is deeply regretted.

    @BSNLCorporate my nearest BSNL tower is down. So getting signal from a far away tower. Signal is very bad and getting only 2G signal. No internet working. Check and solve the issue. Sending you my location over DM.
