    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ hi sir/mam. I wnt to get new ftth conection 499/- but bsnl sYing we can give only 849/- plan. And 499/- is smaller cant give u. This is very wrong with bsnl customers. I alreDy have broadband 01572-270643. Plzz help. @DoT_India @rsprasad this is fraud

    @Wilson62158417 @BSNLCorporate I went to bsnl office today & i got the same reply. Finally they changed the plan. bsnl is still following 90's procedures. Lots of people don't have any other service provider that's why still there are coustomers in bsnl. As per there record my plan changed on 2nd july.

    @charunivedita @airtelindia Yes, i do agree. It is very painful to note why the BSNL, has been buried alive by the government. Our land line phone goes dead very often.I use landline phone to receive overseas calls from my relatives. Even booking complaint also is tedious.

    @BSNLCorporate worst service i have complan the problem on Friday but no response the bsnl twitter has given me a no.of an employee but he is not responding i called him an tell him the issues he said me to send a screenshot of the speed test and after that no response
