    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ hi sir/mam. I wnt to get new ftth conection 499/- but bsnl sYing we can give only 849/- plan. And 499/- is smaller cant give u. This is very wrong with bsnl customers. I alreDy have broadband 01572-270643. Plzz help. @DoT_India @rsprasad this is fraud

    @BaluGorade My family has BSNL from past 20 years, Now they upgrade the nearest tower to 4G. Since then call drop started we waited for 6-7 for them to fix. But they didn't. I ported my whole family BSNL to Jio/Airtel/Vi.

    @BaluGorade BSNL's internet doesn't work. After booking a complaint, they send a message after 48 hours without solving the problem, stating that we have resolved your complaint.

    @BaluGorade But bsnl don't work at all in delhi...you can't even make calls with bsnl sim and they only support 3g in delhi No 4g No5g

    @Garg_Aditya_ @BaluGorade How can BSNL fix issues ? You know what is stopping @BSNLCorporate ? Is the telecom minister ? Or some other private company ? Or some other minister ? Thankfully, 100 years ago people didn't compare quality of khadi with imported cloth. 🙏

    @Priyaa_Purohit Before 2014, my monthly mobile bill, Rs 1000, hardly 1-2 GB data and limited talktime. Now, for 400, I get Unlimited data and unlimited talktime. Also, 1. Jio 2. Airtel 3. Vi 4. BSNL Still 4 options - Try BSNL, not that bad.

BSNL's network lags due to delayed 4G/5G rollout, suboptimal spectrum use (e.g., relying on higher bands with poorer coverage), and retaining old 3G infra, leading to lower speeds (7 Mbps avg) and availability (84%) vs Jio/Airtel's 99%+ and 100+ Mbps.

    @BaluGorade Quality of network. Not just internet speed but also the calling network is very inconsistent in BSNL. And a city like Mumbai doesn't even have a BSNL network
