    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ hi sir/mam. I wnt to get new ftth conection 499/- but bsnl sYing we can give only 849/- plan. And 499/- is smaller cant give u. This is very wrong with bsnl customers. I alreDy have broadband 01572-270643. Plzz help. @DoT_India @rsprasad this is fraud

    @BSNLCorporate Ok Bsnl corporate it's high time tolerating your incompatibility providing customer service. Just know that a happy customer may bring 1 or 2 customer but an unhappy can make you loose 1000s
