    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ hi sir/mam. I wnt to get new ftth conection 499/- but bsnl sYing we can give only 849/- plan. And 499/- is smaller cant give u. This is very wrong with bsnl customers. I alreDy have broadband 01572-270643. Plzz help. @DoT_India @rsprasad this is fraud

    @BSNL_PB @BSNLCorporate my town FATEHGARH PANJTOOR 142043 there is no batteries in our bsnl towr. once power supply off bsnl towr is also off. after that no signal till power cut .. please check it . we r unable to use bsnl. i complaint many time. NO RESULT

    Vodafone has the problem in Cash, & BSNL MTNL has the problem in skill to run telecom company. I will rather say it as Perfect Mangni - Shadi kaise aur kiske sath hogi - picture baaki hai

    @MANASRA53931409 while there were other network works there was only one network BSNL. And that's why there were providing worst customer service.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_GJ I have visited only BSNL in my sabarmati Ahmedabad. I wanted to enquire that what will be cost to port my existing number in bsnl.The employee said that the total cost would be 249/- Can you help me since I want any lowest recharge plans.

    So now we are left with no service that is decent enough, we get x amount of data/day but when you try to use, network drops, comes back and then drops again. We get speed in bursts only, never continuously. They claim 4G, but the speed is not even close to BSNL 3G of 2010.

    @BSNL_RJ @BSNL_RJ I try for bharat air fiber in my village in rajasthan .. but BSNL JTO officer just say we don't provide service in village or its too much costly ... Distance between bsnl and my village is 2km

    @BSNLCorporate I've a billing issue with my Fiber TB plan in My BSNL App. Payment that I made via app hasn't refreshed and it's still show the due amount. I even got a message that my bill has been generated again . Could you pls step in to assist ?
