    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ hi sir/mam. I wnt to get new ftth conection 499/- but bsnl sYing we can give only 849/- plan. And 499/- is smaller cant give u. This is very wrong with bsnl customers. I alreDy have broadband 01572-270643. Plzz help. @DoT_India @rsprasad this is fraud

    @ViCustomerCare Very pathetic customer service. 3 days past but complain not resolved.Obtained my adhar card for postpaid connection and generated the bill in the other name,and none of your executive concern about that. I think BSNL is giving better service in compare of you.

    @BSNLCorporate There is a lot of network fluctuation in my area ( pin- 851101). I am using bsnl 4g sim card but my network keeps fluctuating between 4g and 2g and not able to get proper internet speed. Please solve the issue as soon as possible

    @narendramodi @OfficeOfRSP In Uattrakhand district pithoragarh BSNL NETWORK EVERY DAY DOWN DUE TO NTR OFC CUT BECAUSE THERE IS LINER CIRCUIT . Pithoragarh near CHINA AND Nepal BORDERS INDIA ARMY, ITBP, SSB OR ALL GOVERNMENT OFFICE USED BSNL NETWORK. FROM here bsnl Get very much profit

    @BSNL_BR Bsnl 4G network is fluctuating a lot in (851101) Begusarai,Bihar. Internet speed is not good since 2 days. Kindly look into the matter and solve the issue as soon as possible.

    Have lodged a PGP grievance also but no action taken so far. Acc # 8000839548. Need BSNL to convey that they are not able to resolve the power fluctuation problem & even if they resolve,it won't be a permanent one. I could then easily be a part of the Depleting customer base. 🙏🏻

    @BSNLCorporate My Nearest BSNL Tower is in Akedadoongar Village. 2-3 Years ago I used to get good internet speed on BSNL 3g. Customer service was also good at that time. After that internet is dead almost. Very Slow internet speed, even network drops from 3g to 2g randomly.
