    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ hi sir/mam. I wnt to get new ftth conection 499/- but bsnl sYing we can give only 849/- plan. And 499/- is smaller cant give u. This is very wrong with bsnl customers. I alreDy have broadband 01572-270643. Plzz help. @DoT_India @rsprasad this is fraud

    I took a new connection of BSNL that there will be 4G high speed internet and seamless experience will be available, but BSNL has only 3G network In many places, even BSNL's 3G network is not available and even if it is available, the internet does not run fast. @BSNLCorporate

    Dear #BSNLSeva @BSNLCorporate My telephone no is 01463242147 & BroadBand had lost connectivity since 3 days local office not responding properly. Being told that other complaints are more prioritize then me. Being loyal customer since 1970s is not a priority to BSNL anymore.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNLCorporate Again my FTTH 07324-298513 is completely down and the complain has already been lodged at Bsnl Mhow office. Not sure why it is not yet resolved. Please get the issue resolved ASAP and properly fix it please as facing such issues frequently now a days.

    @JioCare my issue hasn’t been resolved yet. Using dual sim where bsnl internet coverage works good and jio internet works very poor. And jio customer care as usual not to resolve the issue they blame the device im using iphone 11. Shame on jio care and reliance.
