    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ hi sir/mam. I wnt to get new ftth conection 499/- but bsnl sYing we can give only 849/- plan. And 499/- is smaller cant give u. This is very wrong with bsnl customers. I alreDy have broadband 01572-270643. Plzz help. @DoT_India @rsprasad this is fraud

    @BSNLCorporate Sir, Issue is a message is coming in all news papers ( Financial express 31.10.22) BSNL is offering 1198 pack for 1 year to all prepaid customers. Where as this plan is not appearing in BSNL self care or web portal.

    @BSNLCorporate Still getting LOS light red in my router. My problem stills persists but BSNL not taking care customer problems. Why you are taking full amount for such type of service. I am very disappointed

    @JioCare @JioFiberChennai Der s no proper response frm jio fiber net. Thy r behind money as well. Not helpful for service relocation request. No diff btwn u n others. Bsnl is far btr in it.
