    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ hi sir/mam. I wnt to get new ftth conection 499/- but bsnl sYing we can give only 849/- plan. And 499/- is smaller cant give u. This is very wrong with bsnl customers. I alreDy have broadband 01572-270643. Plzz help. @DoT_India @rsprasad this is fraud

    BSNL @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR service in Kahalgaon area in Bhagalpur, Bihar has become dysfunctional since 5 days. We are not getting OTP, messages, calls from anyone. Banking, Internet, communication & other essential services are inoperative. You have lost your credibility here

    @BSNL_HR @BSNLCorporate switched back to BSNL after 3-4 years in the impression that services has been improved but still experiencing a poor service. No one is there to entertain your complaint and in case you are lucky to have someone they takes eternity to action.. quit BSNL

    @BSNLCorporate GPRS in our area not working since 10 days & when visited local Varanasi #BSNL exchange they not assured when they can resolve the issue with some kind of cards in BTS. @AshwiniVaishnaw sir kindly take action on this. We are suffering in 2G era
