@BSNLCorporate @TRAI It has been almost 1 month, but your franchisee's discussion is not over yet i think. My problem has not been resolved. I am getting bills every month from BSNL and did not get connection yet. As they promise to return my money, didn't happened.

@BSNLCorporate How does one go about getting SMS to work on an existing BSNL Indian number in the US? We have moved back but are now unable to receive OTPs. We also cannot call BSNL for help as the helpline requires a working BSNL phone number. Is there an alternate way???

@BSNLCorporate @BSNLCorporate I never thought bsnl would be this bad. Initially they said porting into bsnl sim takes upto 4 days. And today, they're telling me 7 days. Shouldn't i use my sim for this 3 days? Very cheap service

How do you enable International Roaming on @BSNLCorporate .. Take two passport photographs. Self attests it. Take a copy of your passport. Go to your bsnl customer care center.(They may ask you to come on another day) Easy isn't it.

Why can't you guys upgrade yourself and your services? @BSNL_JK @BSNLCorporate you guys are enjoying in your cozy office rooms the bills of which are paid by our taxes. Restore the services or wind up whatever you've spread. Bsnl fibre is down since 40 hours and we're suffering.
