    Dear BSNL Team, Since 11th Night , there have been issues with fibre broadband service in my area #761100. The internet was back for sometime on Sunday but again went out.There have been no ETA. 3rd day of the issue .This is impacting 1000s of users. @bsnl_care @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @bsnl_care @BSNL_MP_Circle having great fun with BSNL in Bhopal. Internet shut down since last one week. No Cust service or complaint number active. On twitter every time complaint is opened escalated and closed. Only thing working is bill generation on time. Pls have some shame

    @bsnl_care none of bsnl care employees to took an responsibilities It supposed to get in touch with me in the next 4 hours still no one connecting. The bsnl care person no one have the reason they are just raising the issue only.

    @awasthitarun403 @ViCustomerCare U have bsnl ? , BTW one thing I want to tell u that this BBK electronics phone network receiving power is so poor I had vivo t2x 5g it don't had 700 band 2100mhz was giving me 4mbps speed Now I switched to samsung A16 5g now I am getting 8 to 10mbps on 2100 band.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 Since BSNL Launched 4G Service In the country,.it's coverage and Net are not as good as private operators, it takes one more decade to regain post Glory.

    @BSNL_Corporate @BSNL_BR I was a loyal BSNL customer, but faced network issues 15-20 days a month. Frustrated, I stopped using my recharged SIM. Now, trying to reactivate it, there's no network. Is my SIM deactivated or is there still no coverage in my area? Please help!

    Tried to post complaint on app, submit button stays inactive. Called Cust Serv @18004444 the rep tells me I have to call from MP simcard the only they can help. Then I called from bsnl landline in MP and then call wouldn’t go. What a dark age in communication by BSNL! Wow

    @reliancejio This is pathetic. My jio fiber service is down for almost last three days.The service engineer will come after 15. So total down days would be more than 5 days..Are we in an era of BSNL days .No one is Listening. 0120-3519332..

    BSNL is far behind Jio and Airtel even for the basic services. - eSIM option is not available - Network is not available in metro cities like Mumbai - Have just rolled out 4g services @BSNLCorporate
