@rsprasad Hello BSNL Kerala,. Any help from your side on 04922.244088? Neither landline is working nor internet broadband service on this tel numbet for long time now. Once broadband is rectified then the land line will be dead the next day and then now both.

In view of the same I can understand that: 1. BSNL is only service provider for Internet facility in A& N Islands. BSNL has monopoly so it has nothing to do with customer satisfaction, has no policy of customer satisfaction and retention. 2. Policy of No complaints no problem.

@AnkitKasnia7 @vodafone @VodafoneIndia they only want to charge the customer you have no attitude to provide good service or support to customer. Even after this they will charge you full and will not give you any support, even bsnl works better than VI
