    @PMOIndia In telangana completely no signal i have complained so many times no use whether to improve the service or shutdown the BSNL it is very inconvenient and irresponsible public sector

    @JioCare jio broadband service is exactly like BSNL it’s down from more than 36hr and customer care not creating service requests and even after multiple follow up calls they don’t have updates on resolution.

    @marinebharat Will this be like total sale of tower assets or giving the tower for usage on long term license basis ? Licensing may help get regular income for BSNL. Also any idea if MTNL will be merged with BSNL or plan has been dropped ? Landline service rarely drops & should be active.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir with due regards I would like to bring to your notice that we have surrendered our BSNL fixed line 1352665143 on 13th Feb 21 still we are waiting for disconnection and refund of security deposit and BSNL is not taking any action towards this. please help

    @p4prapti I was told that a particular telecom company around 10-15 years back used to pay to BSNL lower staff members to keep bsnl services hampered so that people shift to their network.

    @goodgc81 @vicky4846 @marinebharat True , and I am still not able to understand how other telcos running the telecom company with 10 to 20 thousand employees and why BSNL had 2 lakh and MTNL 50 thousands almost 20x times more employees still worst service

    @marinebharat BSNL and MTNL like Air India are loosing tax payer money, they are still stuck in top up era recharge plans, their customer service is pathetic but still govt is monetising it.. Only 2 folk in our locality use it, don't know why it is still kept afloat?

    @sameerdontulwar @vicky4846 @marinebharat Active customer r only 6 cr ie who r recharging their number.. rest 6 cr r inactive giving no revenue..GOI know 65k #bsnl employee r liability which nobody will take..so they r trying to sell assets like land towers spectrum..
