    @NeerajK23116830 @BhushanL8 No one listens to you in BSNL CSC. I had BSNL broadband connection . They will not listen to complain, will not refund security deposit. No issue with private broadband, I closed BSNL in 3 months. Using private broadband happily for 8 years.

    @BSNLCorporate I am using BSNL network since 2005 and I am very old customer of yours. I don't want to lose my network because of this problem, but if my problem is not solved then I am forced to port to BSNL.

    @BSNLCorporate BSNL FTTH is down in my area,226007 Lucknow UP east since Friday 6:00 pm ,after registering frequent complaints still no one has attended neither the connection is back.When should I expect the services to be back online?

    @Pinnacle_Shail Government is not able to run anything properly most of the psu are in so much debt and give the worst product/customer support to their consumers example is BSNL. If they don't privatise their failures it's going to cost lots of jobs !
